Drive thru was slow to serve us while someone on foot cut in front of us and got served before we did then when we pulled up our order was still not ready and it’s was only coffee and donuts not really a hard order to have ready especially in a drive thru

If I could give zero I would. One of the workers tonight yelled inside my moms window as we drove away from the drive through saying they were going to fight my sister. Very unprofessional. Never coming back. She should be fired!

Thankyou for listening to my order properly, and having a respectful attitude to the supervisor working this morning I think her name is Nida. It is rare at tim Hortons these days.

Save yourself the wait and go to another Tim’s. Drive through woman had the nerve to berate me for having to wait 20 seconds for the Tim Hortons app freezing on my phone… then when I get my food (the new twist sticks) they’re absolutely COLD, straight out of the fridge into the bag… sign even specifically states “Served Warm” nice joke of a location. Couldn’t spent that 20 seconds she was “waiting” for my app to restart to heat the food up…

Hey this Tim Hortons is 24 hours but before 11pm there's no food options! Unbelievable. Can't even get a friggen bagel. Saturday night in Calgary and you can't even get a bagel. Oh and their site says 24 hours dine in and drive thru and the restaurant is locked.

The customer service is just amazing and the food and drinks were made perfectly and the atmosphere was good

What a breakfast. Approximately 1150 calories. But really tasty. Each product is labeled with calorie information. Super helpful, similar to our NutriScore. If you pay attention.

Unreasonable wait times and constant errors with orders, service is also just terrible.was left waiting over 10 min after paying at drive through, resulted in a cancelled order.
Don’t bother with this place, drive to another location or expect delays, poor quality and poor service as well as mistakes with your order.all this is on a regular basis.

Owner insists on closing half seating area for cleaning resulting in limited seating area.

It is also too noisy at times.

My visit today wasn’t so great. I love Tim Hortons and most locations are similar but this location seems to be lacking something. My entire order was wrong and at the window I had to remind them multiple times what my order was. Was handed the wrong size of one drink, they forgot the second drink, and my entire food order in the end turned out to be someone else’s order entirely, as I could not take the time in the drive thru to open each item to check. Will not be visiting this location again.

This place never gives you the right bagel, just because they ran out they still won’t say they ran out. I ordered at midnight a bagel and it wasn’t the right bun, just Say you don’t have it instead of giving me the wrong item. If you don’t mind driving 5 minutes longer for the next Tim Hortons please do. This place is not even acceptable.

This place says it is open 24 hours. It is not. Stop lying to the public, please. Staff was very friendly and professional

Very rude abrupt staff, I was here on vacation and have never been treated so poorly by someone that works with the public, I will not be coming back to this location

Sure would be nice to know if only the drive through is open. Staff was awesome though, and served us anyway.

I want to tim hortons drive thru today at 5: 00pm the lady was so rude she didn’t listen to us properly and even when I repeated she just stop responding. When we went to window to take our order she was shouting and blaming us.

If there was a zero star option for service I would have given it. The woman taking our order today at approx 4: 30-5: 00pm was awful.

Located at a convenient place next to the parking, but their self-service kiosk was not working. Service was quick. The washroom didn't have tissue papers.
