Horrible Tim Hortons, never going back to this location. Not only were they insanely slow but when there were issues scanning my app to get my offer and points they told me there's nothing they could do about it. I ordered something solely because of the offer and ended up spending more money than I had planned on because they also said they couldn't cancel the transaction as half of it had gone through on a giftcard already. Then to top it off my biscuit in my sausage biscuit was burnt around the edges (enough for me to taste it). Extremely unimpressed and frustrated. Do not go to this Tim Hortons!

I visited the Tim Hortons location on the morning of January 1st, 2024, with a queue of four cars ahead of me. Understanding that it was early and there might be fewer staff, I patiently waited. When it was finally my turn to order, I received a cheerful welcome, but my frustration grew as there was no response after I requested a coffee.
Thinking the staff might be occupied with the previous order, I patiently waited. After the car ahead of me left, I found myself waiting for an additional 12 minutes, attempting to get their attention with no success. Eventually, after blowing my horn, a co-worker explained through the mic that they open at 8, which was why it took so long. This left me baffled, as I had just witnessed another car being served ahead of me and also someone asking me what would i like the moment I drove before they went mute.

This experience was not only unprofessional but also frustrating. I've had positive experiences at this location before, making this recent incident even more disappointing.

The worst ever Tim Hortons in Calgary area. Smoky most of the time, bad smell washrooms, not enough parking spaces and short staffed plus burnt food is just a little explanation of this place.

Tim hortons, unfortunately, isn't really owned by canadians anymore, and I must say it seems to have really gone sideways. I think I'd rather spend my money on local owned coffee Companies from now on. The coffee tasted burnt, the doughnuts are still great which is the reason for 3 stars and not 2.
Great place for doughnuts but not much else these days. Sorry

This is my home Tim Hortons and my preferred choice. All the staff here are on their game. They are fast and efficient and pump those orders out accurate and timely.and always with a smile. When I entered the shop, it was clean and all staff had hair nets. The coffee hit the spot and the honey Cruller was a nice treat. Thankyou to all the great staff for their kindness and getting my order out fast and correct and for a job well done!

The most efficient drive-thru experience I've had probably ever! I visited during morning rush and proceeded through the drive-thru in record time. The staff very extremely friendly and personable. They clearly work as a team considering the efficiency and quality of service received. The management should be very proud of their employees.

I have been coming to this Tim Hortons for a few years, and recently with the turn over of new staff, things have started to completely fall apart. I order a tea and once I get to my destination, I always have to stir or add to it. It seems like the sugar dispenser needs to be recalibrated daily. Hash browns are typically extremely hard, that I end up throwing it away. Food is just thrown together to get you out of the drive thru quickly. The employees that are working in the drive thru are always pushing food out the window to keep on time, that it makes for an unwelcomed experience. I understand that they have a time quota to obtain in the drive thru, and I used to work at a Tim Hortons so I understand how busy it can be. Things need to be adjusted at this store.

Staff are amazing, literally the sweetest staff I’ve ever come across I so highly recommend them. That being said the food is inedible, threw out the food cause it wasn’t what I ordered or liked. Sadly out $6.

I thought I was going to Wendy's, but it was closed. Had the grilled cheese and 12 grain bagel and it was absolutely delicious. Sometimes the simplest things are perfect!

Went through the drive-thru long lineup went through very quick. Staff was very play to give you what you needed and even with a polite smile can't say much about this one because I did not go in Go in the Tim Hortons but this is a very busy drive-through for this location. Two drive throughs makes it even better. Helps the long lineup It is harder on the workers but they seem to have it under control but you will have the complainers and grumpy pants who wait too much in line. What do you expect when you want a good coffee? You got to wait for it to be done and a staff to to give it to you with the polite smile I'm saying. Thank you

Horrible.ordered a wrap via drive through.went to pay by points, was told I don't have enough as I'm getting the machine pushed intto my car. (I had 760pts.) Paid cash. Irvine says sorry (drive thru attendant). No your not. Sandwich is disgusting.chicken rubbery.

Didn't have 3/6 things I ordered through the app. Forgivable for sure, but then also forgot to give me my substitutes so I had to ask for them.

It's one thing to not have items, it's another go just not give me anything lol.

Staff looks to be overworked especially at breakfast and lunch time. They are pleasant at the counter but too busy for niceties. Love your food and the original coffee. The new coffee, the stronger one would be sold more if it was Columbian. I'd say 6 out of 10

Had coupon from survey for a $1 iced cap or coffee. System was down or something.so was pretty much told coupon isn't useable. Seemed too bothered to even try to help. Not impressed.

