Sloppy Service they’re always given me coffee cups that are sticky because they spilled coffee all down the side of them and they still hand it to you through, the window with coffee dripping from the bottom of the cup. You think they would replace the cup or wipe the cup dry
This location staff is worse, I wait for 10 mins at drive-throw, nobody repose, then i came back in store. No customer service at all. I think they should learn customer service first before working. I will never come back.
Zero costomer service by philipino lady seems like racist with another comunity people, just ignored request right away and didnt talked properly. I dnt understand why these people think they r above of everyone and rest r piece of s…t. Hope someone teach them how to talk to costomer so costomer ll continue to provide u business and then these people get paid regularly on time. Also thanks for stone cold food as i requested to make sure that i need warm food. ZERO STAR TO THAT ZERO STAFF
This is one of the worst tims in the city the weekend manageris extremely racist and if you are not colored she treats you like garbage I saw her miss handle food to more then one customer that was not her belief and then turn around and put her culture ahead of anyone else she needs to be fired
The drive thru workers are so PUSHY! They already have their arm out the window before you even drive up and basically throw your food at you to get you out of there. Customer service is terrible and ruins my mood every time I go.
They messed up on my order 2 steak wraps they gave me 1 with wedges the girl was rude couldn't understand basic literature and wouldn't compensate me for it the girl at the window needs to go never coming back here again
I will give them 0 if there is any option. The staff is very rude, they don’t know how to deal with customers. I bought a coffee and it was horrible when I asked them to change they said they can’t change it. They really don’t care about customers.
I don't rate fast food places usually but stopped here to get something quick at 9pm and was told they turned the oven off already so I couldn't order what was on the menu. They don't close till midnight though? Don't advertise certain meals if you won't cook them. Cannot recommend.
Quickest, most efficient Timmies I've ever been to. Even with a huge lineup, I'm out in 5 minutes with my food. Always accurate too, and they actually listen when I say "extra butter"
Staff member was rude to me when I was picking up an ubereats order. Not only did I wait a long time for her to get the order together, but she was rude when I provided the customers name but acted like she only knew the order number. But she had no problem using the name for the doordash driver. Then she walks away from me without giving me the order and goes picks up a food pan, says nothing, i have no idea where the customers order is or if the bag shes been working on is even it. So I canceled the pickup since she didn't confirm the customers identity.
Went in to order a sandwich and a chili, ordered and waited, 5 minutes later was told it would be 5 more for the sandwich, then 5 minutes later was told it was 10 more minutes for the Chili, wow!
10 min wait for a grilled cheese, skip driver was waiting longer than me. Than a customer that was in the drive through complained about a half bowl of chilli in front of me while another customer was asking for a refund. Don’t waste your time.
NEVER DONATE FOR CHARITABLE CAUSES. They made our sausage farmer wraps wrong and then when I asked for them to be made with a hash brown in it they insisted I give them the food I had taken a few bites out of to them to toss out to get the new stuff. I could have fed a homeless person or a friend with your mess up but instead you wanna waste food. LOL and you ask for people to donate $$ to you? !
The peanut butter cheesecake doughnut was intriguing enough to try; fell for the skip ad. Was better than ok. I think it would have been better with more peanut butter in middle. And definitely better than the rather bland s'mores doughnut.
This location is notorious for screwing up your drive-thru order. Sometimes they don’t give you all of it and sometimes they give you someone else’s, and when it’s this cold out, going back to correct it is much harder. I was really looking forward to my breakfast this morning only to find out after getting home that it’s not at all what I ordered.
Today I had waited for 20 minutes for my chai tea latte and their service was too slow and when I took it. It was totally worth. All the staff concentrated only on the drive thru and customer waiting too long in the store.
Customer service is absolutely horrendous. They take long and always mess up your order or give you someone else’s order. This location is literally known to mess up your order.
