Terrible terrible customer service especially by Supervisor AK. I ordered a coffee and when I got a sip, it was cold, I went back and told them it’s cold after that the rude and her response was absolutely disgusting even she started yelling at me. Their coffee tastes like toilet and when you make complain than behaviour of supervisor AK is disgusting. I wish there was 0 star reviews option.

I went to this tim hortons today to get a coffee but the supervisor there was very rude and unwelcoming. Her name plate said AK supervisor. Usually this kind of behaviour is not expected at tim hortons but it was very bad experience. They gave me the wrong order and it was terrible. I went back to get correct order but she denied that they made a mistake. This type of customer service is rarely seen at tim hortons. Although I said greetings and asked politely with smile on face, she was rude. And the moment I asked her that they gave me wrong order she pulled the trick that " don't be rude with me". I mean I am not going to this tim hortons ever.

They basically throw the food at you then shoo you off once you’re done paying. They’re so focused on being fast that it makes me feel rushed and stressed. I know it’s fast food but jeez give me a second. They also get my order wrong 80% of the time

They are very pushy on drive through. Onece they told me to be ready with payment when I was ordering at drive thru and it was not busy. There was not a single vehicle at front or behind me. They try to push you to go by saying next order. I checked so many times that there was no vehicle at drive thru behind me who is ordering. I think they have a timer or smthng that they hv to serve customer as fast as possible.

I don’t know whats wrong with people why they are so rude. There was a girl working on window she was so rude we order 2 drinks she made it wrong

I am talking about the Tim's at 72nd Ave.the cashier girl had no greetings or smile on her face. My coffee was cold so I asked her to warm it up please, she wasn't happy about either. No response just took my cup, heated it up and gave me back.again no smile, no sorry or thank you even tho I asked with smile and please. Worst thing is coffee was still cold. I mean working on the till you should show appreciation to your customer with greet and smile. If you don't like the job may be should switch to other field. Sorry but that's the experience I had.

Cam here today and ordered a chicken habenero wrap with chipotle sauce. The made the wrap so terrible it wasn’t even wrapped together and it had rips all along the tortilla. Also they didn’t not put chipotle sauce instead they put the most disgusting BBQ sauce I’ve ever had on it. Called the manager so I could get my money back and she was rude and unhelpful, she said I had to bring the wrap back to get my money, I told her I was at work and asked if I could see her once my shift was over. She informed me she will not be there at that time and told me to bring in the wrap on Monday. It’s disgusting to even think that was an option to have this disgusting poorly made food kept all weekend somewhere just to bring in on the following Monday. I will never go back to this location and informed my family who goes here every day to never come back which after I told them this story they where appalled and agreed to never visit this location again.

The crew's attitude towards customers should be changed. When I ordered 2 coffees they gave me a different one in different sizes and when I pointed the mistake they were very rude and said they cannot change the item.

Coffee never stirred at drive thru. Coffee never served fresh either. People rush ya at window to leave before you can even put your stuff down. Terrible service and terrible staff

Now is 10: 11 pm I m gave the order for creamy chill and I m not asking for Stawbary Cream chill One girl told me U want toping.by mistake I said no m going to pay door and ask the girl plz do it Toping and She angry on me This is not a Professional Behaviour.

There no mature person working all under 25 years old girl are there and they don't care about food lots my friends has same views.their French vanilla is very thik and too much sweet its feel sticky

Said no egg 3 times.waited and waited and then I get egg.they are either rushing you or just giving you what they want.just gross!
3 weeks later I’m updating to no stars. I order simply sausage on English muffin.today I get charged more for a disgusting piece of steak (or so they call it) drenched in some sauce. I’m done with this location.save your money and go elsewhere!

The staff is always rude, very pushy and in a rush at the drive thru window. They live to make people scramble to pay, and then leave as fast as humanly possible. Next order is up we have a line. MOVE! GO GO GO! MOVE!

Multiple terrible experiences. This time I ordered the roasted Hazelnut cold brew and I'm pretty sure they used creamer rather than the cold foam, it was also chunky which makes me wonder if it was expired. The customer service at the window is awful, their greeting is "what do you want, " and even if you're the only person in drive through they practically scream, "next order" in your face when you're trying to close your purse. There's a specific window girl named Gagan who is extremely unpleasant. I tried to speak to a manager and they refused to tell me who I was speaking to, from the sound of the voice it was the person I was calling to complain about. I ended up calling back about 15 minutes later, after speaking to another location and being told it was weird they wouldn't give the name of the manager I was speaking to, especially because they all have name tags, and another person picked up and told me there was no manager there. Super sketch. Will not be returning to this location even though they offered a free Coffee.

I have come to this location numerous times for the most part they have been OK by lately. They have messed up my order if I have forgotten something at the drive-through speaker and ask at the window. I am told they cannot take my order at the window when it was a hot chocolate very bad customer service.
It has been two months and no call from the manager or owner they obviously don’t care about their customers or the satisfaction they bring to the table
