Stopped in with a friend after swimming for a light breakfast. With saving on Tim's app, 2 breakfasts went from $16.00 to bit over $11.00
Great service & everything fresh.

Potato wedges cold and less quantity, went back to get new ones they said we're out, poor attitude, poor customer service. Never going back to this location.

Worst customer service. I ordered coffee many times and no one make the coffee for me. I just waited and waited and waited. Very rude very rude

My reveiw goes to Yashi. She was very nice, sweet and went above and beyond to serve us. She made very delicious iced capp as well. Thank you for your service Yashi. She deserves a raise!

Honestly would give 0 stars. I usually always come to this location unfortunately because it’s closest to my house but from now on i’d rather drive a few more kilometers to get to somewhere else.
First I come here to be greeted almost every time by this rude lady. It’s the morning and i’m already having a bad morning and she asks me what I want. I ask for a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and a cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese.she proceeds to tell me they don’t have strawberry cream cheese in the rudest way.mid way she always says “i need you to speak up” in the rudest tone ever.i’m already annoyed at this point.i then ask if i can get bacon bagel sandwich instead of sausage on it and she says “english muffin or biscuit is what you get”. So you’re telling me you can simply replace the sausage with bacon? Everything she says is in a very aggressive rude way and i will never be going back to this location.i just told her to cancel everything and i drove off.she needs to learn how to do customer service because this is more than once.

I have had several issues ordering from Uber eats from this specific location that I don't have at others. Almsot everytime I order a box of donuts from this location it is missing in my delivery. I have tried to give the benefit of doubt that it could be an Uber issue, but I have not had this issue with any other location.

Today 2 large ice buckets which were very small and there was a lot of empty space and it looked like many were already prepared! I am not very happy

Pretty good. Orders were fast, food was fresh. Only very minor issue was that I requested no cheese in a breakfast sandwich, got cheese. Also got TWO egg patties with my sausage so can't really complain. Normally an excellent stop for breakfast.

I ordered a medium coffee and a toasted bagel, I watched a lady make 4 bagels and a few sandwiches plus a blt croissant and when I asked if she forgot about my bagel she gave me attitude, didn't cut it, and only put butter on one side. Plus the coffee was supposed to have 1 sugar, there was none.

Very rude and unprofessional.

Day shifts are very good
but evening shift supervisors are very rude to the customer and don’t treat well

I usually go to this TIMs but I am so disappointed how the lady who is the supervisor treats people an older man who was customer asked for the washroom she did not only refuse for him but she was so rude to him. That is unacceptable the owners must look in to it.

Order was made wrong in the drive thru and burnt, when I came in to ask for it to be remade the staff were incredibly rude

This is the one on 50 street and Hermitage. 3 of us go to a Tim Hortons every week, and ha e been here before, but I have to say that as happy as I was to see the plywood window replaced with glass finally, I I was equally dismayed to see all the empty dirty tables and the sign on the bathroom door saying "Closed for cleaning".
One of us ordered, and I went in search of staff to wipe a table. I was taking our orders, another was serving the window and a third was leaning on the counter with arms crossed. She did look up as I took the cloth out of the filthy 'Disinfectant ' water, wrung it out and with my walker, went and washed our table and chairs. By the way, the table has more than a top, please show them how gross they get and have them cleaned too.
I took back the cloth, politely thanked them for its use and went back to my friends. We were there an hour. NOBODY touched the tables or the bathroom. Management needs to take this bunch in hand, this was disgraceful. I'd have them all on probation or out the door.
