They did not put the lid on correctly and the service person just watched as I got second degree burns on my fingers they did not offer a new coffee they did not offer napkins they just watched this is the worst service I've received at a Tim's very dissatisfied
This is my regular go to Tim Hortons, but I have to say that the consistency of their coffee is awful! Anytime I go, I just never know what I’m going to get!
My usual go to is a double double coffee and it’s been nothing but awful for the past few weeks! Coffee tastes burnt, not sure what cream they are using or if they even use sugar! What is happening? The staff are great and kind but the coffee is awful! Please do better!
It's an updated location with newer drive through ordering kiosk and newer inside setup but no AC power plugs inside for the patrons to enjoy their breakfast and catch up with some business emails and work on their laptops, Staff told that because of security and safety reason there are are no power plugs installed!
They serve you as per their mood, I’ve been their regular cx since jan or feb, not anymore. They are pathetic in terms of everything. U order something n u get something else not just once, a lot of times and they don’t even apologise. A bunch of egoistic people running the store.
This is the second time I have been here. It is a poorly run Tim Hortons. Both times my warm sandwich was ice cold and the coffee was burnt tasting. I ordered a roast beef craveable. The person taking my order was so busy trying to up sell me that I had to say no thank you three times. I will not be back to this one again.
It has been two months since I last Drive through this Tim Hortons. Tonight I ordered a craveable beef sandwich which came to me ice cold. The cheese and meat were not even warm. The person at the window was not very pleasant. I wanted to try one more time and I am again disappointed.
Got yelled out for not saying pick up. When I did several times that I was. She got mad and practically tossed my food to her coworker. When I asked why I didn’t as I did and she walked away before throwing my food at the window. Great staff and keep up the great work for nothing.
Worst service by the staff, i am a regular customer here, i am very disappointed with the services this time, i ordered one sandwich and they gave me 2 and charged me for 2. They ask you to come to window before punching order on the screen so that customer can verify the order. I could clearly hear the person taking my order was talking to other staff and laughing while i was ordering and that was the reason she could not hear me clearly. Never coming back.

Stopped in for a bite on the way through town. Took 5 minutes to even get attention to order, some made eye contact, some stated at the floor and I was the only person in line. Didn't have wedges for combos, didn't have chilli available for my meal which is what I was hoping to have. Slow to even get the order together of two sandwiches and an ice coffee and double double. Wait time is over 15 minutes here. Which gave me plenty of time to make this review.
First time visiting this location as it's so close to my new office. It certainly won't be the last - the food was standard fare for Tim Hortons.
It was the service that set this location apart from other Tim's I've visited. The staff person was so kind, helpful and had a genuine interest in ensuring we were well taken care of. Something I won't soon forget.
Went there to grab a coffee around 4 in the morning… whoever was working he didn’t let me complete my order and said drive ahead.that was very rude.if you are getting paid, then you need to work properly.either work good or you should quit and find another job where you dont have to interact with customers.seriously need to work on customer service.
My favourite Tim's on the way to work in Millwoods. On Eastside of 50th just south of Whitemud. Abit tricky entering twisted driveway from the avenue/south. Actually treacherous in wintery conditions when the summer-tire people are driving in the middle of the roadway. But, once you get around to the double-lane drive-thru, staff are great and food is Timmy's good consistent quality! We'll be back!
Ordered a chicken wrap n for don’t reason they’re so dumb that they only put half piece of chicken. Amazes me how shut the service is in a Canadian company. Worst location ever tbh
They literally do not listen to you whatsoever in the drive through, cant even finish telling them what you want without them cutting you off. And then recieved a breakfast wrap that had a giant hole in the middle, resulting in flopping over onto the floor. This place definitely doesn't care about the qaulity aspect! Drink was good though
The parking lot is a disaster.barely enough room for 2 cars to exit and enter the same way. The store itself isn't bad the people seem oki offering friendly service.
This si the first location that I've been to that took less then 2 mins to get my order down and served to me and who dosnet love their order given to them asap buy he other good thing about this location is that it's right beside Jackie Parker so if your hungry just take a quick walk or run depending on how hungry you are
Amazing! Coffee was strong, food was hot, service was fast. Plus my little sister went up to the counter for more hash browns and an employee gave her a bracelet that says courage, which was really sweet.:)
The Chili was excellent with a tasty white bun to dunk in the Chili YUM. The Iced Coffee was perfect. I enjoyed the new Smore Bars. Very creative. Perfect lunch after Church. Thank you Tim's. So nice to be able to eat inside again.
This is the worst timmies, 90% of the time I go there they are sold out of everything. I just went there and the literally told me they were sold out of ALL food except for donuts. Come on! Really? !
Bought a dozen donuts and told them i want all of em chocolates, i didnt realize 3 of em are just chocolates till i got home. Stop lying to your customers in the drive thru.
Always get burned sandwiches and they never apologize for it, they say they are always out of everything later in a day, because they are too lazy to make. I know this because I live close by and I used to go there every day, and it's the same thing every day. I worked in a restoraunt and more other places so I know if one day there's not enough bread for example that they always order some extra for next time, next day/week/month, except here, always get same stuff that they say they don't have, in every other Timmy I go to. So not going there again.
