Tim Hortons

This is not an issue with food. After going through the drive thru, I had to run in and use the washrooms. They were locked washrooms, so I waited in line to ask an employee. I said, "My husband and I went through the drive thru, and I needed to use a washroom" and the response from the employee was, "I don't care, I don't care. " Then she unlocked the bathroom.

Friendliness could be better. Employees represent your business.

Went there last night nobody was there except me. The Tim Hortons on 17 Ave and 47 street SE Calgary. The girl asked me to wait even though there wasn't any body there but me. Then after that I went to the window and no one was making my order. Waited 5 minutes then I layed on my horn. Someone came to the window she was mad. I told she is slow and told her to make my drinks no one was there but me. She cried and whined about it the whole time. I tried to get her name off her tag I was distracted because she was the supervisor! What is she showing her staff on how to act? The worst location by far that I have ever been at. Terrible location do not go there.

Overall 1* because some of the employees are very rude (some are really nice) but one in particular shouldn't be working there with the attitude she has. Anyways, for some reason they can't make the food properly nor the drinks. I get it if it's one time, but this has been over 10 times where my order has been wrong. When I speak up they deny it and then states that's how it's supposed to be (which is wrong). I've contacted the head office over this issue because something needs to be done. Last order I got was couple beverages and asked for light ice and got 3/4 of the drink instead of the full drink, I'm not paying for ice I'm paying for the drink, unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible. The DT supervisor doesn’t care about service only about speed because that’s what they’re trained to do.
My order is simple - bagel and tea - but 50% of the time it’s wrong because they don’t care about quality only about speed.
Went to DT at 8pm on a Friday. No bread for sandwiches and no chicken. Probably forced by the owners in an attempt to cut costs - I worked at a tims I know how it is.

Excited to see the generic response to the website that never works for me! Nothing will really change because they don’t care enough if it’s not speed or money

While at a drive-through counter, the cashier accidentally dropped my change on the floor. I decided to step out of my vehicle to retrieve the money. However, the cashier reacted strangely, repeatedly saying "no sir" in a confusing and agitated manner. It seemed like she was under pressure and in a hurry.

To my surprise, she began telling me that she didn't want to argue with me, despite me not initiating any argument. As I waited for my food across the parking lot, I asked for her name. In response, she told me to shut up while smirking at her co-workers.

Tims is so busy they lost the value of treating you like something other then a number.
In and out.
Money money money

It's truly sad
Food well its the same
Nothing to brag about
You give them a order and you end up with something different or someone else's.
So your always surprised.

You get coffee instead of tea.
And if they stir it.
Your winning.

If I could rate below 1 star I would.the food and drink orders have not once been correct and when I voice my actual order I get snarky faces and attitudes and not even a sorry.absolutely worst place to go when there are way better tim hortons workers just down the road.

Just use this place for take out. I always need to remind the staff to spread the cream cheese evenly on a bagel. They either put too much in the middle and leave the sides empty or just put very little cream cheese overall which makes me feel I'm eating toasted bagel only.

Staff at this location were very kind and compassionate when i was here! Quick service as well:) was served by Travis who was so nice and patient!

The dirtiest Timmy's ever. There was no soap or loo paper in the ladies room and 2 of us brought that to the attention of counter staff. The place had never been swept from the day before, lots of crumbs and tidbits on the floor. There was a group of us occupying 2 tables and had to ask the young girl to wipe them off. She came back with an old rag, who knows where it had been used before, and she made a pathetic effort to wipe one table with all the crumbs going on the chairs and floor. Repeat 3 more times each time with eye roll and sigh. No initiative at all, she couldn't have cared less. Counter staff were very friendly and efficient. The store isn't in the greatest part of town either. We won't be back and will go somewhere else the next time.

Every time I stop in here for a coffee or something to snack on the staff make me feel grateful that I have, I have gotten to know a few of the team members as I used to work at a Tim’s years ago the only thing with this location is it’s downtown and in downtown Calgary homelessness and drug addiction are rampant still I walked into the washroom and the two guys that were in there tried to wave me out of the room because they were smoking a bubble of Meth it made me sick to my stomach

This location is the worst by far, is the owner or manager ever tried to see himself/herself how slow is the drive thru? Terrible costumer service,

They always screw up our order somehow. Every time, something is either wrong or just gross.

Today the everything croissant was about half the size it normally is. Undercooked too. The chicken on the chicken craveable was anything but craveable, unless you crave under cooked, rubbery chicken that tastes like it was grown in a laboratory, then you might crave this.

Also, the lettuce was wilted and old and nasty.

Oh and the sauce, the sauce. Why on earth do these people put a dollop of sauce onto the sandwich and not spread it around? Do they think people WANT to eat their entire sandwich with no sauce, except for two bites which have WAY TOO MUCH sauce on it.

I ordered Large Iced Cap, but got Midium.
I called them and they said bring it back to get the right one? Wth? And when I come no sorry AT ALL
I drive come to work 10km and come back for the right one but NO SORRY?

Extremely rude staff that laughs in your face when you ask them a question, so unprofessional and disrespectful. Avoid this location!
