Slightly crowded, but manageable.
Good food, coffee and hot chocolate.
Swift service as well.

The Young Woman working at 2 am on Jan 7 was so rude, put an extra coffee on my order and rolled her eyes when I said it was wrong, then I seen her grab donuts with her bare hands. What an unpleasant person, and bad food hygiene. I would rethink having her working the drive thru if I was her employer.

I hate tim Hortons not worth what you pay I didn't shope there just passed by like I always do.look I got the standard corporate response to my review and no I won't be reaching out tried that before waste of time

I was going to buy a coffee and possibly either something to eat or a doughnut but I had to go to the bathroom before I ordered. All of a sudden a lady started banging on the bathroom door saying if I don’t come out now she would call security. She kept banging on the door the whole time I was in the washroom. So after I was done in the bathroom I just left without purchasing anything. This is no way to treat your guests! I am shocked and appalled by this behaviour! I guess this Tim hortons doesn’t want their customers using the washroom.

Really bad service we got a burnt bagel plus the employees were very rude. Only the white lady was very nice. The rest of them were really rude.

Out of town. Its 10: 20pm. I literally trekked to this specific Tim Horton's because it's apparently "Open 24 Hours" (no other place is open past 10pm).
I'm standing outside here, and all doors locked. Awesome.

They charged me for the wrong order then made me pay extra when I had a reward activated so I paid more than I should have. They also ring up your order wrong consistently and forget to give you your whole order.

Not any more with all these new rude staff I will change my route to avoid it

I had arrived late on Tim Hortons for Drive Thru and customer service by Navneet Kaur was good and much appreciated.

Not bad but seriously need to serve people inside faster. Pay too much attention to the drive through

My hubby had a terrible Tim Horton's encounter. He took a piece of plastic from his coffee. He attempted to inform the manager and workers, but they were rude and not even willing to listen. The only thing they can do, they added, is replace the coffee. I'm not even going to give one star.

Received quick service with food quality made as expected but the staff forgot to provide us with hash browns when we ordered the breakfast meals. They provided these to us immediately and we were on our way

Didn’t know one could screw up a grilled cheese panini even if they tried. The first one was just cheese and bread. The second one was a burnt out panini that smelled pretty awful! Suffice to say, stay clear of this location!

Thank God, you have a different sign on their window now than you cannot come in without proof of a jab or wearing the mask. Their sign read: Welcome back, we are open to all. Now, that was a reason for me to go in and get some of their delicious donuts.

Coffee used to be good but for past month taste burnt or has coffee grinds in it to he need to step up there quality control

This location is well furnished but the staff are sometimes on the rude side, even through it's relatively less busy than other Timmies locations. Staff aren't big fans of mobile orders for some reason (based on 3 visits), but are great at keeping the drive thru running efficiently (based on 2 visits).

I wish that the management of all these places/fast food, coffee, etc, would realize that a walk in customer still needs to be serviced. I know drive through is important, but I don't think that the lazy rushed people should take priority over walk-ins. I might of stayed.

The man who work night he is unprofessional he didn’t correct my order and i asked his name refused to telling me,

I mobile ordered before I left my house at 8am and I arrived at 8: 15 expecting my large coffee and bottle of water to be ready… they still made me wait 10 minutes for my order upon arrival. Isn’t the point of mobile order so when you arrive you don’t have to wait in line. Service is like this every single time I go to this location.

It was fine. Please have someone who competent with English. I'm tired of orders, getting ordered wrong.

Visited Sep 6 around 9.45pm to pick up an ice coffee and Apple pie donut. They made donut right away as they didn't have it in the shelf. 5 stars for that customer service!

We came in September 5,2021 in the evening for a coffee and game of cards. Sativa and Manjeet served us. They were both very pleasant and this made visiting this Tim Hortons better than visiting other Tim Hortons. It is always to start that makes a good experience for the customers and these two ladies went above and beyond. Management should acknowledge this for these two ladies. When I do business at places I always like to get to know the staff and these two ladies were very pleasant to get to know. I visit this Tim Hortons often and it is nice to have staff like these two ladies. They were very hospitable.

No proof of vaccination so I need to go eat my food outside like an animal! I should have walked out.

Constantly inaccurate order taking. The screen is right but it's hardly correct at the window. Asked for a double toasted bagel, I got one that looked like it wasn't toasted at all.

