Tim Hortons

I was there today, June 4th 2022, and I swear those fancy strawberry swirl were days old donuts selling for premium price. Gross! Not good there and the employee touched the donut outside of the paper they use, not cool! Don't know why it's so busy the lines are long, the "fresh" donuts are NOT that! Don't bother trying there bakery items, save your money

For the past 6 years living in Canada, this store is by far, the worst Tim Hortons I ever saw and it is horrible. Yesterday, I ordered 10 pieces of those new special Timbits "Timbiebs" through drive-tru. I did gave my order in a very clear voice yet they still made a mistake by giving me a regular Timbits. I thought to myself it's just a silly mistake so I went back the next day to order the same thing but this time, I found a hair strand on my Quencher; one piece of the timbieb that they gave me have been compromise (bitten) and they over charge me with a cookie and green tea that I never saw from the screen when I gave them the order. This is probably the last time I'm gonna buy something at timmies.

Drive thru isn't 24hrs anymore and they don't have pilons, hours posted, nothing blocking the drive thru at closing. Want a laugh, watch people park at the speaker box for 2-3 minutes at 11pm and flip out

Worst coffee ever. Ordered an Everything Bagel double toasted with butter and scrambled egg. Only half the bagel was buttered and no egg. Coffee tastes like they are using one percent milk. Toasted the coffee and went to a better location. Don't waste your money at the Westmount Timmies.

There is nothing here.just coffee and bagged tea. I am never visit here again and don't recommend it to anybody.

Customer service here is terrible, they really need to step up their game. Its brutal always having your coffee made wrong or being given a completely different order. Food quality is well.tim hortons.
Staff here are very rude and confrontational with simple issues. Will not be coming back.

This place was our usual spot until today we came to the drive thru window and the lady at the window smelled so heavy of perfume we had to bring our coffee back. It was stuck to the cups and made everything bitter. It was so disappointing and when I brought it in no one seemed to care that we were sent sensitive. So we got our money back and went elsewhere. Total waste being Monday morning. Ruined our routine. If your front line at the window maybe think of others because I'm sure none wants to taste u in the morning. Gross

My better half went up and ordered and the girl behind the counter was very rude to him. Got the order wrong and we had to pay for wrong sizes and asked for ceramic as we are staying in and eating and we got paper for everything. Then we proceeded to sit down and eat and the girl behind the counter stood at the till and watched us the whole time we were in the restaurant, thought that was weird instead of doing your job you are standing there making customers feel uneasy. I wont be back to this location in edmonton ever and I will be following through with management of the store as well.
