Tim Hortons

We found hair in our chicken wrap. Didn’t see few people wearing hair nets behind the counter. Food safety rules are there for a reason, you better follow if you don’t want to be shut down.

Usually they make really good steeped tea, however today I ordered two steeped teas around 9: 15 pm and they gave me too old steeped tea that tasted disgusting.

Very nice staff, friendly and efficient. The food was fresh and prepared as I ordered. Fairly clean especially by today’s standards. Bathroom was not a horror story could have been a little cleaner though.

Food is good, as usual. Didn’t have any drinks this time.
This is the first time I went there and sat to eat after the renovation. I hate the renovation and genuinely believe that the renovated set up sits less people although they probably have added more seats. Nobody wants to sit too close to another group. Yes, if nobody cared about personal space, there are more chairs to sit. It’s awful to even look at. But maybe helps their business, what do I know!

Love the new look of this Tim hortons, but the employees here just don’t seem to get anything. Every time I come here something always goes wrong with my order, I order tea and get coffee…. Etc
Always happens during the rush, it’s like they just wanna push every order out without confirming what is what and who’s is who’s. Also very slow service,

I ordered a bagel at this place and unfortunately, it arrived burnt. The taste was quite disappointing, and it definitely did not meet my expectations. I hope they pay more attention to the quality of their food in the future.

Been here twice but the Tims card is not working, I ask when will they fix because I use Tims card for commercial, but Manager only answered it’s because of the machine.
We put our cash to Tims card without taking interest but end up can not use our money.

I went to the location at 70 St SE specifically ordered chicken parmesan pizza, when it came they gave me cheese pizza, they even told me they don’t have chicken and I said why the one who took my order didn’t tell me in the first place, no explanation, my husband don’t want it so I just returned it. The lady who took the order didn’t give me receipt and she went to kitchen when i am paying like she is rushing, the lady who took the pizza back didn’t even apologize and looks so frustrated when I returned it, so frustrating that I want to try the chicken parmesan so bad and I received ả different one, an apologized will make it better but these people are just so rude.

This Tim Hortons is genuinely the best in the city. Whoever is in charge of hiring and training does a phenomenal job, because everyone there is always so friendly, kind, funny, welcoming, happy. They’re super apologetic if anyone ever has to wait a bit longer than normal, and make a noticeable effort to not have that happen to anyone. They’re familiar with the regulars and I often see staff joking around with people who are clearly other regulars. Overall, it’s just such an inviting Tim’s to go to, beyond what one would normally expect from a Tim Hortons. Not just somewhere to stop and get a coffee, they really make it a place to want to visit and hang out, and come back over and over. Also, they just renovated, so it looks beautiful and fresh as well inside, tons of open and bright seating spaces.

Poor service at drive through this morning not everyone understands the Tim’s terminology of what a regular coffee is, no need to be rude.

All a delight when it comes to Tim Horton a huge patron for many years the cooler of course is to die for so are their bake goods absolutely delicious