Out for a drs appt and had not had breakfast. Stopped for some food and a pair of ice caps. Tried the steak and egg sandwich. Its ok imo but i prefer the bacon and egg or the blt bagel. Oddering and pickup was very fast and the order was accurate.
Service was friendly and efficient but the people working that shift seemed to not care about their jobs much. Chocolate Croissant was semi-stale. Penguin Donut was slightly horrifying. One donut case was completely empty and selection was very limited. Do better guys
Amazing.one of the best Tims, washroom was spotless. The girl (skinny and asian) at 1.20pm on 16th aug at sandwich station- amazing job dear, perfect sandwich.
I go to this location every morning for coffee and breakfast. Every morning there short staffed and I risk being late for work. This morning I went in to talk to the manager about her obviously needing more staff and she told me if I don't like I go somewhere else she has a big order. The worst customer service I've ever received. Never going back to this location.
Super fast service, clean restaurant and the selection of baked goods is much more varried that other time hortons in the area. Not usually busy so this makes it an ideal spot if your looking for coffee or a meal fast.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Drive through takes forever. I’ve been here many times and every single time there’s been something wrong with my order. Today I was displeased to see that my bagel was burnt and could barely eat it. Last time I will ever come here. I tried calling them no one answered.
Went today around 3: 20pm, and doors were locked, so I couldn't go in. Tried calling but no one answered the phone, but there wasn't any signs saying they were closed for walk in orders, and no "be right back" signs either. Wasn't sure if drive thru was running or not, but I don't drive anyways, so I can't go through it ️
Not following safe food handling at drive thru.the drive thru operator was handling the cell phones, cash and food of 4 vehicles in front of me without changing their "winter gloves" not disposable gloves.with covid being a problem this is not acceptable.will not go there again.
Tim Hortons in AB I just don’t get it, you can’t even fill an order for gift cards. Train your staff, you wasted my time for the last time. McDonald’s will get our money from our Corporation.
Its Patio area is great addition and makes it different from others. Always sufficient parking is available and its so fun to have coffee there with a loved one.
Usually mess orders up. Also rip you off on bacon on turkey clubs. Sometimes coffee is ok. Definately been to better tim hortons. There’s one guy that usually takes orders in the morning who’s super nice
Went to use the washroom, someone had thrown up all over the floor and counter. Told a lady there. She said ok and then just carried on with her work the whole time I was there (25 min or so) and never told any other workers or attended to it herself. Gross
Ordered a farmers breakfast sandwich and an order of potato wedges, got the sandwich and it was a regular sausage breakfast sandwich with no hashbrown or sauce. When i told her there was no hashbrown or sauce she said that they were waiting for hashbrowns they just threw them on. And then she said i have to wait for wedges because they're not ready to be served either.
Giving someone a half ready order and then saying they're waiting for some hashbrowns and theres no wedges after getting the wrong sandwich isn't making a person want to return.
Not very well organized they didn't have hardly any seats for anybody and the ones that were there were not cleaned in a timely manner I would avoid that Tim Hortons in future
The employee running the drive through wasn't polite and struggled to take my order. He told us they were out of hashbrowns which I said was fine and then had a 40 second gap to finish the 4 item order.
Service the worst I've ever seen. There was four people working and they were just all helping the drive-thru I stood there for 15 minutes nobody even acknowledged I was there, I finally just walked out. Not impressed.
Just about every Tim Hortons I go to have great service sometimes make small mistakes like mixes sugar up with cream but I still love the people that work there
Saturday Dec 1st 2pm. Service very slow inside. The dirtiest Tim's I have ever seen. Floor looked like not cleaned all day. There was garbage and food debris under our table. Food prep area was disgusting. Food and liquid debris on the floor and prep counters. Will not go to this Tim's again!
The staff needs to listen better to the orders better. I had to ask twice for me order and they messed it up twice. Very disappointed because this used to be a very good location.
