Tim Hortons

It's a good place, but today I went to get a large london fog with extra vanilla syrup. So they gave me a london fog with espresso, I told them that's not my order and asked them to change it, but they treated me like im stupid and dont know what i ordered.what they did surprised me they just put it in another cup and returned it to me as it was new, and after I tasted it, it still tasted coffee in it. I told the guy on the window, and he didn't know what to tell me, so one of the servers said Earl gray tastes like coffee. That's really weird. It's not my first time to drink london fog, so please, before you reply to customers, think what you say right or wrong.

Don’t do the drive thru after 1 am. Worst customer service ever: I think the lady was sleeping. Was very mad at me for asking questions. McDonald’s down the street has way better service!

This Tim hortons is trash.had to come to this city for a meeting and had a quick 30 min lunch break, decided to go through the drive thru as it was a double drive thru service. As expected the drive thru would rotate on the speaker to take orders. When I pulled up, I had a lady tell me to hold.the other drive thru lane was taking orders still and allowed about 8 cars to take their order while I was told to stand by.

I finally got a little upset and yelled and someone apologized. I told them I was in a time crunch and all the lady had to say to me was sorry, we forgot.

It is what it is anyways, I placed my order for a cilantro slow cooked lime wrap and a double double.after waiting for about 18 minutes in the drive thru I got my order.

Took a couple bites of the wrap and it tasted horrible, the worst wrap i ever had in my life.tasted like garbage. I had to throw it out, coffee was cold with no sugar. This Tim hortons is the worst of them all. The staff here don't care about no one, nor are they nice.all so rude here.

This Timmy doesn't deserve to be standing tbh.the customer service is ridiculous.

Worst service, worst food and experience ever

It's standard fare in terms of food for a Tim Hortons. Unfortunately, I found the staff to be sub par, at best. Not very helpful, friendly or versed in customer service. I for one, won't be returning.

This Timmies is conveniently located and accessible from 104ave.

Despite being an old, busy, and directly affected by the issues of downtown we are all aware of, this Timmies has maintained its quality of service, food, and environment.

It gets busy at rush hours, but I always find my cup of tea.

I asked the lady about some food items if they have it because it was showing on the screen but she simply refused it and responded in very rudly and very aggressivly. Worst customer service. Their employer should work with them on their customer service skills and taught them how to talk to customers. I myself work in retail a d i know the basic standards of how we should treat and behave with our customers.

Slowest drive through I've ever seen. It took 20 min from entering the drive through line to get to the window.

Was rudely shouted at to leave the washroom so an employee could clean it. Good burger, though.

This tim Hortons won't honor a chicken bacon ranch wrap around supper hour around 6 p.m. Even though they have it on their screens to honor that. Shouldn't be only 1 certain time of the day only if Tim Hortons makes sandwiches during the day anytime. Why not wraps?

Extremely slow service via drive-thru on a Saturday afternoon …. I waited over 15mins to get my order.

The drive-thru at this Tims is almost always flowing, the staff are kind and friendly, they have great rhythm to their service - typically having your order ready to go before you've even made it to the window. They remember their regulars and deserve to be making atleast $25/he each. Fabulous service, best Tim's in Edmonton.

We go to this tim hortons everyday.the last few weeks they have been very rude opening when they want too.their are always working people trying to use this Tim's but unless you drive don't go their. I asked for the manager and she slammed te window in my face.nice employee

You pay when you order so no cash but it makes for a faster lineup, never seen that anywhere and thought it was cool

I recently visited this Tim Hortons and had an incredibly unpleasant experience. The state of the washroom was absolutely appalling. As soon as I entered, I noticed water all over the floor, making it slippery and dangerous to walk on. It was evident that no effort had been made to clean up the mess.

What can I say? Lovely (her name) made the start of my day the most pleasant. Great recommendation and such a friendly individual.

Always a good place to sit n relax n have a tea n spend time with friends love it friendly atmosphere n staff once in while someone's having a spat but generally ok for most parts n clean plus Wendy's is there too so good option for food same place

I was ordering from drive thru, the guys name is gilbert his customer service was very bad and we told him that we didn’t like the customer service and he had the nerve to say that i don’t care. The timing was 12: 03 am 28 May. Very disappointing

Fast service, food quality excellent. Staff friendly and helpful provide extra napkins or butter pats no problem. Great atmosphere as well.

It's Tuesday May 23 morning, do the manager think that Tim Hortons for her, I am wondering how tim Hortons accept her.
Tim Hortons management should look at this shift because some of them treat costumer as they want or think.