I stood inside for almost 5 minutes without even as much as a "hello" from any of the staff. I watched 10 cars go through the drive thru and still hadn't even been acknowledged so i just left. Would give 0 stars if I could

I was in on Wednesday morning and ordered a farmers wrap. The lady who made it basically threw it at the other staff who was waiting for it. The wrap was torn, soggy, and looked like it has been stepped on or used as a baseball bat. Not impressed with the food quality or the piss poor attitude of the lady making it. Poor service!

Great in Drive Thru, fast and good order taker and window service. Once you come in the front of the house the people are friendly but when it comes to the food they're just throwing it and slap it in the counter, thats a down for me.

Tim Horton's restaurant is the best coffee shop ever. Their coffee and donuts are unique and have special taste truly.

I had an amazing experience at the store. Neena is always smiling and very welcoming all the time. I have been going there for a while and whenever she is there, she always provides the best customer service. She is the best!

Clean and quaint location, although they can’t control it the solicitors outside scared me too much to come back.

One of the few *truly* 24hr locations anymore (as of July 2019). Great service & pretty decent pastry selection at almost 11pm!

I Ordered broccoli soup, the store supervisor give to me without pepper and Crackers, when I asked about it she pretended doesn’t understand.cheap and stupid!

A pretty nice Tim Horton's location. For some reason, they only have two tills which can lead to some long lines but the staff are always working hard to help move people along. When in the area, I will be back.

Quite decent Timmy's except morning hours between 5am and 6 am when is only one person serving and it's realy slow. Beside that morning wait everything else quite satisfying.

Staff are frustrating to deal with and for people who work in customer services they lack good attitudes

Placed my order no napkins in bag and none visible. Had to wait in line again to get napkins. NOW LUNCH COLD. Not impressed.

This location is terrible. They give no value to the customer's time. I go often as it is a block away from my office. And more than a few occasions I had to ask to get everything that I had paid for. And this last time tops it all. I was waiting for a simple breakfast sandwich and no one was at the toasting station for 5 minutes. After someone finally came back 4 people after me and 1 person after me got their order and I was still waiting. I kept asking what is taking so long and she just looked at me and looked away without a care in the world. I had to walk out without my order that I had paid for and get back to the office since I had already ran out of time!

TH products are pretty well standardised, so what differentiates one franchise from another are attitude front-of-house and the care taken back-of-house.

This Tim's executed well. Everything was tasty and the staff were excellent. I'm a visitor to Canada so I'd like to think I see Tim's in a way different from natives who have memories of Tim's over the years.

Wait almost every morning for Tea. Asked every time if I will wait. I ordered it. Yes I want it. What would be nice is if the supply of tea would keep up to the demand. Coffee customers dont get told coffee will be 3 minutes. Your advertising tea. Your missing the boat here. It's very frustrating to be told you have to wait. Will continue to leave poor reviews until I stop having to wait. Not happy at all with the response I get when I state my opinion at store. I was told there is nothing they can do. Only have a few pots or customer before me bought it all or it was not put on when needed. All fixable! Customer service is not personable at this location. Miss my old location. Moves jobs. Might have to drive out of way to find better service.

The first place in Canada to offer me a Job. I've moved on but the lure of the double double keeps calling me back. I've spent more here than any restaurant on the continent. Treat the troops on the shop floor head to Tim's and they are more than happy.

Took 5 min to order. Took longer than my lunch hour to make the sandwich. Refused to refund me when I had to leave so someone got a free sandwich.

It's Timmies, come here at least one night a week to play a card game with the boys from work and it's always phenomenal service, Belmeet and the other lady that work at night are amazing!

Just made a quick stop for coffee as we were in that area doing some other business. It definitely seems like a popular location and we found the service to be quick and the coffee hit the spot. If we are ever in that neighborhood again we will consider stopping in for another visit.

Well its a Tim Horton, Some of the staff never gets my order correctly, had messed up my orders more than times I can count. The place is very clean I will give them that. The Service is slower than most other Tim Hortons I been to, but end of the day you only buy coffee & donuts here.

Though the lineup situation (sideways product stand impeding the walkway?) needs a little TLC. Also maybe put some plastic poles on the concrete burms so people don't run over them in the snow (happened a lot).

Long waiting during night. One poor old lady managing lot of customers in the queue. She is kind and efficient but single handed. The franchise owner is so cruel to put a poor lady to serve hundreds of customers. Wash room is shabby not cleaned in the whole day. Lot of commuters use this Tim's but facilities and variety is bare minimum. Chai Tea Lathe is not perfectly blended.
