Ordered again and arrived 10 minutes later and the order was not ready! I waited another 5 minutes!

It's a nightmare!
You order through the app, pay and still the order is not collected!
You have to go up to the cashier and say "I'm here" to get it picked up!)
It's better to go to Starbucks!)

Ordered 6 smile cookies on the Tim's app for $9, but when I got there, I was told they've been out of smile cookies for hours. Then I was given 6 donughts instead (worth $6.99). At least hopefully the $9 will still go to charity.

Google says open till 10pm everyday. I'm here at 815.and there closed. Like it's tim hortans. WTH

Sign on the door says that they close at 5 o'clock for their Christmas party today it's 444 and the doors are locked doesn't look like 5 o'clock to me

I do like this Tim Hortons when there is this one lady working there. She seems to keep it running. I would like to say that at 7: 30 in the morning when it is busy is not the time to have the slowest person working the till. She obviously gets flustered and can only do 1 thing at a time. Constantly forgetting customers after she takes their order and moves to the next person in line. She is a nice lady but people need to get to work

Every single time i go there they get my order wrong. They repeat my order back to me, and still don't add the extras they charge me for, and give me wrong items/sizes. Today is one of a handful of days they had the doors chained shut in the morning, HOURS after they should have opened, and they tried getting me to walk through the drive through. On top of it no one is even friendly, just all sullen and its honestly the last straw. I go there because it's conviently close to work, but i can't keep wasting my money. Especially for a place that picks and chooses which days they open their doors on time.

We just got there earlier this morning, and the breakfast sandwiches are not fresh at all! The service is quick and good, but I don’t know with the food quality, was it pre-made or what?

A weird parking lot, but maybe that keeps a few cars away and allows the take out & drive thru to move pretty quickly!

Went on my early am break for work and had the tastiest cheese, steak and egg croissant! My tea was made with all the love you could ask for and the staff was so friendly and kind! Thank you for a great experience.

Far and away the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. The owner should be embarrassed to be running such a disaster of an establishment.

This tim hortons consistently gives terrible service, which is saying something. My guess is that they take the worst staff from all the tim hortons in the city and drop them off here. If your looking for a bad experience you can't beat this location!

Apparently it's too much work to cut in half and make a proper sandwich. Not impressed. I also ordered a dd, got a 1 cream coffee. Seriously?

Painfully slow and the staff is generally rude and unwelcoming. I saw a guy come in while I was waiting, and in the drive thru they served him a sandwich that had been badly burned to the the point of being the bun being blackened. They were pretty upset he wanted another one and were not kind to him.

Construction at the intersection has reduced entry points to this location. Looking forward to its completion and getting back to business as usual, because the service here is FABULOUS! Good work, y'all!

Pretty quick service usually. Annoyed though anytime I get a croissant sandwich, if you get the sausage one they never seem to have the time to cut the sausage and eggs to actually fit the sandwich. A small annoyance but one just the same.

Doesn't answer the phone for customers, won't correct their mistakes made, poor customer service will not be returning recommend everyone use a different location this one just doesn't care about the customer

I find this location to have lower quality food, but the service was excellent. I went to the drive thru today and ordered an everything bagel and a Turkey club sandwich. When I opened the food I was disappointed to find a dry ol' bun with a thick slap of turkey meat not even folded, a sprinkle of lettuce and a soggy arse tomato. The everything bagel had the smallest scoop of creamcheese I've ever spent money on and was hardly warm when it was supposedly "toasted". I never really have this problem at other locations or have ever felt the need to write a review.

You need to change your store hours or stay open like you say you are I watched at least 15 vehicles come and go within 2 hours including my self poor service

Please update hours. It says open 24 hours on website and the store window which isnt true. Your wasting customers time in the early mornings.

Friendly staff. The actual wrap to make the wraps needs to be the smaller version as they are not even close to being full so you get a bunch of excess wrap which I end up throwing away as there is not enough filling. McDonald's wraps are much better!

Dec 10 2019. I refuse to go to a place where the counter clerk yells out "NEXT! " "Lady Yeller" know who you are! Your supervisor didn't seem to want to correct you either. Probably would get yelled at too? I don't know. I felt like I was in a mess hall or someone out of a Dickens novel, lining up with the rest of the hungry souls, for someone to give me some grub.
(I bought their egg bites and a jalapeño bagel that wasn't bad)

Typical Tim hortons, fast service, decent food, location is not as busy as usual with the construction all around but fairly accessible.

Always fast service.the bathrooms really should be cleaned more often and having fresher donuts would be nice too lol.but otherwise its good:)

Place have a great location, however, my review its focus in costumer service: the older caucasian lady that works evenings, she its rude and really need to learn some manners, I have meet some rude people before, but, this one its top of the line.

The older Caucasian lady with the grey hair and glasses is one of the worse server in this world. She never greets anybody. She treats everything as a hassle and she never smiles. I simply told her we are not ready to order yet and all she did was walk away from the cashier without saying a single word. The rude experience coming from her is consistent. I’m surprised of the quality of servers they have in this place.

Good for a fairly quick stop.
More needs too be done for customer relations at 95% of the drive thru windows.
I understand it gets busy but a smile and a quick have a good day goes a long ways.

Only serving breakfast at 10 pm which I do not want and it's taking forever for the person ahead of me to get their 2 item order. Trapped in the drive through for nothing.

Not a place to go at 2: 30am. Maybe 4 or 5 donut choices. The breakfast sandwiches were all under microwaved. Poor lady obviously was not happy being there. That made 2 of us.

Food has something in it, if you're mild ibs, food wont sit well with you. Still using palm oil from the rain forest to boot, do not support them anymore, many ma and pa bakeries or coffee shops out there.

Half the time you go through the drive through you don't get what you ordered. Happened to me again today. Coffee quality is maybe 1 good cup out of every 4. The dark roast tastes like watered down decaf most of the time.

The worst. I have never had such bad food at TH before. Not enough they are out of products what they serve it's horrible, cold eggs, burnt toasts and they forgot some items in my order which I had to wait for in parking lot and still didn't get it all.
Why is this place even open.

Two days out of three I wasn't able to get want I ordered. One Monday they were out of oatmeal at lunch time (all day beeakfast?) and today I couldn't have a chicken sandwhucb because the buns were frozen. No problem serving a chicken wrap for an additional $3 tho.

Egg, bacon, cheese McMuffin, was cold staged, up before I finished paying, not fresh or hot so dry could hardly eat it

Worse experience ever. Ordered 2 chicken finger meals and got it in one box. Not good. Can't understand the immigrant working there and when we left to go we noticed there was no wedges. Trash service.

Clean store and bathrooms staff were helpful and fast. Very quiet at 230pm. Lots of construction on 75 street but easy to access off 51 ave.

This store is kept clean which shows that they care. They ask if you want the second tea bag in the large tea which i appreciate.

Staff rinsed out my to-go mug, swiped my tim card, and had my food ready in less then a minute (bagel and soup).

There were 2 Tim's visited in Millwoods and I was not impressed with the BELT that came with wilted, brown lettuce inside my biscuit. Made them make me another one and said that was not acceptable thing to do! Take some pride people! When it takes long enough to get your food and then you have to deal with rotten lettuce!

No lentil soup as requested
No cheese tea biscuits ss requested

Many Tim locations do not carry the lentil soup though they always display it largely on signage.also many Tim locations sre repeatedly out of cheese tea biscuits.
Sorry, I don't eat bread.
