Tim Hortons

Menu board advertised crispy chicken sandwich but this location does not carry it. Otherwise service was fast, and friendly and food was fresh.

Never have iced capps. Not sure what the reason is but I have tried every time I go to the airport for the last two years, and they never have them available. Not sure if the machine has to be replaced or theres a supply problem to this specific location, but this is crazy.

The worst Tim Hortons that we have ever been to! Service is awful, cashier is not listening to you, she is just making up her own order. They don’t heat pastry when you request.

Yes, it's busy and sometimes it's a long wait but.

Just wanted to let you know about the exceptional customer service provided at this particular Tim Hortons. My young son spilled the bottled water I had just bought for him and the staff was more than helpful. First, the manager offered to replace the bottle, which she didn't have to do and second, Abdul was so nice. He specifically asked me not to be sorry. He told my son that he had given him something to do and made us laugh. It's a rare thing to find this level of not only customer service but kindness. Please let the staff know that they are doing a great job and to continue being generally nice people. Thanks!

Service is ok but do expect long lineup at most of the time.

Don't be surprise this location don't accept Tim Rewards card!

I went to this store around 5: 30 am no line up not much crowded. There were 2 staff: no greeting, forget about smiling, I kept thinking if they don't like the job why are they even working. The owner of this store should take this into consideration that the staff needs to provide a good customer service at all times. My second issue was the only hot item that I took was hash brown and that too wasn't even warm. Very disappointed with this outlet.

Wish i could leave less stars. Two gals working one was polite enough but the other was extremely rude.we were there 15 minutes to close so i can understand they were hurrying to clean up but they actually refused to sell us a bagel when we could see there were obviously bagels. They told us we couldn’t have it toasted because they were closed (even though it was still more than 10 minutes till actual closing) and we said that’s okay we just want a bagel, the nicer gal offered cream cheese but the other very rudely said we could not have anything except the bagel because they were closed and needed to catch a bus.clearly the owners don’t care about their employees to not give them enough time to close however the way we were treated was wildly uncalled for.shame on the owners… it should’ve been a 3 or less minute interaction but took way longer since we had to spend time convincing them to serve us

They had nothing we usually buy from the menu, like Latte and Paninis. This location seems to use the franchise name but don't sell the same. I had never been to a Tim Hortons with no Latte. I didn't know what to order. They also don't take Tim Rewards. I guess they are too busy to participate in any kind of program to benefit the customer, because people will come anyway.

The staff is very nice, kudos to the cashier (girl with braces, Saturday March 18,2023 around 11 am) she was very helpful and smiley. She understood our frustration and offered what she could and smiled with sympathy.

It's an airport Tim's. Mixed up coffee and tea and sometimes doesn't have what you want but otherwise great for quick travel stop.

Decent Tim Hortons location but I'm only giving three stars as they don't support the Tims Rewards program.

Only one person working and they wouldn't make breakfast sandwiches without the toaster, it was broken. So they were only selling muffins and donuts.

Feb 6th 5 15 am, the 2 ladies working inside. Cashier is Filipino n other lady is Caucasian. These 2 should be given a raise by TIM HORTONS CORP for the service and quality they provided. Although our food and coffee were served on point there was a Huge lineup and both were doing a fantastic job. Perhaps the manager needs to hire 1 more person so that these 2 great people don't burn out. Employees like these need to be acknowledged and rewarded for their hard work n ethics.

The worstest of all Tims! Cheese and Crackers! It’s in an airport! People need to catch their flights! #YEG you need to have another coffee shop besides this snail-pain-staking tims and starbucks….

They dont understand english, i have to said four times my order and even after that they made it wrong. Ridiculous service, dont go for them.

Good people and I really miss Canada because of this experience. Best airport out of Canada and Paris child friendly and fun

They don't scan the point cards here with an excuse that they are in the airport. I have scanned my point card many times at other tim hortons airports. Won't be dealing with this location again.