I order BLT Bagel with sausage then when I get to work I open it to see they only put butter on bagel! This is so disrespectful I was waiting long time in line I’m not wasting gas to go back. The supervisor should audit the orders to make sure they Aren’t purposely preparing them wrong.
There is one of the employees there, he does the orders for the drive-through, his name is Colin, he us such a hard-working person and he welcome people all the time, I like how he greets customers with positive energy, keep him ;) and we wish him the best of luck!
We waited 3 cars passing by the other drive-thru lane before someone talked to us from the speaker. We thought there might be a device malfunction and told the cashier what happened. He told us that lane “is not supposed to be open but people (is) keep driving thru there” 3 times! There were no sign anywhere indicating that lane closed. Seriously? !
Got my over wrong tried to tell her she was doing wrong someone else told me that's not my order and guest what my order was wrong and then made me wait another 5 minutes before she remade. Then she didn't apologize. First time at that Tim's location and my last time for SURE.
I would give it a 2 but it is a Tim Horton's. I have repeatedly had problems with the mobile service here, and each time I have found the staff argumentative. It doesn't matter to them if you have your order confirmation, if their printer or computer aren't working they will send you away empty handed.
So. I didn't get a free coffee or muffin when I reached my 7th point on my Tim's card but whatever. Tim's is Tim's. If you need a quickie, Tims' gots your back
Service is horrible made multiple people back out of the drive though and doesn’t know how to take orders in a proper cue. Would recommend retaining staff for better service
I've always loved to have my breakfast at Tim hortons but apparently not today. Saturday morning before 9, I ordered a breakfast meal and manager didn't explain that I wouldn't get a point for this purchase if I scanned my card and decided to keep my free coffee for next time. No redemption but no point either. I would've changed my order if I was told that I needed to get free coffee first to get further points, at the counter when I was paying. And she started yelling and didn't explain this until she did the refund process and go through again. Worst customer service I've experienced in any tim hortons.
Just ordered a breakfast sandwich he got something completely different thay did not give me what i ordered all thay said was sorry you guys are payed to do your job and you can't even do that im never going to Tim Hortons again
Tim Hortons always gives me a good impression, but unfortunately not today. A supervisor ruined my Saturday morning.
Me and my wife visited here for breakfast. She had a free coffee reward on her tim horton card. She ordered a breakfast meal and when the supervisor asked if she wanted to use her free coffee reward, she said she would keep it. Because she wanted to keep it for later and get a new star for now. After we got our food, she checked her Tim Horton reward and found out she didnt get a star.
So she asked to the supervisor whom took her order. The supervisor said my wife didn't want to redeem free coffee, so there's no star. It totally didn't make sense at all. So she asked again, "i chose getting a star instead of redeeming but i got nothing. " Suddenly the supervisor's voice got loud and started to yell to my wife. She said because my wife didnt want to redeem she can't give us a star.
We still couldn't understand why. Anyway we paid for our food. But because we didn't want to redeem our free coffee, so we can't get another star?
Eventually, the supervisor brought my wife to POS and refunded the purchase and then retried it. When she scanned our card, the POS asked if we want to redeem a free coffee and then if we don't wanna use it, there's no more action in the POS. That's what the supervisor explained to us.
If we knew it before ordering, or if the supervisor told us if we didn't want to use our free coffee redeem now, anyway we would get nothing for this purchase, this situation might not be happened. However the supervisor didnt explain it.and then when we asked why, she chose to yell us. After listening to her explanation, we chose to use our free coffee reward.
We felt very bad and uncomfortable but my wife said sorry because anyway we made the supervisor refunds it and go through again. But the supervisor never said sorry. I still cant believe the supervisor's behavior. She didnt explain enough and even yelled us. Seriously she seemed to get a customer service training again instead of training other workers.
I don't want to say negative things for Tim Hortons, but this store? I won't visit again. Never ever.
I’ve been to this Tim’s twice this week and both times they don’t have about half the things I want to order. This chain is becoming a joke and I’m definitely not going to be going to Tim hortons anymore.
