I order 2 coffees from this location via the app almost daily. And the coffee cup is never filled up. I have brought this up several times and this continues to happen. It is very frustrating to get 3/4 of a cup of coffee when I have paid for a full coffee. I have been going to this Tim’s for many years and likely will stop because I can go to another Tim’s on my way to work and it would not be an inconvenience. It is unfortunate as the staff is incredible and I enjoy seeing them.
When I went in it was a really long line and they sold out of the holiday cookie which was very upsetting because I went there for it and the service was not the best I got soup and it spilled in the bag and made the bread soggy and to add onto that they have cardboard spoon
Annie is an amazing employee! Her smile and great attitude are so welcoming. I enjoy being served by her and look forward to seeing her again. She is professional and charismatic. See you soon Annie!
Annie is such an awesome employee. I look forward to being served by her as she is always friendly and has a smile on her face; always upbeat and entertaining. So glad she works at the 85th location.
Normally I'd give a higher rating but the guy serving me was terrible at customer service. Didn't say a single word to me, it was such a weird, awkward experience.
I was bring my sister to there and she doesn’t have a mask so I asking if they can just give me a spare one I can even pay for it. Because my sister just wanna look at the donuts and they refused and said they don’t have any. But how about their employees needs one. Any other place offer mask, so unfriendly and upset us.
As far as Tim Hortons goes this one is pretty great. It has faster wait times from every other Tim’s I go to in Calgary and this is because of the dedication and hard work of the staff. I had a hilarious conversation about Tim Beibs and how much donut baking they have had to do lately as a result of this promotion. The coffee is always consistent and if you use the app you can even instantaneously get your order. I subtracted a star for the floors being slippery and dirty at the end of the day, which could be a slight safety hazard; the bathrooms here also need renovation in the same fashion that we saw the quick restaurant itself at this location revamped. After these changes are made I will happily bump this up to a 5-Ring Review. I come here often for coffee runs! I much prefer this location over Westhills and 16th ST NW.
I usually never have problems with this tims but oh my god Im literally in shock. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch wrap online along with some other food. Everything else was fine but the chicken wrap was absolutely disgusting and looked like something that someone would feed their cat. I asked for crispy chicken and got this blended vomit instead. Im literally sick…
Asked for almond beverage/milk to be used on iced coffee. They didn't use it. Guy I ordered it for couldn't drink it due to lactose intolerance. This place needs to be stricter and pay better attention to details when it comes to orders like this.
Dang near almost had to go to the hospital for a allergic reaction caused from tomatoes. I know it’s my fault for not checking the sandwich but after saying twice “no tomatoes please” I thought the sandwich would be safe. My bad
Not going to lie, the employs are disrespectful and very annoying. The worker abused friend and used a racial slur towards my African American friend and they didn't get suspended or fired as i saw them working the next day. This is unbelievable and unsafe for the younger children that visit this Tim Hortons.
Have lived up on the hill for 12+ years. This Tims, the old one that got shut down in Cougar ridge and west hills are owned and managed by the same family. The family has always helped and treats every customer great! Highly recommend either the WestSprings/Wentworth location and Westhills! Keep up the good work Reese and Mason! Andrew and Jolie and of course the pups!
You got to one Tim Hortons you been to all the time Hortons Essentially that is the basis of a Franchise. Where a Tim Hortons sets it self apart form the there's is in friendly help for staff and great location witch this Timmy's has.
Well manage and amazing customer service. Well maintained that makes me more comfortable and safe from Covid. I highly recommend this place confirming my past personal multi experience.
This is the only tim hortons in the area now so it might be an inconvenient location for some but it is perfectly situated for me. The service is always great and mistakes are rarely made. My only complaint is it can often be very busy with lineups out the front door before school's in the area start the day. If you're in a rush it's probably a good idea to mobile order in advance
Today's experience was different. The staff is new. And the young east Indian guy does not have any customer service manner. Doesn't look at you and corrects you. He is a rude sob.
Standard Tim Horton products, I was the only one in line with 3 attendants, none of them would look at me for several minutes. Kind of weird. Coffee was OK though.
I ordered lunch to stay. I have been served with plastic spoon and knife and a coffe in disposable cup. Common Tim Hortons, try to be greener. What happened to the old style metal cutlery. If they change it, i will give more stars.
