Love gettin upsold to put cheese on my sandwich everytime and not getting it put on. Just get a normal sandwich as they don't listen to what you want off or on it.

This place is the worst Tim Hortons I've been to yet. Flies all over the doughnuts, they sold it still even after telling the staff. A table spoon of yogurt for over $4. Good job on keeping the bathroom clean, but they need to eliminate the flies. Please do not order doughnuts from inside the display case.

My experience is very bad. There was still, 1 hour to close, they are not serving food even they don't have tea and supervisors (jee vee) said it's my owner policy don't serve food this time I guess tim horton distric manager should ask about it from owner.

20 minutes in the store to clear 4 customers, Drive through was hammering out, the lady at the front was all alone on her very first day, no help. When we got to order my wife wanted the cheese swirl but they were covered in flies

If I could leave, no stars I would. Just went through the drive-through and the guy got our order wrong three times, we said a BLT bagel three times classic BLT bagel. The man was rude not friendly at all. Basically threw the bag at my mom.did not even apologize for his mistake. I suggest this fellow find a new job, not in the service industry.

I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. Despite placing an order for a wrap, I waited for 15 minutes without any acknowledgment or attention from the staff. I had to remind them about my order, and only then did they finally give me the wrap. I'm considering giving this location a 0-star rating due to the poor service. I recommend avoiding this place if possible

The donuts are to die for. First time we’ve been here, so we wanted to study the food menu. The digital screen above our heads kept changing every few seconds, so we could not read and compare items. We ordered chili and they told us 5 minutes later there was no chili. The cashiers should know this. A few minutes later a guy ordered chili. He waited and was then told much later they were out of chili. The fries were cold, rubbery, not crisp and not hot. Good donuts, nice atmosphere. We don’t drink coffee, but Horton’s coffee must be good. Everyone seemed to order it.

This place needs a serious overhaul. There is no need for a drive thru to take a order from the car waiting at speaker once the window car has left. You have traffic lined up onto service road just so they can make thier service tim look quick. 13min in a drive thru is foolish. I travel thru there multiple times and its always the same there, its about time to take my business to another place.

Place was busy. Waited 15 mins in line. When I was second in line, an employee walks up to another till, says "next" and quickly addressed the skimpy blonde behind me.

I just worked 14 hours. I don't want to spend 1 extra minute there. Poor service.

Really confusing setup inside, with tills empty and people scattered everywhere. The staff was friendly but waited 15 minutes for our food.

I got service immediately which is nice however when I received my order it was called with someone else’s order. The order seemed like it was old as the bacon grilled cheese had melted cheese but was cold and the meal had only been 1 half cut through so has I ate it the inside fell out of the middle hole. The sandwich tasted stale with a bit on the wet side of bread.

When you close the restaurant and the drive thru is not moving because you are doing one order at a time I backed up and took off. Tim Hortons needs to go to McDonalds school of putting through customers quickly. All I wanted was a cup of coffee for the road! Absolutely unbelievable!

This is the worst Tim Hortons in the province and an embarrassment to the franchise. As soon as you walk in the building you are met with utter confusion. You will find that customers are scattered throughout the establishment with no indication of where to line up. Staff are unwilling to assist and the tills are left empty while staff actively avoid eye contact. When you reach the till you will likely find that you have jumped in line because nobody knows who is waiting to order and who has already ordered. If you remain waiting long enough for your existence to be acknowledged by the staff, you can expect to wait an absurd amount of time for your order. 10+ minutes for a single bagel despite there being more staff members than customers. Furthermore, they won’t be adequately stocked. In my case they didn’t have medium cups and instead forced you to pay for large cups. A reasonable person would expect to be charged the price of a medium cup for the lack of preparation, but not this location. They instead deploy predatory sales tactics to upsell. As you sit eating your poorly made food, you can be entertained by the steady stream of confused customers entering the building and being ignored. It appears the staff enjoy the spectacle, as this is a constant problem that nobody is willing to address, but that staff instead choose to observe and ignore every single day that they come to work. Do yourself a favour and walk over to the neighbouring convenience stores. There is more selection and staff aren’t actively trying to ruin their customers day.

Don't understand that a cafe mocha is supposed to be half black coffee, half hot chocolate. Not half black half mildly chocolate flavoured water.

They don't respect customers and don't t know how to deal with them professionally. I gave my order 3-4 times in drive-thru still they got me wrong order; the time i went inside to request a order renewal they still gave me the uncooked bagel; though i asked for hash-browns they didn't paid attention. It was the 5th time i asked to make me a new one they gave me one but without a presentation. The bagels were overcooked. I literally think that the team should look into this.

Absolutely disgusted that my Auntie was refused service in this restaurant because she had a LICENSED SERVICE DOG. She left crying and distraught! DO BETTER. Educate your employees on Alberta laws regarding service dogs. Unreal. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Was refused service because I had a licensed service dog. It’s so frustrating……right in front of a busy counter, so embarrassing as everyone looking on, left in tears. It’s l like refusing someone because they have a wheelchair, come on Tim Hortons do better, learn the rules you are trying to enforce. Look up the Alberta Service dog Act. So saddened

Very poor service, i walked in stood in line patiently, the gentleman looked at me to come over for service and when I go there he walked away and the counter to the right of me took the two people that were behind Me. So walked over to the right side and the lady serving there walked away, a person a walked in from outside and went to the left window and got served immediately, I eventually got help but I have never experienced that in my 26 years of living. They treated me as if I was invisible. I didn’t get names but I remember the faces that ignored me.
