Tim Hortons

This place will mess your order up 90% of the time. And have 2 drive thru screens to order form but defeats the purpose when they only have take orders from 1 side at a time. This place sucks

Slow service. Everyone dealing with drive threw orders. While one person left to deal with in store counter customers. Hopefully it's not like this all the time.

Oct 26. When I inquired as to how to obtain my missed points when the cashier didn't advise me to scan my card, the young gentleman supervisor on duty told me to "DROP THE ATTITUDE" and insisted "Noone cares about points anyways" and continued to belittle and bagger me over the points. Further more, be insisted the point program is a waste of time and customers want fast service and if I want a slow sit down resturant to go find one. Yet it still took 9 minutes to get my Bagel. I didn't raise my voice or talk dismissivly to the original cashier, I just asked how to get points I missed out on and if there was a solution.

Nothing is made fresh. The coffee is often burnt beyond belief. The place is always dirty and the service is garbage the staff are slow and they don't make food past the morning shift. Might be the worst tim hortons around of we didn't have 2 in town both a major disaster and disappointment save yourself the trouble just go to McDonald's or make it yourself at home atleast you won't get sick from old food.

This Tim Hortons shows again and again how miserable their employees are. Each time my father and I go here he gets the same horrible attitude from their drive through employees.if you feel like getting attitude &i unwelcomed i highly suggest coming to this tim hortons

Absolutely disgusted when I walked in, the garbage was over flowing, flies flying around around and all over the tim bits, bagels, etc…
Never ever going there again!

I can't believe how down hill tim hortons has gotten lately, it's not just in bonnyville, all locations are becoming lack lister and the pride that was once put into the food is no longer there. Like I said all locations are getting worse but the bonnyville locations are the worst of them all. It sucks I have to male this review but the effort put in by the employees really reflects on the food and drinks ordered. Countless times I have ordered and received the wrong food, or it is not cooked, or they serve it without the proper ingredients, overcharge for food by mistake and so much more. I am making this review because I am fed up with the bad, slow, and uncaring service. Today I had ordered my usual drink which is a medium French vanilla with 1 shot of cream. Despite them always and continuing to miss my extra cream they ACTUALLY SERVED ME SOUR MILK IN MY LATTE, I now have a stomach ache and I can assure anyone reading this review I will not be purchasing or even thinking about placing an order with this company ever again, it simply is not worth it, AT ALL. Please do not order from here unless you are looking for a Dailey dose of dissatisfaction and disappointment.

It would be really nice if one time with the 12 people that you have working inside that store that you could actually get what you ask for. I was just there on August 23 in the drive-through. I asked for a large soup I got a small soup that’s half full are you guys are incompetent that you can’t even take a proper order and fulfil it properly if you can’t find people to do the job fire them because why am I spending money and not getting what I want it’s getting really annoying and I’m sure that there’s 1000 other people that are sick of this also.

Iv been working in town for a few weeks now and like to go for coffee In the evening the one blonde girl that works there has amazing customer service always very cheerful and happy. It's nice to see some people who are nice to customers. Keep hiring ppl like that instead of miserable ppl

Ran out of dark roast coffee and buns at 1220. Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes. And then still got my order wrong. Coffee was not fresh.

Waiting line for 20 minutes then find out no sandwiches available then wanted to exit but car in front waited 20 for order never coming here again do better Tim Hortons in bonnyville

Terrible service. Very unorganized Wait 20 minutes for a bagel and they can’t even get it right. Guess they forgot how to cut the bagels or spread the cream cheese

Please inform the customer if the store is out of the something before the payment. I place the specialty coffee with espresso foam and they inform me that they were out of espresso foam after I made the payment. This thing happens so often in this location especially in drive-thru.

This Tim Hortons really has service to figure it out. I grabbed a large breakfast order and they packed it quick and hot. Well done!

I’ve never had an issue with the food every order I’ve gotten has been fresh & edible but they really need to improve on timing & customer service. Everyone deserves an opportunity out there but it’s basically run by teenagers, you will stand at the counter waiting to place your order for minutes at the time and they will literally stare at you & do something else or go into the back and I notice this location in bonnyville is not really fast especially if your ordering online I’ve ordered many times 20-30 mins in advance before picking up my food and when I arrive it’s not even ready or hasn’t even started to be made. Sometimes I order online and they send me to the other location saying it’s there when really it wasn’t. I really love Tim hortons and never had an issue with the food but man I know it can become busy & stressful but put more attention into learning time management skills & working faster and maybe not having it be run by teenagers that’s just my opinion

Dirty, would have to be desperate to eat at this place! The windows are filthy the floors are filthy, I’m sure the food is as well.

Some times my drink tastes off like it was not stirred or the wrong milk/creamer was added. A person knows what Oat milk and Almond milk and creamer taste like fyi
