Coffee tastes watered down compared to other Tim’s and only giving 8 or 9 timbits when I order and pay for 10. Not worth the money.

Dirty bathroom no toilet paper how nice not to be able to wipe. Came in evening when it wasn't to busy. They where out of most treats. I kept my mouth closed.l will drive to east side before coming back. Lots of staff talking to each other not dealing with front counter. If you don't like your job leave and go back home.l live on the Eastside but a friend is on west doesn't drive so we visit there. If things don't change we won't be back. Mc Donald sell Tim's old coffee my favourite will do the extra driving to be happy in a clean, happy staff. If owner Dave went inside would be sad. Maybe health board should stop by. We sat there saw groups of people coming in look at front counter and left. Big Sales lots.

Love this place. Did find a hair in the omelet bite bit had it replaced. I appreciated the replacement. Thank you.

Got a double double. I dont really want to drink a coffee that was handed to me with the employee wrapping their hand around the top of the lid, its extremely unhygenic and poor server etiquette to do this.

Secondly, I kid you not, the coffee smelled like it was sprayed by a skunk. I noticed it the second the coffee came through the drive thru window, it actually stunk my car up.

Took one sip and it tasted like cream and water. Tossed the whole thing and remembered why i stopped buying coffee from fast food joints.

Workers through the drive thru were a bit rude but that was really the only bad experience i had there and the foods good so yk yk

I love Tim’s coffee but is just upsetting that almost every time I go to this location there is something wrong with my order, I either don’t get the right donut or the right amount of sugar in my coffee, etc. Is a huge inconvenience to have to turn around because they didn’t give you the right order.

Cold chili. Washrooms are mess. No running water no toilet paper.

We ordered 2 Cilantro-Lime Chicken bowl, pepperoni pizza and chicken wrap, when we get home and eat we realized that some of the ingredients are missing! Feeling disappointed

Can honestly say that this is the fastest Tim’s drive thru I’ve been to. Keep up the great work Tims Team!

This locations Staff (3 individuals working) are too busy in the back chit chatting to serve customers in under 20 mins. From our table we could see them hanging out while someone was at the counter, to the point I had to call the location from inside to ask for customer service after the customer had repeatedly called out for service for 15 mins, when I called to ask if someone could come to the front to serve them, I was told one second, an additional 10 minutes went by before she came out, no apology, no discount absolutely no compaction or care. This is repeatedly an issue at this location. We could hear them laughing in the back after the phone call. There needs to be an ADULT or Guardian present as clearly they are incapable of being unsupervised.

Sorry, I could only give one star after tasting their breakfast on a bun. Seriously the bread was so dry I couldn't eat it.
