Tim Hortons

I ordered 2 small Oreo Strawberry Creamy Chills through mobile order and was disappointed to see that there was no Oreos mixed in the drink like it is usually done. I drove back to get my drinks changed but waited 10 minutes until a employee approached me (there was no line at the cash) and showed my receipt with the drinks and explained that there are no Oreos in my drink. The employee tried to justify that the Oreo topping on the whipped cream counted as a complete Oreo Strawberry Creamy Chill, but it looked more like a Strawberry Chill with Oreo topping. In the end, my drinks were made right and tasted great but I am disappointed with the lack of costumer service this branch has. This is not the first time where my food/beverage has been made incorrectly. If you are in a hurry, I don't suggest this branch!

Tims nice coffee and treats. Up to standard. Only downfall is cleaning of tables. Would clean up after but only garbage is in line up. Not really great design

Im sad to say this is my local Tim Hortons and i want to like it but i just cant. I've been here several times since i moved into the area and have had very few positive experiences here. Either they are super slow and you end up waiting there forever or you get your order and its wrong. From my observations it seems very unorganized and could use some better management. I legitimately felt sorry for the Cashier because i could tell he was trying his best and everyone else was just failing to perform and get the orders out. I hope they have someone come in and organize this crew. Until than i will not be back.

Every time I come to this location, my order is made incorrectly and I'm very disappointed! I ask for a vanilla iced coffee which is as simple as it can get, but it's always a regular iced coffee. Usually I will drink it, but today I ordered one and it tastes like they put ten shots of espresso in it and I can't even drink it.it's overflowing and leaking everywhere and it tastes bitter. NOT impressed.

Terrible experience. I was here on october 4,2022.
One of the team member was petting a dog and did not wash her hands with soap before preparing my order.
Will never come to this location ever.
Strict action should be taken for these unhygienic practices.
I wonder how did they get food handling certification.
Worst experience ever.

Staff ignore the crowds and lines, work slowly and lazily, and can't seem to get orders right. Wasted 20 minutes for 1 order, walked into the store when there was no line. Find a better location if you can

Decided to stop in for a coffee and came out feeling dirty. Honestly how is this place open considering you can smell the gents toilet from in the restaurant?
The floor is so sticky and everything I touched had a sticky residue on it.
1 to avoid.

There is one women call (RIZA) very rude and terrible customer service, me and my friends are regular customer there, because of her we never go there. Please avoid her if you go there

Placed an order in advance and recieved a notification that "the order is ready".

Surprise surprise that the order wasn't even started until we arrived. They simply ignored the order on their screen until we showed up and asked for it.

No apologizes were given only a simple excuse that we should've called to notify them of our online order.

Terrible customer, terrible manager.

Good coffee here, I always buy the ice cap. Usually I will go through the drive thru but today I went inside because the line was long. They got my coffee right but my breakfast was wrong. Other than that it's a good Tim's Horton.

Great Tim Hortons! Clean, quick, priced right, and very nice accommodating staff! Would definitely stop here again.

Only Tim Hortons I go to that tastes completely different from all other locations. Blows my mind how bad the coffee here is. Honest to god puts it in my head if they reuse grinds or something because it's such a different taste. However the staff is very friendly.

Very busy location and too crowded.
1. No access directly for mobile pickup, have to cut lines to get there.
2. Messed up my order, ordered large DD, but got Large black.
3. The wraps were ok. Not the best tasting for some reason, same vibes as from gas station Tim's.

The tim Hortons on 17th wasnt the the cleanest restaurant, I've been too recently but the staff was friendly and fast in there delivery at timhortons.

I used to like my ice caps blended but now that I have had pure syrup I don't think I can ever go back!

JK I hope this never happens again, it looks awful.

And I am not sure where the rest of it went, but I haven't drank any and there seems to be a lot missing.

Awful experience ordered a bagel and they served the 4 people after me their bagels before me (also served 3 customers without their masks and masks are still mandatory so ig they don’t care but it made me uncomfortable) and i just stood there waiting and when she finally served mine i tried to take it and she told me it wasn’t mine, proceeded to wait another 5 mins for her to tell me that it actually was mine.waited 10 full minutes for a bagel and everyone got served there’s within seconds like this is ur job bro just do it

The worst coffee! I born in the country that coffee is their food. I know what coffee test and flavor is. The last two days I visited Tim Hortons for Dark roast coffee and I added spreso shot on the top. I didn't get the test of the coffee. Just water! Cheap water! Please Tim Hortons come black for coffee. I know a lot of things going on but Come to the truck. Cheers!

I cant imagine the manger while taking the orders shouting now Still can’t get over the manager at tim hortons coming out from the back and full on shouting at customers worst attitude I’ve ever seen in my life maybe she need to go to school get a seminar.

