Tim Hortons

I can only mark 1/5. Was only one in place, no one in drive through. 3 staff, walking around, looking at me standing at cashier counter, looking at each other like "who is going to serve". No one approached, just stood there looking at me. Finally started to walk out, no one said anything, no request to wait. At least acknowledge the customer. New to area, but won't be returning and definitely telling family to go elsewhere.

Ordered an “egg and cheese” farmers wrap this morning at 8: 05AM. Lady at the drive thru intercom asked ”with bacon? ” I clearly said no. I asked again at the window if there was bacon in it because I said I didn’t want bacon. She says, “no it’s an egg and cheese wrap there’s no bacon in it. ” I eat half the wrap and there’s bacon in it.

I tried calling back twice but nobody answered, and had to get to training so I couldn’t go back in but completely inexcusable service. Will never buy from this Tim Hortons again.

Go here around lunch occasionally, service is relatively quick but the quality tends to drop as they get busy.

Stale donuts!
Went there on Saturday around 5pm. The lady behind the counter was very rude and short tempered. I ordered 6 assorted donuts and a box of timbits. They were all stale and dry. Not a good location.

Staff are rude. They don’t care, I asked for a bagel with jam and cream cheese. What they did was to give me bagel with cream cheese and close window quickly. I raised hands as someone who did not get what i asked for, the two guys ignored me. I drove around and asked for refund. They are Very rude and careless when it comes to customer. The funny part i was the only one on line. It’s not that they were busy and this was the second time facing the same issue.

Old and freeze burned hashbrown, took one bite and spit it out immediately. The breakfast sandwich was cold the egg was definitely expired it tasted horrible. This was the second time I’ve had a horrible experience here. Won’t be coming any more

This place is very yummy, I would totally recommend this place you should try the grilled cheese and the mini egg donut

I've had a few unpleasant experiences with this location. But after I ordered my breakfast today they put uncooked bacon on the sandwich, and it was still cold.

This was my breakfast sandwich a week ago. That is indeed a rotten egg. When I called to tell them, they had little to no care. They didn't even offer me a refund.pretty flipping pathetic. This place has ruined Tim Hortons for me. SO nasty. Not to mention the stomach issues this would have given me if i had eaten it.

Drive thru is inconvenient, blocks parking lot when busy and very tight corner. Wouldn't attempt in a larger truck.

Cold brew doesn't have enough ice, more like a lukewarm brew. Toasted bagel wasn't burnt, so that's a plus.

Terrible customer service from Lance on a Saturday afternoon. Bad attitude right from the start at the drive through. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told there wasn't one and to come back tomorrow. If the owner/manager it's interested in details, I'm happy to share my experience with them directly.

They were either distracted or busy while taking my order in drive thru but didn’t properly take my order. Didn’t have majority of the donuts I wanted and the only one flavour they said they did have, didn’t include in my order. Person in drive thru window wasn’t that friendly either. Overall bad transaction at this location.

This particular location is on-point most of the time. I've been here a LOT, & the staff have only ever made a few minor & understandable mistakes with my orders.

Guy at the drive thru wasn’t very friendly. Not an easy drive thru to use either.
The order was accurate and well prepared

Walk in early morning and the servers are loud and obnoxious, giving unnecessary attitude when I ask a question. I got a sandwich and it was really sloppy and burnt, didn't really enjoy it at all. The french vanilla i got didn't really taste good and tasted watered down. Not the best Tims.

Staff are polite and they make a good cup of coffee. If the location was kept a little cleaner, it would be nice.

If the ice Capp machine doesn't work, tell me before you take my money. Machine wasn't working the whole time we were ordering and they didn't say a thing until the transaction was approved. Then wanted us to pick a different drink. Poor service

The worst Tim hortons you will ever go to. They only prioritize the driver thru and leave customers inside the restaurant waiting for 15 mins plus.

Don't go here at lunch time on a week day. This location is close to MRU and the lunch rush can be rather overwhelming. Service was ok, staff seemed plesent and the store us clean.

I used to love this location but I can't stand the new renovation. I'm sure it's been built to improve efficiency; however, Tim Hortons dropped the ball for the handicapped population! I have to do so much more walking with the new renovation which is difficult for me. When I asked the man that served me if he could grab my coffee that was clear at the far end of the servery, he promptly said NO, then pointed to the far end and said my order had to be picked up there. Tim Hortons, there is certainly a HUGE training opportunity here, I think Star Bucks may have just won my future business thanks to the way I was treated by your team members!

I order thru the drive thru, always quick. This location is super close to my work and it's the only time that I stopped by. They always get my order correctly without much hassle. However, the parking spot is quite small so I usually do not stop to go inside, always the drive thru. Today I tried the caramel ice cap, I love it super delicious highly recommend you try it out!

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I've visited, almost every time they do smtg wrong, since taking the order wrong to mixing items or serving hard as rock donuts or watery coffee. And the customer service is non existent, they don't really care, obnoxious, unapologetic.

Can't get orders right. Staff was not very accommodating. Train properly who you put in the front line please.

I regularly walk away from a line up or drive past the drive through because the service is so incredibly slow. Plan for 20 min to order.

Worst service ever in a drive through. Nobody can take an order correctly and staff is surly and unapologetic. Worst experience I have ever suffered at a drive through. Be better! Tonight you sucked.

The drive through is okay at this location, line up was quick! Staff is friendly at the window.

Always a decent experience. Fairly decent quality food. General service and speed has a decent mix.

Employee "Joshy" was extremely unfriendly and rude. Absolutely terrible guest service.

I don't think it would be so busy if it were close to another coffee shop. Small store and poor layout for rushes. No cares are given in regards to food prep, so you may only get cream cheese on one side of the bagel, or not even toasted at all. Drinks are okay from here.hard to mess those up as easily.

This Tim Horton's is busy just like every other store. However, next time we'd appreciate it if they would mark the difference between the real meat and the plant based patty, so that our vegetarian friend doesn't end up with real meat.

This is by far one of the slowest service Tim Hortons I have ever been to! There was no one in line and when we arrived we waiting almost 7 minutes or someone to come to the counter and take our order (the staff was too busy standing around chatting and laughing) our order was so incredibly wrong and I ask for the receipt and showed the girl working that the coffee I ordered Vs the one she gave me was different. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had the french vanilla 2 months ago from this exact location, and it tasted watery and milk less.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to, it took 10 minutes for me to get a large coffee. The girls were taking selfie’s and videos behind the counter and not paying attention to customers. All round very unprofessional and won’t be returning

One of the worst Tim Hortons in the city. Living near by I frequent regularly and they near have the order ready when you pull up to the window. The staff is not very friendly. They also often get the order wrong. Today I ordered a XL tea. I was given a L tea. I reported the incorrect size then was given a coffee. Horrendous service.

Of all the Timmy’s I’ve been too this is the poorest quality service, from burned biscuits to poorly prepared orders. The prices are fine and coffee is fine but the poor preparation is really disappointing. Management should be paying attention to quality. I would not recommend this Timmy’s to anyone. I live one block away so have to use it for convenience.: oP

The afternoon shift continues to be abouletly horrible with service, they have about 7 staff on and only one person who actually works. I waited there for 10 minutes after calling in because they screwed up my order through the drive thru (two teas not hard) and I watched multiple people chat and goof off while I waited in line. This is the WORST Tim Hortons I've ever visited. Management is so rude, and service is horrendous! The Owners need to step in and remedy the problem.