I picked up a sandwich and a coffee from this location on Saturday. This sandwich looks like it was made by a toddler. Defective, pvercooked biscuit with a big hole in it and undercooked bacon randomly tossed on. Thank you Tim Horton's for reminding me why I spent years avoiding your restaurants.
Worst Tim's that I have been to. Always pushing the coffee in your face to get you through the drive thru as fast as possible. Many of the staff very rude. I suggest going to the tims north of the whitemud on 50st by the shell. Staff and service are great there.
I paid for 2 honey glazed 2 Boston cream and 5 Easter egg donuts and only got 4 Easter egg donuts 2 honey glazed and 2 Boston cream I'm not to happy one of my kids don't get what they wanted
This became one of the worst stores in the city. You never know anymore if they are open or close, it's always a gambling go there. And they are also slooooooow.
Dec 7 Did order on line showing 920pm 24hrs open. Orxer was canceled by courier at1028pm mentioning store closed. Phone time next day for refund never got back to me.contact Tim Hortons customer service twice and still waiting for a refund. Today is 20dec.they don't even deserve one star. Not impress
In the early morning its not a good service, sometimes she's mixed everything in my coffee whatever I need, sometimes nothing in their. Never said welcome n thank you. Today i got small coffee but I paid for medium cup.
Purchased a iced cap supreme with a caramel shot and espresso shot tonight March 27,2020 at 7: 30pm. Along with a iced capp with a espresso shot and a chocolate chill. All large. The lady workin the drive thru didnt understand what I was saying and was quick to finish wrapping up the order when I wasnt done. I got to the window, there was no whipped cream on the supreme, so I confronted her and she got defensive and said I didnt ask for a supreme when I in fact did. My passengers heard me. (Invest in a recording machine for your drive thru.it's worth it!) She told me it would be extra to add whipped cream to the top of it. Now. I know this isnt true when it comes to iced caps as I have worked at several Tim Hortons locations.
Overall horrible customer service, I wont be returning, I dont really care if you (manager) dont do anything about it.however I'm putting the word out for customers to see how the experience was. Take the extra 5 minutes and go to a different location. It's worth it.
There is or was an older white lady there I believe shes a manager that works there I'm not sure if she still does but she does a great job everytime and she works very hard to make sure that everything is done accordingly. I forget her name but she is the reason why I give this Timmy's a five-star
Today, I went in this place 2 different times. I ordered all chocolate Tim Bits. I got home later and they were mixed. Clearly, the employee did not listen to customers. CV my kids want all chocolate. 1.5 hrs later I went in again with my daughter. Ordered drinks for my family. Iced Capp had topping on all 3. My family had not experienced this and was not asked if we want it. Who knows, I might have been charged for it. Employee went away from the Til and made the drinks. Did not say that the debit was ready, then another 1 came by and said it was declined. No kidding! Didn’t even ask me to scan my Tim Rewards. Had to have a little polite argument after payment to get it done. I’m not happy with this lack of listening and customer service. I’m not from this area so I can easily go somewhere else if the bad service continues.
This location is the absolute worst, never any donuts I'm mean at least 90 % empty, and slow slow service and the place was empty. If the star rating could go into the negatives. On the positive the bathrooms were clean
Um Tim Hortons, you ok? (Drive thru) Took a solid ten minutes to finally have my order taken correctly. Got told that chicken soup is something that does not exist, at all. Was given a decaf tea orange pekoe tea and when i asked for the caffeinated one i was very hurridly handed a new one and "asked" to leave, only to realize when id gotten back to the road that they gave me a green tea instead. This isnt the first, second or third time they've gotten my order comedically wrong. Last time i was there i was given a coffee with a tea bag in it. You guys ok in there?
They screw up most of the time on your order.just make sure to double check your order and get what you want before leaving, other wise you will be coming back Mad.
Here I am writing a review again for this location. Now it continues. Not busy. Counted 8 employees moving around like they were working. Still can't keep up with low drive through traffic and inside 2 till orders. Well at least they have new lids.
LAST YEARS REVIEW: Drive through short changed me substantialy when I paid cash today. Have experienced slow or innaccurate service here before.
Zero star for customer service. First time when it happened I didn’t even bother but second time it happened same lady with lot of makeup in the morning shift have zero respect for the customer. When I was paying for my stuff she was telling me the laws of Timhortons for the reason which I donot even bother by treating me like I am in the court not in the coffee shop. Well lady first you have to follow the laws of Tim Hortons by giving the proper respect to their customers. Stop doing discrimination and donot show your personal life wrath on customers
FIRST TIME- First time at Timmy, I have seen this happen, Lady taking order was talking to a customer very rudely, telling him " YOU DO NOT SAY THIS, YOU SHOULD ORDER LIKE THIS" Etc Etc. Totally shocked to see such Insensitive, Impolite and Discriminatory behavior Remember TIM HORTON's CANADIANS (Your Client's) have made you and you CAN NOT sustain your market share if such Incidences occur. There has to be policies against such behaviors and by doing this you are certainly not doing any favors to anybody but you.really disappointed and sad with this
Stopped by for a quick supper only to be told 4 of 5 items ordered were not available. No wedges, no hashbrowns, no chipotle sandwich, no spicy chicken. Won't return to this location anytime soon.
