This Tim hortons in particular has pretty bad service, certain employees are quite rude for no reason. Food is fine and donuts are good but that’s about it

Ordered food online 15 minutes before I showed up, nothing there when I got there. Nobody would acknowledge me, had to ask for my bagel with the email and was not even helped.

The girl at drive thru this morning at 7: 45am didnt put sleeve on our drink even when i asked her to. When i took a second to put sleeve on my drink as i was driving and only have 2 hands, she started yelling and speaking in punjabi since im a punjabj too. She said rudely “ peeke jaani aa ethe” which meant do you want to drink it here. We wouldnt wait for a sec ond more if she did her job or just even listened to our request. Horrible service. Staff like this should not be working anywhere

Chain coffee houses make no attempt to make you feel welcome. Instead, stand in line, order, pay, stand in line again, try to find a spot to sit, sit at a dirty table, clean up and put your own trash away then head out. How is this popular?

Spoiled cream in my cold brew, this is probably one of the worst Tim Hortons in Calgary. The rush through the drive thru makes it worse and the woman that usual runs the drive thru is the rudest person when management isn’t in the establishment.

Went in. Store was really busy. Got timbits and some coffee. Timbits have to be a couple days old as they are hard. Honey dips have 0 frosting.

Other guy got a dozen donuts. They said they didn't have icing for donuts and gave him shrivelled, un-iced donuts thinking that was ok.

Another guy started yelling after being there for "25 minutes" that he is still watching for his breakfast bagel. A shouting match with the customer and employee took place.

Tim Hortons is ok because it's supposed to be fast, average food. But this one has to be the worst in the city.

It was fast service. But I got the driest sandwich from here iv ever had. For $8 for just a breakfast sandwich. It's gotta be better than that. Won't order food from here again. Money is too hard to come by to have a meal ruined these days.

Recently went through the drive through, ordered a coffee and three plain timbits. There was one car behind me. The lady who served me was very rude, she pushed the debit machine at me while simaltaniously passing me my coffee. I ended up dropping my debit card on the floor then she was litterally waving the bag of donuts in my face because I didn't take them fast enough from her. I could also hear her ordering the other staff around in a pretty controlling manner. Trying to get a cup of happiness turned into me stewing all morning.

They’re super rude and almost always give me a medium amount of coffee in the large cup I pay for. Could cut the tension in the drive through with a knife. I’d complain but it’s actually kind of impressive, like one of those restaurants where they’re snarky on purpose. But they’re close to work so that’s nice.

They don’t care about the customer, if they made wrong order instead of saying sorry they start argue. There washrooms are never clean. Worst place

Very nonsense, unprofessional and lazy staff. All indian ladies whispering each other, no attention towards the customer.

Experience at the drive thru depends on the person at the other end. Sometimes you can't hear them. They love to yell here it's weird. They are very fast lately though.

Please dim your drive thru sign its physically hurts in the morning

Asked for bagel toasted with butter and herb and garlic, got a bagel with only butter on it and it wasnt even cut, even though I paid for herb and garlic cream cheese. Ive had this problem with this location probably 5+ times now. This place needs to seriously improve their service. Not impressed.

All done with food at 7: 30 even though they don’t close until 8pm. Greeting at the order box is “hi”. Constantly spill drinks over the side and do not wipe before handing to the customer. Try to avoid this location at all costs.

By far the worst Tim Hortons I've been to. There's always issues. Not only did my cream cheese bagel have like a teaspoon of cream cheese, my husband asked for no tomato on his sandwich (he's allergic). Still had tomato on it. What a waste of money!
