Placed a mobile order. After an hour finally got it. I sent my daughter (14) because i had surgery recently. She was flat out ignored, I called and they still wouldn’t give her the order. Finally sent an adult and they handed it over no issues and laughed at him when he complained about them not giving it to my daughter. Not happy with the service.
I ordered a few take 12s and a few dozen donuts. I think they usually like to have at least an hour warning, but they had everything ready in about 15 minutes.
Workers need to know how to talk in English I sat there while they talked amongst each other for 10 mins just to give me my drink cold without whipped topping. Seek employees with common sense pls bc they are not it. I’ll seek higher authority bc this is the most garbage store I’ve ever seen.
Waited 20 minutes for two wraps, got them served cold. Was told they were fresh made, but clearly not, they just lied to me. Asked for a refund, which took another 5 minutes. They did not say sorry, looked at me like I was the problem. Update: Been over three weeks, Owner/Manager ignores complaint case from tim hortons guest services. They just do not care.
Either their machines weren't working properly or they just didn't understand us. We ordered one thing that took them multiple tries to get and still got it wrong at the window.
Service is getting better attitudes changing, but the guy in this picture who hangs out like the goof he is, pretending to be a cop which he is not, following and stalking and harassing homeless people, shame on him. Hes gonna be exposed as of now, royal blue extended cab Ford 2016 with 4x4 on the box, pretending to be a cop.that illegal.see him report him
Well I don't know what's happening at this location but wow cleanliness is sub par burning food and no attention to there customers I wonder when filth and dirty windows are acceptable
This store not customer friendly. They said they don’t serve potato wedges after 10: 00 I went there 9: 42 AM and they said they don’t serve but they do ages after 10 am failed customer satisfaction
I go this location near 3 to 4 times a week on 17th December around 10.26 pm I was ordering by drive thur as the guy was taking my order tell me to speak loud so I spoke on higher voice as we went to pay the 1st question the guys have who was taking my order why my husband can't order why I have to order does he know how my husband was feeling was he sick or ok so rude customer service
Had to wait almost 10min while they first filled drive through orders and they only had 1 kind of Tim Bits. How does Tim Horton's not have Tim Bits? !? And why do they have a bunch of tvs with a fire place showing? Maybe spend your electronics money on ensuring the shop has donuts
Tried to use the washroom before ordering but you needed the key. Asked multiple people, but they passed it off to someone else, or ignored me. Left without using the washroom, or ordering.
I come here everyday for my coffee & sausage farmers wrap, always made great. Especially the coffee. The girl with the purple hair is amazing! Always so kind & sweet
GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. Waited 9 minutes at the counter with 8 or 9 staff working. They were doing all the skip and drive through and didn't care for the customers inside. When a cashier because available, they helped the lady behind us on another till, and were speaking in another language besides English. Felt a little reverse prejudice, and then it took another like 6 minutes for our 2 drinks and 2 bagel sandwiches. Awful, Awful service here. Would give a 0* if possible. Half the bagels and donuts were empty, it was lunchtime. VERY DISAPPOINTED.literally nobody here seemed to care. Food kinda sucked too.
I always got coffee from this location and always order medium of coffee and quarter of fench vanilla. It's always less than a cup.you guys pls check if if the cup is full because we pay full price of the cup of coffee not a 1/3 only.
I get a coffee here almost every day and never had any issues until this morning… opened my medium regular and the first sip had several CHUNKS in it.upon closer look it appears to be food, some type of bread product. I’m so grossed out.
Very very poor service. Girl at till inexperienced. Ask for manager and get assistance manager. Never resolved problem. Why have aTim Hortons reward card if they don't honor the promotion Wouldn't recommend this location. Will be taking my business back to McDonalds. Worst customer service ever.
Absolutely terrible location. They've messed up my order countless times including today, and only after I had left the area did I realize they stiffed me on my change. I am never coming back here.
Okay so I was there last Saturday in the morning around 7: 45ish, and the guy who was doing drive thru window, didnt even said hi. Just headed my stuffs and closed the window and idk if it automatic not hi nor thank you. I used to work at timmis and it was important to smile greet Serve say thank you that’s all! I mean I know some customers are rude but atleast it’s ur job
Drive through management is incredibly rude. The woman with the blue head cover practically yells over the speaker box and treats employees like garbage.
10 people working drive thru an I gotta wait 20 minutes to get a coffee in store. I usually just leave at that point, and go to the one down the road.they also claim to be 24 hrs, but the drive thru closes at 10pm every day.
