Tim Hortons

One of the worst tim hortons in the city.i come to this location maybe once a week as it is close to my work, and i have no idea why i even do because every single time i come the drive through wait is over 5 minutes for them to even take your order.bagels are never toasted, breakfast sandwiches are never properly made, they have given me countless errors in my orders.staff are often rude, as they are clearly in a rush.chronically understaffed is maybe the issue, but nothing of quality comes from this location.ever.i made the decision today i will drive the extra few minutes to go to a different location, as itll save me tons of time in the long run.i work in retail/ customer service so i am not blaming the staff, but this location is just a hot mess.

I been coming to this place for a while now. But lately the service has slowed and they either get my order wrong or I left short. This has happened once to many times so I wrote this review. Also when I tried calling them there is never any answer.

I see a lot of bad reviews on this location but i go there every morning and i tried almost everything they have and I don't remember that i had any problem or something wrong with my order, the staff is good and they do a great job.

They’re rushing people through and making them feel uncomfortable by rolling there eyes if your looking for change! Come on take a breath and do your job! Like we’re wasting their time come on you guys slow down

The manager there was very friendly and assisted us in getting all our Tim hortons needs in a professional manner.

There is a space to taste the best coffee in the world and feel like you are in a family atmosphere where employees strive for the best professionalism. Congratulations Timhortons

It says it's open till 12 am but they lock the doors at 11.20pm. And they refuse to open the door and telling me they close at 10pm lol even I can see there are 10 people inside. Hilarious.

Got my friend an everything bagel with cream cheese. The poppy seeds were white and fuzzy with mold on them. He was reluctant to eat it, so I took it to the front to see if I could get a new one or get it replaced. The lady at the till was trying to play it off that I was referring to the sesame seeds, when I wasn't. Her English seemed quite limited, and she seemed very confused. Her coworker making sandwiches in the background was listening in and making rude comments in a different language. She would not replace the moldy bagel for me. Poppy seeds are supposed to be fully black, not white and fuzzy. She also pulled out a different bagel and it looked the same, if not worse than the one I had. Absolutely terrible experience, and I didn't enjoy someone ease dropping and commenting in a different language. Do better.

Horrible they keep messing up my orders in drive through have no time to go back though drive through always due to long line ups and keep losing all my points because they don’t give me the correct sandwich.
