Terrible service in the drive through. The woman on the intercom couldn’t sound more dull and unenthusiastic. Had to repeat what I wanted several times. Couldn’t get an ice cap. Couldn’t get the donut I wanted. Couldn’t get second choices. Gave up and left after thanking her sarcastically for being so pleasant.

Seems they don't like to fill coffee cups anymore always an inch or more from the top

Tried the brewed coffee and breakfast farmers wrap. Both were good. And service was quick too

Everytime I go to this Tim's my food and beverages never measure up to other locations. 1 our of 5 visits is when my order is done correctly. I have to ask for my hot beverages to be remade most visits. Today my family ordered hot items and they all got cold food: (

I stopped by to get my lunch, so I ordered a veggie wrap. My wrap was done so poorly. The wrap was falling apart, and it was a mess. On the way home, I gave it try again. I ordered a green tee, guess what. They screwed my order again. It wasn't a green tee. I'm not sure what it was.

I love Tim Hortons but this was a terrible visit. The service was extremely slow. I’m talking a 30 minute wait for coffee a wrap and chilli. The tables were all dirty, I’m not exaggerating when I say that there was not one table that was clean. I won’t go back to this Tim’s sadly.

This Tim Horton's restaurant was definitely a unique location. Because people were waiting at the cashier for their food for literally 20 minutes, while drive thru customers were promptly served, we decided to do a mobile order.

My wife waited a bit before going to the pick up spot, but they didn't begin to look at her order until she mentioned it to them.and then the wait began. 15 minutes for our order.

Total time from when the order was placed until received was 30 minutes. No, it wasn't busy in the store.

Very disappointing visit indeed.

Now that it’s under new ownership, service went down the drain. Orders are incorrect, staff are short with customers, and waiting 10+ minutes for one coffee. I specifically avoid this place anymore, not worth the time, or worth spending your money there.

Asked if I wanted a tray, I didn’t but got one anyway. There were lots of people behind the counter but it seemed like mayhem in there. They were confused over which order was mine. One of the three coffees had almost no sugar. Having made the mistake of once working for a Timmies I am myself a graduate of their 10 minute training program and it’s not the staffs fault, it’s management.

Disgusting! This has to be one of the worst Tim Hortons I've been to. There isn't one positive thing I can say about this place.starting with the service which is terribly slow and has never been good. This is the Ponoka location.

Had chicken noodle soup & a turkey bacon sandwich for lunch. Soup actually had lots of chicken in it and the sandwich had lots of meat.

Hands down the slowest Tim Hortons in alberta. Constantly changing staff. Can hardly get orders right

We haven't had a good experience at Timmy's for quite some time now.
Their coffee is horrible, and staff can be rude.

Rushed me threw the drive thru to tell me to park around back and wait for my food. When the food arrived, every single item was wrong.

After my 5th order being wrong in the last 2 weeks I decided to leave a review. I love my Timmies but will avoid the ponoka location and try to find a different coffee shop.

Mediocre food. Even worse service. The staff took 4 trys to get a large hot chocolate right.

I'm a truck driver and i asked them what time they work and they said 24/7. I slept in the parking lot behind the building and when I went in the morning to grab a coffee the door was locked. I guess 24/7 is just for the drive through. Just got to figure out how to squeeze 85ft semi through it.

Had a watermelon quencher. Shared building with a Wendys so the perfect place to take your indecisive family! Asked for no ice and didn't get it, not a big deal though, just thought I'd mention.
