Another excellent Tim Hortons to stop in for a coffee, bite to eat and a break from the road trip I was on. Friendly staff, clean dining area and bathroom. Highly recommend.
Get a bagel for breakfast heading out of town, out of the many locations across Alberta that I regularly get the exact same thing, this one has got to be the worst.
The amount of cream cheese is almost non-existent. To the point it’s as if I was eating a plain bagel with nothing in it.
Then when I get told that all tim hortons are the same, I can assure you that is not the case.
Every time they ask if I want a hash brown on the side or wedges I say no. They give it to me and charge me every time. I always have an issue when I go to this Tim's and I'm sick of wasting money here.
I ordered a sausage and egg on a biscuit which I confirmed twice since it sounded like the guy who took my order misheard me. They gave me a maple bacon, stone cold, which had a bit of eggshell and a hair in the sandwich. I didn't notice until I got home and put my baby down for a nap, so I couldn't return the sandwich and get my money back.
There is one guy that they put on the window and every single time they do, he cannot get one thing right. On top of that he murmurs his entire way through an order and then just stops talking so you don't even know if your order has been taken. It's like he turns off his headset and tries to guess the rest of your order. Seriously.tea is not a hard thing to get right on an order.especially when its the only thing on the order I guess tea became too difficult to make so they just removed it from the menu
The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever experienced, Ive come by several times and its always a poor experience, seems that the language barrier is wild here, and after clarifying for 10mins they still get it wrong or rush through and forget things
I will try and go elsewhere if there is time. One guy you can never understand so you don't know if he heard your order or just guessed. Other girl sings your order back which is kinda neat but hopefully you have 2 items max or the song is over. Not the greatest location but good thing this city had a pile of locations. Or, McDonald's actually brews a decent cup of jo.q
