It is a local restaurant and the service is good. I forgot some items from my order and the staff came outside in the cold to bring it to me. The food is not burnt and complete. The only thing I wish they listen to my order without rushing as sometimes it can take time to decide. The cilantro wrap has significantly shrinked in size, I don't know due to inflation or just a Tim Hortons decision overall.
Service is not really the best. Very slow! Update: i wish I could give negative reviews. There was an Indian girl working there who refused to accept that the hash brown in my wrap was dry and hard to the point i couldn't eat it. I politely asked her to make it again and she completely refused saying it's not possible. Then another employee asked me what was wrong with my order. I told her and she happily made the order again. But the other girl gave her the wrong order and they added meat in my wrap. I couldn't eat it because I don't eat meat and I politely asked them to make it again. They all started making faces and looked at me angrily as if I had done something wrong. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.
Honestly couldn't be less happy. Hair in the food and always something missing, it's pretty upsetting when you pay for extras that are not provided. The wraps are not even put together properly and you get more sauce to wrap. Just unpleasant.
The worst drink they served us.if I complained about it the assistant manager named Satinder, that lady is super rude nd don’t know how to talk and how to serve the customer. I believe they need training for making drinks and for customer services too… horrible experience.
***AVOID COMING TO THIS LOCATION** This Tims never seems to have food, especially crispy chicken. Sometimes at 9: 30pm they stop serving sandwiches! This is the only close location to chestermere so we always like to come as a family for walks and every-time we order for all of us things get confused and half of the times we don’t get half of the things we pay for it! I wish this location makes some changes!
It’s the slowest store I have been to and how hard is it to pour a dark roast coffee with 2cream and a half sugar and when u mention it to the staff they could care less
Wait time are longer. Need more experienced staff because the forget to make your order properly (forget to add sugar in in tea) and was calling grilled chicken soft chicken. Need more training. There is one 1 person at the teller.
The staff here is unbelievable so unprofessional. They do not care about their job what soever. I'm tired of this disgrace of establishment. These lazy humans are only there for a paycheck. They are not there because they care about the place. Or care about the the owners of this place. Sad and pathetic to say the least. Please advise if you'd Iike a real entrepreneur to show you how to run a busy establishment
Completely disgusted with the service here. After going over order three times still managed to get in wrong. Bagels were old the coffee was burnt and not made properly no sugar. And for Christ sake I thought these people were supposed to wear gloves caught a glimpse of the staff spreading icing on donuts with no gloves. Their lucky my phone couldn’t take the video or it would be attached!
It doesn’t matter the time of day you visit this location. Morning, lunch, evening this location is the slowest Tim Hortons service I’ve ever experienced. Waited literally 10 minutes for a tea and they never seem to have food. Definitely skip this location if you can or be prepared to wait a ridiculous amount of time for even the smallest items.
They said they would have the long John's back in May. Do purchase and every time I stop at a Tim hortons. No one had it. I think they are false advertising.
I bought dozen donut and 2 ice caps in Chestermere location, i pick assorted when we try to eat the sour cream glazed are stinky and smelly I called and told the supervisor on duty she think I’m lying she told me come in the morning when manager is here the supervisor has no authority to take decisions if the food is bad I wasn’t even going to return my main concern is if the whole badge is bad they can check and throw so people won’t get sick.supervisor has No manners
Honestly the staff needs to pay attention on the preparation of coffee. Atleast try to blend properly the 2 half properly which mostly tastes like double double
