Tim Hortons

It's the third time I've gone and it's getting more disappointing each time. Today I ordered a bowl which was almost empty, nothing like what they promote, the place was extremely dirty, especially the bathrooms. I will not return, waste of money and time.

My girlfriend and I have come here for breakfast four times in the last week or so and every single time, we've ordered bagel with cream cheese and a farmer's wrap with extra chipotle sauce. And every single time the bagel has come with a small bit of cream cheese just in the center hole and none spread anywhere else, and the wrap has come with little to no sauce despite being charged more for extra sauce. Every other location seems to have no problem understanding what extra sauce means but for some reason this location consistently fails to read that and still charges extra for it.

This used to have a quick and efficient drive thru, then they renovated the drive thru and put 2 ordering stations in. Now you would think that would speed things up, but it actually made it slower because they can fit more vehicles, but they still only use one person to take drive thru orders, even though they have the ability to have 2 orders taken at the sametime. If you have a lot of time to waste, then this is your place. If you need to get somewhere quick, go elsewhere.

*UPDATE* still like frozen molasses in the middle of winter slow in the drive thru. Thought I would try again and nothing has changed

At least serve coffee HOT, ireally dont enjoy luke warm coffee, its a hit and miss at this location either it tastes burnt or ask for a dark roast regular (one sugar, one creme) and you get this sloppy mess that tastes like creme only pound the sugar in and you get a sweet cup of creme, ugggg, i usually dump that and go too mcdonalds lol at least i get hotcoffee there and ONE CREME ONE SUGAR, if i could give no stars i would, too many screw ups there, completly forgot my breakfast once, they still havent come clean on that so im now an investor just give money and get nothing lol, incompetant managment! Means incompetant staff

Be careful what you ordered through their app. We ordered 2 snowman mugs. An was then told they have none. And that they could not refund the money and to call customer service on threw the app.

I go here weekly and I find my orders are hit and miss. Sometimes my coffee taste burnt and sometimes it's perfect. Sometimes they miss things on my order and sometimes they're on point. I am finding I have to get into habit to make sure everything is packed before leaving.

The guys headset wasn't working.
He got it fixed, and I got what I asked for.

Problem is i didnt get my breakfast they were so confused about the coffee i ordered got that wrong corrected it then i drove off we all forgot.so you guys owe me a breakfast!

Service is good but they always seem to be out of whatever I want to eat. Also they stopped delivering to my address for some unknown reasons.

When there's alot of people, there's a long waiting line inside.
I recommend the drive through.

I want span had a litter to Morton's in Grand Prairie and weed-eat hundred dollars was in the first 45 minutes to an hour there I'll never forget it but I was covered in flies

They accepted my food vouchers and they greeted me with a cookie, I felt so alive because they were very friendly

Very slow and I have been waiting in the line up through drive through for at least 45 minutes

On many occasions if you go in there is a long wait. It was 13 deep today and only 1 person working the till. It’s unfortunate that they prioritize drive through.

Food was good. However, one female washroom was out of order and the other one was out of toilet paper.

0 star for worst service, no respect for customers and no manners. No manager in place at 5 pm on a Friday, we are evacuees from the NWT FIRE and we were denied 2 vouchers for my parents because they are not present with us for ordering!

I do not understand how it is physically possible to only go through 1 car in the drive thru every 5 minutes. Especially when the drive thru is the only thing open.

I guess when you buy a cold brew, you pay for the ice as well. I ordered a large cold brew coffee with no ice. They only filled it halfway, saying that it’s their policy because I didn’t get it with ice. Ridiculous and sad.

This Tim Hortons is absolutely disgusting. I watched the workers use the same gloves to take orders, change garbages, count money, make food and grab donuts. Not one person changed their gloves. This place needs to be shut down or health and safety needs to pay a visit

Just got a coffee and a pastry and the pastry tasted like it sat out all day. Not good waste of money

The rest rooms were closed for 45 minutes so until we complained. They shut them just when we came in, we had lunch and still they were shut. We asked and they said they were waiting for floors to dry? 45 mi s to dry? Then one stall has no toilet paper at all and other is almost out. NOT HAPPY!

Ordered a tea in drive through was on my ebike and usually j get sassed because it doesn't have 4. Wheels to Be in the drive through but the kid that helped me was super awesome and great customer service
