While there is nothing particularly spectacular about this Tim’s, there is nothing overly wrong with it either. My only complaint is that it was incredibly slow to get my drink (10ish minutes). Staff were nice, tables and seats were clean, and the music was ok.

Absolutely the worst Tim’s I have ever been to. The staff are so rude, the service is terrible. Longest wait times ever. They don’t call out the food orders loud enough, so everyone is going through other’s food. I have never had a correct order here, they always manage to mess it up. Will not be returning.

Absolute worst location in Calgary. Staff is beyond rude, and slow. When waiting for your food, they don't call out orders and encourage others to go through the food to determine if it's theirs. Today I ordered a cream cheese bagel with sausage but it was given with no sausage. When I mentioned this to the staff, they argued and made disgusting faces as to why this would be an order. Ended up leaving with no bagel or refund. Scammers.

They closed the washroom and they it will open tomorrow.they are lier they won't let customer use the washroom.

The market mall location is wonderful!

Very kind friendly staff, speedy service, and very clean whenever I come! A specific highlight to the lovely blonde girl named Kayla, she works so hard it’s amazing to watch her run around! Will definitely continue to come here!

Super disappointed in the Uber eats order this morning. The BLT, didn’t have bacon lettuce or tomato. Put the entirety wrong cream cheese on my bagel and didn’t even spread it. Just globbed it in the middle. And I can’t even call to complain because the phone number on google is wrong. This location has always been nothing but issues. Staff are rude and apparently can’t read a screen and make food correctly.

The worst tim ever! They think they can charge you more because they are in 16th ave.

There is one senior lady, who is extremely rude. I don't go for coffees in tim. Today I went, got some donut, potato wedges and coffee. My three year old wanted to taste the coffee. It was too hot. So I asked for an extra cup. Instead of telling me to pay for it first, she shouted and gave a rude reply that next time the extra cup will be paid as if I am always going there and asking for free cups. She could have said it calmly that cup is paid. I paid for it afterwards.
She has no rights to insult someone in front of others. I am not going to them again. Tim hortons should teach their employees how to behave with people.
