I’m ordered from drive thru few times already now. Half of the times they do not understand the food order properly and do not even bother to confirm it with u. At cash they will rudely say it is what u ordered. Pls fix your mic/headsets if there are issues or atleast have the courtesy to confirm back the order. It hasnt happened to me once with this location

I wish I could give 0 stars. I was collecting change to pay for my coffee, and one of the employees told me to hurry up. When I asked her to clarify if she was talking to me or another employee, she had the nerve to look me in the eyes and tell me she was talking to me. I then pulled her aside and told her that hurt my feeling and she ruined what would have been a perfect morning, and she could have cared less. Customer service is a priority to me and it's obvious they don't care.will not be going back to this location.

This girls in the drive thru are the rudest people I have ever encountered at a Tim Hortons. They constantly get my order wrong. If they are out of tea they won't make a new pot if you have to wait. They want there drive thru wait time bonus. That is why they are so ignorant. I will call them out on there ignorance everytime.

Every time I order lunch, my order is wrong. This drink is suppose to be a passion fruit tea lemonade quencher which is usually yellow in colour. This tastes like coffee and tea and is brown. So gross.

Whoever took my order today was quite rude and on top of that completely messed up a very simple order. Make sure before you take off everything is in the bag because they won’t. In an industrial area people don’t have time to “come back” and grab what was forgotten. Overall disappointed and I will probably stop going to this Tim hortons. Word of advice don’t let the upset cranky staff member interact with customers.
