Store caters their workers to driver thru patrons only. Took 20 minutes to order and get lunch when only 2nd in line. 6-8 staff and only 1 working on instore customers. When asked about this, they said to be patient they were busy. After being only 2nd in line, and waiting near 10 minutes to place the order, there was a growing line up of 5 more people lined up behind (to which they were also commenting their displeasure with the service). Would recommend a different location to go to, they continually mess up orders - including the very simple 2 wraps and 2 drinks in which I ordered this particular day. Bad service, not very efficient staff working.
I ordered via the mobile app for inside pickup - I was given my bagel but then after trying to get someone's attention for over 5 minutes to get the rest of my order, I was simply told I must've input the wrong address. I showed my receipt that had the correct address, at which point they started to make the rest of my order. My steeped tea was made and placed on a counter in the back. I then said "is that my tea? ", to which two employees looked at each other, confused, then said yes. I then had to ask for someone to hand it to me. In all, I spent at least 15 minutes inside this store. I complained to Tim Hortons customer service and requested a refund, who told me they sent my comments to the franchise owner. After multiple follow-ups to Tim's, they gave me the owner's contact information to write to him myself. I received a "I have no idea what you're talking about" in response. I then explained the situation, again, and he stopped responding. After weekly follow-ups for months, he emailed back saying the store would mail a gift card. Still nothing. I have not returned to this location and I never will. Just awful.
Ordered a steeped tea with 2 cream 1 honey and a Boston cream donut. I had to ask the total (I paid cash plus points for my tea) amount even though I had the machine pushed at me. I looked in the bag and saw the donut was wrong.it was a chocolate glazed donut. Not what I ordered. They tell me they're out. Something they could have told me before I paid. My tea had no honey either. Not sure I've been to a worse Tim Hortons.lol This location definitely needs to get their stuff together.
This is the worst Tim Hortons in town. If you want to have a suprise with every order and have to go back to get it fixed 3 times this is your morning stop. 0/10 go to the Tim's down 137. At least their employees are competent enough to make your order correct the first time
Visited this location at least 6 times in 2022-2023. I agree with other reviewers that staff are primarily concerned about servicing drive through customers. Slow, very slow. I'm only going there because there is no other coffee shop nearby.
Service is terrible, got both my food orders wrong. Waited over 10 mins to be served inside this location. Drive thru line up was out to the street which is unsafe and made it hard to enter parking lot. Staff doesn’t care about the customers.
The people working there do not read? ! I ordered steeped tea and the order screen shows steeped tea but they gave me coffee instead, 3 times in 2 weeks! PLEASE CHECK YOUR EYES!
Terrible place- would probably prefer Mcdonald/A&W or popeyees next time. I asked for spicy chicken bowl and i was told that they do not have rice. I asked to switch my order to Farmers Egg Wrap - i saw the lady putting bacon and when i told cashier that this has bacon she said no there is no bacon. I opened the wrap in front of her and it had bacon. She did not apologize and started giving me looks and saw rudely as if I made a mistake. While i was in my car i could hear the cashier talking to her co workers about me. Never be back here…at least try to be respectful towards your customers.
The service was slow, the staff was not able to explain how the rewards program works only to repeat it is a rewards program. Staff was not able to answer if anything on the menu is gluten free, or not. I was in the lobby, both times I went up to the counter, staff walked right by without any acknowledgement and were focused on the drive thru.
I had toasted bagel with butter missing from my drive thru order, even though it was paid for. When I realized, I had not gone too far and this was the closest Tim's anyway, I returned back to claim my order. I insisted to toast a fresh one as I don't want cold one. I was handed over the same bagel microwaved. It was warm but definitely not fresh, it was soggy and chewy. I had no time to go back and I had to throw this in garbage and move on, to NEVER return to this location.