Worst Tim Hortons in the area. Slow. Wrong orders. Just watched a customer ask, Then wait, Then ask multiple more times for toilet paper so he could use the washroom.

Love the coffee and that it does not matter what location I go to I know that I am getting a consistently good cup of coffee

Worst service ever, and always dirty inside, staff hardly speaking English, and not polite, I have to go there because it's close to home and I'm Hooked on Tim's Coffee

Four times my order was wrong. New employees all the time, check your order before you rush to your vehicle.

A poorly managed and unkempt place, Dirty floors and tables. Staff doesn't bother to maintain any standard of cleanliness. Pathetic state of washroom. Avoid this place less you want to get ill because of the filth in this place. Wonder how they still have a licence, does anyone check?

Great service, lines usually move fast even if they are long. Id say they are one of the better Tim Horton's in the city. I wish they had a drive thru though but that does not stop me from coming here.

Timmy visit are always the best especially with fsmily n friends. But sometimes some places dont make coffee past 9: 30 pm even when they dont close for another 30 mins and its funny asking them for a simple coffee then they rage.

It's pretty good what you would expect from a tims. It is not often cleaned and service can be a bit slow.

Shakey broken table and chair. Trying to do paperwork on a broken table.lol. I picked the only table and chair available. The should buy better furniture.

I go there at least 2 times a day and I have gotten half water half coffee more then once bcz of their stupid idea of these pots that you cant see through. Waste of my time and money I didn't want to buy a cup of hot water with a touch of coffee

I love this location, they have friendly, helpful team members that are always willing to take my order to my table as I'm handicapped and use a walker. I have yet to be in this location and not have a team member offer to help me. This location is always clean and tidy as well. Great job Tim Hortons on 17th Ave and 40 street SW Calgary! See you again very soon!

Girlfriend went in for a sandwich and a hash brown around 10: 15 am on a Thursday. Was met by an extremely rude cashier, who informed her that apparently they’re out of hash browns. The staff then proceeded to mess up multiple orders and aggravated more than half of the customers ordering. Management needs to shake their head, your staff are lacking, and apparently your food orders are as well.

Love this Timmy’s! Always fast and happy and friendly staff. Not sure why so many bad reviews. Chill people and breathe. These people are doing their best, if you don’t think it’s good enough then perhaps you should jump behind the counter! Walk a mile before you spat!

Les snacks comme le café sont excellents. Sans oubler les patisseries, comme les Maple Dips ou Camadian Maples!

Would give it 0 stars if I could. This is hands down, the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I waited over 15 minutes in line with only 3 people in front of me, then another 10 minutes for my order.

The staff were just hanging out talking and ignoring the customers.

I should have just walked out and gone elsewhere.

Nice service but I ordered a wrap with no cheese, add they gave me no sauce. Just egg and sausage so not great

Very slow. 11 people behind the counter and 10 mins to get served. Too many 13 year olds working. Blood in bathroom that wasn't addressed by cleaning staff

Typical timmies. Staff was friendly this time around, but shift change occurs frequently & so does the attitudes, as everywhere else customer beware

You need to stop selling breakfast items if you can't cook or make a simple breakfast item in the morning. This is reason why Tim Hortons should just focus on selling coffee and stop trying a to be a fast food place when their not!
This place had poor customer service. Did not have simple hash browns IN THE MORNING. SMDH

Came in and ordered a bacon farmers wrap and a sausage farmers wrap meals. She told me the wraps will be made but can't have the hash browns for the meals. I said we will just take the wraps. After waiting 10 minutes (as they said it would be a wait for the hash browns) she later told us there will be no hash browns at all.
This hasn't been the first time this has happened.

Oh its one od the biggest branch. No drive through but dine in Nd tske out favility customer washroom handicap washeoom costomer free parking free handicap parking. Its pretty busy location so always get fresh coffee and other food items. Good place to dine in.

Super busy when we were there today, line up around 20 deep, but the staff plowed through that with great efficiency, our order was correct, hot and tasty. Friendly people work here, a credit to the management.

Always out of chilly soup, maple pecan danish. Always forgetting to put this or that. Would highly recommend to improve their service especially clean the descs. Thanks

Great service and great food. One staff member told us it was his last day and he was so happy. He got us all excited for his last day. OMG it was so cute. The rest of the staff was so supportive of his move. The camaraderie was adorable. What a great place to stop for food before heading to Calgary. Very positive environment.

This is a sit-down Tim's and everyone is friendly in the service is fast it's really a great time in the corner

Overall a very good location. More often than not the staff is very efficient if not super friendly. They are quick and get orders right.
