Took 25 minutes to make a medium ice cap, staff just standing there laughing and joking making 0 effort to accommodate the half a long mile line of people waiting. Would avoid at all cost

Worst service with Tim Hortons I have ever experienced. Your employee, when I asked for a peppermint (Candy Cane) hot chocolate the same way I do at other tim hortons locations, gave me a hot chocolate with a peppermint teabag. He then basically told me it was my fault for wording it that way and said he wouldn't redo the order, and without even giving me a chance to speak he walked away. Another employee watched this happen and didn't bother to say or do anything. This employee was also the same employee who, after I had waited 5-10 minutes in line, told me there was no cold coffee drinks, and then I proceeded to see multiple other customers get iced coffees and cold brews. I have never had a worse experience with a place.

Had an unbelievable experience today!

Staff were not attentive
Today i asked for ice cap, they didn’t have straw, they asked me to drink without straw moreover, i asked for warm savoury pastry and they told me to warm it myself in the uni oven,
Never expected this from TIMS!

Please do look into this matter.

The workers constantly talk which makes the long lines feel even longer. They mainly talk in their own languages (WHICH IS UNPROFESSIONAL), as the Indian cashier earlier was constantly telling me to wait in Tagalog. Overall the food wasn’t the best as I ordered a bowl earlier where they gave me less proportions and didnt even cut the chicken. Service is bad and Food quality is okay.

PS: Always out of Cold Brew!

You will be served faster if you walk to the Tim Hortons on 16'th avenue and back. Line is so long it blocks both halls. Orders are messed up, employees are overworked and crammed into an extremely small space, and baked goods always seem like they're a day old.
Edit: I had a pretty good donut a week ago, so at least the food isn't terrible.

1. Takes a long time to prepare orders.

2. Always busy talking in non-English language which is not professional and respectful for customers and
3.does not focus on receiving orders.

4. Give wrong order.

Suggestion:
Supervisor might need to provide workshops or orientation sessions before hire people.
Take a look at FISH philosophy to learn how to run a business in a fun and respectful environment.

1 start is more than enough.

Hate being that guy but this Timmies location is rather questionable, to say the least. From my last 7ish orders (all being a medium dark roast double-double), I haven't gotten my order twice and only once has the coffee tasted how it should. The person giving my order should realize that saying "medium double-double" is not the same as saying "dark roast double-double", as it has caused another individual to take my order on two separate occasions, today being one of them. Mistakes are inevitable but man, I've given this place 6 more tries than I should've, can't fault a dude for getting annoyed after the 6th mistake.

That being said, the workers are nice but they are probably super short-staffed leading to such mistakes. This location was exceptional in the past (two years ago) and I'm not sure as to what has changed.

I ordered an Iced Latte and its worst one I have ever had in Tim Hortons throughout Canada. They joked my order. I will never ever go to this Tim Hortons nor I will recommend. Please save your bucks.

I and a few other customers were sitting, and they were sweeping the place. They do not have any value for their customers. Dust particles can fly when you are doing that and can enter someone's mouth. They should be mindful of such a behavior.

My girlfriend and I ordered a refresher and requested it without ice. As the employee was about to hand it to me, the manager came out and asked why there was no ice in the cup. After hearing that we ordered the drink without ice, the manager told the employee to dump out half the cup before giving it to us. Literally the worst Tim Horton's EVER.

Captive market means low quality. The people working there aren't trained properly and some are even quite unpleasant. The management is incapable of even the most basic task of keeping things in stock. I've had curdled cream in my coffee. Worst Tim's I've been to

Honestly the morning staff are constantly killing it. Keep it up. But the afternoon staff seem to have no haste whatsoever and you're rarely likely to get non expired stuff it seems. Not much they can do if they can't find good staff to work afternoons. Keep up the good morning work though! You guys are busy af with the little staff you have!

They are SO rude. The proper response when you're out of something is "Sorry, we're out of that today! What else can I get you? " not scowling and telling me to "Read it" and pointing to a small, dinky sign that I never would have noticed otherwise. Keep that sign up there for good, pal. When aren't you out of almost everything or have broken machines?

Just a continual embarrassment. It's a shame this is one of the only real ones on campus.

Every day I come and get coffee and every day the “manager” is just sitting at a table in the food court reading a paper and having coffee. I’ve never seen her work or help her employees even when it’s really busy and they could obviously use the help. It really bugs me just seeing this lazy person doing nothing all day everyday.

I politely asked a question about the collecting points after I paid because I wasn’t able to log in to my app till then. The staff was rude and made me look stupid for asking that.

Very rude and aggressive staff. I don't know why tim hortons hires some people like the person at the counter. I won't buy anything there. Tim hortons should care about the reputation!

Very rude staff. I have seen students ask proper questions or reasonable request to their coffee such as adding milk and get responded to terribly. I've experienced the same multiple times, first hand

It's the worst Tim Hortons ever.

1-Dirty! Check the ground below the food stations, there are food waste all around.

2-No options! It's like 1/5 options when comparing with any other Time Hortons. Even coffee is limited with dark roast.

3-Stuff is so small and they forget to prepare orders! I have waited for 25 minutes just for a steeped tea!

I'll complain about this business to head office of Tim Hortons franchise company!
