Ordered a bagel got an unpleasant surprise when it had bacon in it. I am a life long vegetarian very unprofessional behaviour from staff once I returned back with the bagel. No one offered a sincere apology. Also very few employees wore name tags including the managers on duty.

This has got to be the worst Tim’s drive through service in Calgary. They are only capable of taking and processing one order at a time, slow and hand you your change in such a way that it falls to the pavement as they are handing it to you.

I talk to one of a guy and he was so disrespectful or maybe on drug please be professional, he looks like newcomers with weired English please and he told me no supervisor or manager this store, crazy guy

I went here around 2: 30pm on Thursday Terrible service. Waste of time and money. Look the customer in the eye when handing over the product. Don’t continue to have a conversation with your colleagues as you are handing the food or beverages; They just talking (Not IN ENGLISH) with each others instead of making our order. I wait more than 10 mints just for on drink… they need to treat their customers better that they can. We are paying for the food that they make for us like a garbage. RUDE. CARELESS… TERRIBLE SERVICE. I wish I can give less than 1 star just for customer service.lazy staff they don’t wanna do nothing.

I’d like to say something nice but unfortunately not this time.they never have breakfast and the last 2 times they have told me they don’t have breakfast.all I could get out is “hi can I please get a simply sasauge” then I get “NO we don’t have any breakfast! ” Guess I go to work for 9 hours starving! Maybe if they didn’t treat their job as a hangout spot they could serve people who take their jobs seriously Don’t msg me back.you and corporate do NOTHING to these people! I just want other people to know that are going to get TERRIBLE SERVICE HERE! And I’d have spent more money.but nothing was ready!

I've always had weird encounters with the drive thru but yesterday was the most inconsistent. I tried ordering an ice cap with a shot, they told me the shot flavour was discontinued. That's fine. Instead I changed my order to the new seasonal flavour and asked for no whip topping. They confirmed and confirmed my donut. I pull up and not only do I get the first ice cap but the seasonal one with whip topping. Right as she is turning away I ask for my donut and she realizes she forgot it. She grabbed it and handed it over. I should have been more clear about only wanting one ice cap but whatever. If you do go to this tims either go inside or take the 3 minute drive to the one on 58th.

The worst experience and food I've had from a Tim Hortons in a long time, take notes from Sage Hill Tim Hortons.

Service is not great, food and coffee is burnt and leaves you feeling ick, line up takes forever.also what's the deal with the amount of flies and shirtless people hanging around inside?

Slowest Drive through in the City. Either go inside or go to a different place all together. They seem to put the drive through last. Spent nearly ten minutes waiting for some wraps.

There is an idiot girl working there right now at 5: 50 pm 27 Aug 2023. Teach her how not to be arrogant and fire her as she gave me regular coffee instead of cappuccino. She was not willing to change it

I ordered a Rocky Road Dream Cookie this morning specifically because I love marshmallow and was pretty disappointed to find that there was no marshmallow filling inside of it. If you're going to charge that much for a cookie, at least make sure it has the filling in it as advertised. Also, if you can't take a drive through order right away, just a quick "Hi, we'll be with you in a moment" would be appreciated so that I'm not sitting there wondering if the speaker is broken or something.

Every time I go to Tim Horton’s I ask for no cheese on my sausage farmers wrap, and every time I get cheese. It’s melted so I can’t just pick it off and sometimes I don’t notice and by the time I eat it it’s too late. Btw this is not a preference I am incredibly lactose intolerant. Do better Tim Horton’s

I’ve been coming to this Tim Horton’s for years as this is the only Tim Horton’s near my office.
This place is absolutely brutal. I really really hope the owner reads this review
Im going to give you a few tips to pass along to your employees to make maybe have some happier customers.
1) Answer the customer in the drive through right away. If the worker is busy, let the customer know that so they’re not thinking you just forgot about them;
2) If we’re ordering numerous coffee’s, write the order on the lid so the customer isn’t guessing whose coffee is whose;
3) Look the customer in the eye when handing over the product. Don’t continue to have a conversation with your colleagues as you are handing the food or beverages;
4) Tell the customer the price of the food or drinks that they had ordered. Instead of saying ‘DEBIT? ! ’, maybe say ‘Your total comes to $2.50. How would you like to pay? ’; and
5) Don’t tell customers in the drive through that you hate your job and you have an interview with a Funeral Home. It’s creepy and weird and no one cares.

There are a many other suggestions that I could give to you, but it’s the owners/managers job to do that.
If I could give less than one star, I would.
This place is brutal.

Twice in a row we sat in the drive through for 10 mins with NO ONE in front of us and they didn’t even answer. So we drove up and the same women each time looks like a deer in head lights and doesn’t know how to take an order if her life depended on it. First day after repeating our selves 3x she appearantly didn’t charge us for the second hot chocolate and we had to wait and pay again. Second time she didn’t even acknowledge us on the intercom and we had a line up behind us.

This is getting ridiculous

Horrible service, was waiting at the drive thru for a few mins before someone answered then couldn’t even speak and was blaming the head set and said come to the window, then asking if they had any donut and only had 6 total and no manager when I requested and was laughing at the fact asking there coworker if he was a manager and couldn’t even make coffee correctly as she barely new how to mixed my coffee and as i was talking to them they just waled away laughing and this isnt the first time ive been there with this bad service i aint coming back anymore and anyone els should stay away from this place!

Horrible service. Everyday. 0 cars in the drive through and still 5 minutes and no one at the speaker still. How this store has even a 3.3 star review is beyond me. Never had doughnuts. Never even offers your change back. How you people stay in business is beyond me. The sort of the place on the outside is a disgrace too

Last two time I been there the customer service is not the best.
You have to speak so loud to be heard and it feels like you are bothering them. No napkins are given and before finishing the order you are cutt off. What is happening going to Tim Horton was a nice experience not much anymore
