They need more staff during rush hour.waited for 10min, since only one person was taking orders.

Sunday 11: 00 AM. The store had a small queue. But, the service was incredibly slow. And I had ordered plain coffee. Wonder how long would the wait be for a latte. The staff said I could take my food and they'd call out my number for the coffee. I waited a awhile and waited and then walked up to the counter. The server had forgotten about my coffee. As to the restaurant, the waste receptacles were overflowing, the tables all had crumbs and were definitely not wiped down.

Very busy. You have to ask for napkins, straws, stir sticks, etc, so it makes you lose time.

We went early (6am) because we wanted to explore the park. Food was so good we ate breakfast there everyday.my wife had 5 of the blueberry muffins in 3 days (stole one of mine). For the Yanks reading this, its like Dunkin with half the selection and twice the flavor. The "Biscuits" aren't southern, more like crumpets, but to me a little better than the Chik. Coffee will come hot enough to melt steel, so let it cool. We'll eat there again, often, if we are in Canada.

There is no cleanliness here. Tables are dirty always, garbage is coming out from bins, and they never have tissue papers available even if you gonna ask from any employee.

Ordered a coffee, donut and hash browns. Was given the coffee and donuts but not the hash browns and ordered/screamed at to stand at the far end of the store to wait. 15 minutes later I ask about my hasbrowns and they said they’ve got no record of my order. The employee never gave me a receipt and I was made to pay for my hash browns again! Once I got my order there were 2 hash browns missing.