Very rude staff. They took the order in the drive through and the staff at the window changed the order. My friend asked for turkey baked club and the lady said they don’t have and she said she will make a rap instead. Then at window she gave wrong order. When I asked for my order she said that you are changing the order. After the argument she gave cold rap. It was terrible service I had ever received. My tea was also with less sugar. My order was horrible. At the end we went inside to talk to her and again she argued. The other lady also talked rudely. We understand it’s less staff but it was not that busy by the time. Next time If they provide the service with proper care and time will be great. I’m a regular customer here and never had this type of issue at this location.
This location is advertised 24 hours open and the lady was like I can’t make more raps because we are closing and we have cleaned it already she refused to take the second order.
If you can’t take the order then don’t advertise that it’s open.

Not too sure if either the staff here are just unprofessional, or not trained well.

Went to try those new roast beef cravables sandwichs the other day, the person on the headset just says "don't have", asked for the chicken one instead, again "don't have". That how they actually said it, not a 'sorry we don't have that at the moment' or 'it's currently sold out' would of sufficed for those reasons.

Yet somehow the menu in the drivethrough shows them?

So what do they have? I asked. "Wraps and regular sandwiches". Okay whatever, I'll have a chicken bacon ranch wrap with crispy chicken (spoiler: the cravables uses the same chicken.).

Go to eat my chicken wrap, found out the chicken is drier than a desert. And the bacon nearly oinked at me, it was that undercooked.

As I'm writing this, I am just finishing up the last bite of my roast beef cravables sandwich I got from a smaller gas station Tim's. Go figure that they somehow have it. And it was good.

This location needs improvement.
From the rushed service to the quality control of food.

Hash browns were burned.
Farmers Wrap, when opening the wrap container looked like it was ripped apart by a bear.

Absolutely insane that they make u re drive thru the drive thru because ur order isn’t quite ready and wait 5 more cars this is the worst Tim hortons despicable customer service wont be coming back!

Pretty bad when your customer volume drops to nearly zero and you still get your double buttered bagel with NO butter on it! I also wouldn’t ask for double butter if your staff actually put butter on it when you ask for it. Normally you sacrifice quality for stats for the giant corporate machine but that is when you are servicing numerous patrons. Still not acceptable I know but at least you can justify it!

Multiple times I've ordered a specialized ice capp from this place and they never follow directions. When asked to fix it I'm told to hold on and then ignored or forgotten.

The interior is much nicer then most Tim Horton's but given the amount of foot traffic I was surprised that the soup was cold and the specialty donuts were really dry and on the hard side

Sacrifice quality for the sake of time. My bagels are never fully toasted. Breakfast sandwiches are askew causing cheese stuck to the bag. Inconsistent tea. I understand they are at their busiest around the time that I go, otherwise the rating would be worse

WORST tims in the city! I’ve been there 4 times and they never improve, I always have to tell them make sure it’s fresh and all they say is “sure” or “it’s always fresh” which is a lie and on the top of that they get mad. I will NEVER EVER go to this location anymore even if it would be the only choice. I wish if there was a zero start because that is what this location deserves.

Terrible service! I clearly said to the lady in the counter that i want iced coffee and she gave me iced capp. I tried to tell her that i order iced coffee and she is trying to argue with me, telling me that i order iced capp. I tried to tell her calmly few times that i order iced coffee but still, she is still arguing with me. She ended up giving me iced coffee however she didn't even offer to refund my money back. Terrible, terrible service! I am so shock on how she treated me!

Clean. Seems newer and bigger than most. Wait ok. Started charging for cheddar cheese if substitute that from the plastic american slices. Used to be no extra charge. Pricey hashbrowns. Typical breakfast fare. Bacon barely cooked. I wouldnt recommend that.

Coffee is too acidic. Drive by customers get preferential treatment while the inside line is being served by only one person. That should be the other way around so people get their lazy a. Out of their vehicles.

If zero stars was possible, that's the rating I would give. Absolutely horrible experience at this location and I will NEVER be going back. Giant seasonal advertising sign at the drive thru menu stating the seasonal tea latte is $2.29 for medium. Staff at the window insists it's $3.09 and refuses to honor the price POSTED ON THE MENU. Called head office to confirm the price - $2.29 is correct and either this location or this staff simply won't honor the price. What a joke. If you have something posted on your menu for a certain price then have some integrity and honor it. The staff was probably just hoping to pocket the 80 cents - just disgusting. On top of the price issue, staff was just plain rude. Continued to argue the price with me even after I pointed out the clear discrepancy. I eventually just said cancel the drink. He shoved the rest of my breakfast at me through the window without a word. WHAT A JOKE OF A LOCATION. Learn how to run a business. Hire some decent staff. Learn how to treat your paying customers with respect.

I have been coming to this Tim Hortons, and the staff have always been great! I called one night and asked if they had a certain kind of muffin, as I needed half a dozen. The staff member said yes they did, however he said we could bake you a fresh batch if I have them 25 mins. Sure enough they were still warm and fresh when I got there. That’s awesome! So I only have good things to say about the store!

I enjoy coming to this Tim’s because the staff are friendly and the restaurant is always always always clean! I appreciate that about a fast food restaurant. Also, they do over staff from the looks of it but they’re all doing something even if it’s just wiping counters.
