They mess up your order then when you go up to ask them politely to fix it they make you feel like its your fault. Happened more than once. That old white woman with glasses is the one im talking about. Never ordering from there again

I just got off of work and came to this location to order a coffee, I also had to use the washroom very badly and was told rudely that I couldn’t. I asked why and the lady working the til and the other lady scoffed at me and were talking under their breath. I have never been treated like this at a Tim Horton’s, absolutely disgusting customer service, the two ladies looked like they didn’t even want to be there. This location is convenient for me as I don’t work too far from there but I was treated incredibly bad for no reason. I am appalled! If I don’t hear from someone on the review I will be escalating this further, this reflects horrendously on the owner!

They never let you use their restroom, always say no or it’s closed. Even though you are a paying customer and suppose to have a washroom for customers. I asked the staff working the front cash why it’s closed every single day and she was just so incredibly rude. Would not recommend this location to anyone

I used to go there all the time. Today there were 3 pple ahead of me and I waited 40 minutes for 2 egg cheese croissants. I'm never going there again bc the waits just get longer and longer

The workers forgot my order and waited long. Mens washrooms is nasty and the soap in a cup was nasty

I waited 45 min in line then 20 minutes n for the wrong drink then another 20 min for a watery half filled ice cap no sorry no nothing slammed my drink down and that was it!

I understand reviews don't matter to this corporation. They will just copy and paste a poorly written statement and fill out a form. I stopped going to this specific location long ago after getting soured creamer in my coffee on more than one occasion. Now hair in food? My wife got bagel, big old black hair. No attention to detail. No beard nets? Do better. Your just turning a profit over providing proper customer service to paying customers. Sad.

Omg! A long, thick hair on my food! Like how? I bet they don't sanitize enough or change gloves often. Like I go to this location before class, and I'll be telling my peers at school not to go to this location.

Not a fan of not being able to sit an enjoy my breakfast. They deal with lines fairly well though despite being obviously short staffed. Tim Horto s went way downhill with their loyalty rewards program though.

Samantha at this location is very kind and took the time to show me how to use the app so I could use my rewards for an iced coffee! Some customers are not very polite but she is very patient and considerate. Thanks a lot Samantha! I hope you get a raise!

Man, this has got to be one of the most ghetto looking Tim Hortons I've ever seen. I'd estimate 40% of the windows were cracked from vandalism and had to be boarded up. The double doors actually hang slightly open and don't swing all the way shut any more. There's homemade signs all around discouraging loitering, probably because of the location.

No complaints about the speedy staff service and food though!

Edit: Posted a picture of my "crispy" chicken cat food sandwich. What a rip off.
Ordered an iced cap, a cup of iced water, two donuts, a loaded Chipotle steak wrap and a crispy chicken wrap. It was Saturday afternoon and only two people working. On a day that was almost 30° outside it was hotter and stagnant inside the establishment. My honey dip donut melted down my hand while trying to eat it. And my chicken wrap. Wow. I paid over $5 for a crispy chicken wrap that was bland, soggy and had what I could only assume as canned chicken inside that resembled cat food. I hadn't been to this location in over a year, it was abysmal.
Also most of the "restaurant" was blocked off by what was essentially police tape with hours of operation for seating areas. This experience reminded me why I stopped buying anything from the TH franchise.

Building condition is very poor, half the windows are smashed or boarded up, the restroom cubicles don’t have working locks and no toilet paper was available. Won’t return to this one whilst in town.

Please don’t ask me to call some guest care number, I’m visiting internationally and have no means of making that call.

Worst Tim’s-not busy-cashier wasn’t ringing ppl constantly but still ended up waiting 15 mins for mobile order. I stood in front of mobile counter but was ignored. Finally someone acknowledged me and still had to “look” for my order. And no apology. In fast man acted like it was my fault. I could’ve ordered at till faster.

Washroom in this Tim’s was absolutely filthy, no toilet paper in cubicle not even a holder for toilet paper, basin faucet sprayed everywhere, garbage on floor, not a good place for higene.

Always standard fare at any Tim Hortons. What sets this location are the staff and for anyone who reads my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience.

Always friendly and service provided with a smile. If you're looking for decent food, good value and great people, this is a location I recommend you visit.

Seems like Every time you go in you get asked by the homeless person to buy them a coffee and it just keeps going from there. Maybe some manners please & thanks goes a long way. We have services in Edmonton, but if it's easier to ask why not it seems. Just saying.
