Managers and staff alike take offense to their mistakes, rude and unapologetic. Even clearly stated on the recepit. Poor service for a Tim Horton's who strives to provide good service overall as a franchise.

All Tim Hortons' sandwiches smaller that what they use to be, but same price. Inflation baby.

Hands down, the BEST Tim's in town.
I visit it almost on a daily basis and rarely encounter any issue.
For the previous people whining about the wait time and/or the lineup: learn to order ahead on Tim's app, and you would find life is so much easier!
If you choose to stand in-line during lunch rush-hour waiting for someone else to order for you, you better be not in a hurry to get your stuff.

This location is one of the slowest in the city. We wait in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes every time. The location is also not ideal because of the many people who are visibly taking drugs and then standing at the drive thru window asking for money. I'm not sure why Tim's is not doing more to make the pick up locations safer. I do not go to this location any longer.

Garbage location. Don’t waste your time or money going here. They don’t even care enough to put your drink in a drink tray and tell the skip driver it’s a liquid. Real fun getting a sopping wet bag that’s fallen apart, a coffee soaked has brown and an empty coffee.

Let me start by saying this - Brian is awesome here. He is full of energy and brightens everyone's day. Everyone else is pretty poorpus at their job. This Tim's has so much potential and it continues to fall short. Long wait times, poor customer service and a lack of care when in the store. I get the job has a lot of ups and downs, but making me feel like a burden for getting a coffee and sandwich in the morning is not conducive to good customer service.

Coffee so watery, Africa wants it.
Food had more hair than a chewbacca.
The espresso machine was on benefits by not working.
And can't add a hashbrown to a BLT sandwich.
What else could go bad?
Oh, yes, the staff doesn't care about all of these issues.

Waited more than 15 minutes to be refused the washroom, this store refuses to let paying customers use the washrooms. More than 20 staff members visible on the floor but none of them are actually working.

Great coffee. Great and cheerful service. Thanks to Tim Hortons coffee it is always a pick me upper through out the day.

2022:
I stop here only because I work nearby. The soup and chili appear to be very hit or miss; you may get 3 noodles oneday and 15 the next or perhaps you will get a "normal" consistancy chili today and "runny" tomorrow - they like to keep you guessing.

Now, what really brought us all here was the wraps we received today - with lettuce that looks borderline food poisoning. Let's just say there's nothing like a good'ole game of Russian roulette with your health during a pandemic, heh. Buyer beware.
Despite that, I would however give 5 stars to the lovely younger female we have seen in the afternoon; she clearly enjoys her job.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. There was an African American in front of me, down on his luck. Someone was kind enough to buy him breakfast. As he stood waiting for his food, a worker all of a sudden started yelling and screaming at him for “stealing an iced tea”. I didn’t see this happen, and the man even went to hand the worker his backpack. The way she was yelling and hollering and humiliating this man was absolute vile behaviour. AND, the owner stood there and watched this unfold and did absolutely nothing. I myself will never return to this location, and I truly hope this woman finds a new job, because her customer service is disgusting.

I just wanted to drink coffee.
I give a rating of 2 only because I really like the chain of these coffee shops. Large beautiful hall, many tables, light and smells good, the toilet is open and there are few visitors at lunchtime. I went to the checkout to place an order, stood and waited. For 5 minutes of my waiting, they didn’t even say hello to me.although they saw that I was standing. I even managed to take these photos and walk around the hall, but All the staff were busy with their own affairs, someone was talking to each other, someone was wiping the coffee machine, but I never got my coffee, I just left, sorry, very sorry (

Called to order for take 12 and we are 10 min away. When I came at drive through the one in front of me took 5 min to have there orders done and our take 12 was not ready at all. Took us additional 5 min to wait in front. Was a bad experience considering they should have a minimal wait time at dri e thru.so disappointed.

BRIAN didn’t serve me at window because he said I don’t have a car. It was 1: 50am at midnight.
Worst tim Horton experience ever.

Always my drinks doesn’t have sugar no cream always they make wrong orders. They need to be trained properly. Poor management.

I came to have a coffee and work the internet was not working and the employees would not even entertain any solution to get the Wi-Fi working.

I oreder 2 bagels with cream cheese. The cream cheese was only put on and not even attempted to spread.

The lady working the drive thru, Zoe I think, had fantastic energy for so early in the morning! Just super sweet and fun. She deserves some recognition!

I went for coffee from drive throu and the new guy on the window his too rude he just open window hand the coffee with no hello no bye even no price he just hand the debit machine with no any word its beter to remove him from the drive throu window if he dont know how to deal with customers

There were a group of Arabs in this restaurant who attempted to steal my home-brought salt and pepper shakers for my soup. I had to fight one of them to get them back. Because of this incident. I will not be coming back to this location ever again.
