Tim Hortons

Order through the mobile app. The staff did not even tell me that it was ready. Just placed it the on counter.

I was away most of the summer and didn’t have a issue with Tim Horton’s in Medicine Hat. I have been home a week now and they didn’t get the order right once! And today is the last time I will buy anything from there.

Too gooey for my taste.
The cookies would not support it's own weight

Gave me wrong order wIted 10 min for a 2 coffees when only ordered one and icecap. And waNted a cravable but thy sd they didn't have one

I go to the Tim Hortons in Innisfail almost every morning and I use the app to mobile order my Steeped Tea and pick up through the drive thru - every morning the I am greeted with a smile and "Thank you Andrea! " and I say "Have a great day! " and it improves my mood instantly:)

Moving outside of Innisfail, I obviously go there for my coffee and goodies, etc. But each and every time, including when it was -40, they always had a smile for me. That means so much as compared to the cities, especially Red Deer.

The breakfast I got was old and hard. The coffee was burnt and the new roll up the rim is awful. Out of 13 rolls I got 100 points. Very disappointing. The staff is always good here. Disappointing about the tea flavors they are getting rid of