Drive thru was moving quickly despite how busy it was. Tried the new cinnamon caramel oat milk latte and it was not good at all. Couldn't even finish it
I gave this place so many chances and everytime there has been an issue with my orders. First time I ordered 3 cheese croissants, when I got to work and opened the bag I only got 1 cheese croissant and 2 plain. Second time I ordered 3 of the new hazelnut filled chocolate muffins and received 3 regular chocolate chip muffins. 3rd time I ordered a coffee with 1 sugar and 4 cream. They gave me 4 sugar and 1 cream, had to toss that one as it was undrinkable. The wait times are long and if you order a latte drink through drive thru be prepared to be asked to pull over into a wait spot and wait 15 minutes before they bring out one drink. Since I was in a hurry in the mornings I tried the new method of pre ordering my pickups with their app. I gave them an hour head notice before I came through and still got asked to pull over and wait for them to bring out a simple drink. What's the point of ordering through the app then when nothing is ever ready anyways? It's a disorganized mess of people running around each other. I'll be looking for a different location.
Avoid night time visits. If you end up here at night ask what's available rather than what you want, much easier that way as the availability is very limited during the past few visits.
Doors are locked at 5: 50pm with no explanation.no signs on door.workers inside not responding to knocks, looking away.people outside confused and standing at the front door.did they close because they were busy? Ran out of coffee? Had social anxiety? Myself and others will never know.
Terrible management. Owners turn a blind eye to multiple complaints about other shift supervisor's and customer complaints. Management plays favorites and they make it harder for Canadian born employees to work there as they are always patronized and ridiculed. Don't waste your money here. Starbucks is better and nicer and worth the price
Waited half hour for a mobile order, had to call the store to get it brought out to us. They missed the hashbrown with my meal, the hashbrown and chipotle sauce on my farmers biscuit and the food was cold. Definitely not worth going.
However the lady who brought our food out was sweet, I don't blame her, it's most likely due to poor management
Went for lunch there waited 15 minutes to make a order.everyone was working drive thru.gave order got wrong sandwich and wanted tea got a coffee.worst time Horton's in edmonton.
This tims is a little dirty inside. Could use some dusting. It's a small one and with their high amounts of customers they could have maybe built larger.
Went there (drive through) to order breakfast for the first time. The guy was so helpful when I ask the choices of warm drinks. The lady by the drive window was so rude, not wearing gloves amidst this pandemic, grab the payment machine from my hand, can't explain real well and has the audacity to raise her voice to us. We tried to check that we all have our order and told us rudely that all our orders are complete and lied that there is a long line up. This lady need some training on customer service and if she is not happy with her job then maybe she find another one. She is wearing a head cover. I will not recommend this branch unless they train their staff on customer service.
Worst timmys ever can't ever get a sandwich right I made sure to get the honey Mustard instead of the mayo they out on and the girl behide the speaker assured me it already comes with honey mustard such a lie! And poor customer service
Update November 12 2021 Vary vary poor quality farmers wrap this has happened multiple times everything was a mess can not eat it like a wrap have to eat it like a tossed salad that's how bad it was today and allot of other days.
I have pictures and videos for proof. The staff must not be trained properly
Nov 16th 2021
Breakfast sandwich biscut not toasted and bagels are smashed together this Tim Hortons and going down hill fast
I love too come by while walkn my Goodboy (blaze). My pitbull we stop by always in the morning for coffee or ice cap and never once have I had a bad experience. Two thumbs up also Thank-you Timmy's! Matt. L
The sign on the outside says 10 p.m. Closing and kicked us out at 9 p.m. Drive thru says open 24 hours. Might want to change that outside sign and very misleading.
I was the regural customer of this tims. I was going there drive thru every single day and my order was always around $25. There was always a lady in the blue hijab who is always very rude to the customer i tried to talk to the another manager there but she was the only supervisor available there. After that I have never been there. I dont know who hired that illiterate lady as a manager, even she can't speak a proper line in english language. Worst tim hortons ever.
Didn't have chamomile tea when I went.that and there wasn't proper markings of where to stand in line to keep at a 6 foot distance. It was nice and clean so that is why I ultimately gave it 3 s.
1 year ago this restaurant helped me make the easy decision of boycotting Tim Hortons. I came to this location for 3 simple things; hockey cards, hot chocolate and a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. You'd think those 3 items would be a simple request but not for this poorly run company. Hockey cards - They were out even though they had like 4 posters advertising them (fair enough, not really a deal breaker) Hot Chocolate - I was told "sorry, we're out right now". How does that happen? It was 6 am and you make it with syrup, there's nothing resembling chocolate in that drink at all. Blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese - I was told "sir, it's been years since we've sold those, pick something else". I didn't come to this place to get attitude, this request should show you just how often I'm willing to stomach the poor excuse for food if I've been out of the loop for years.
The people here are probably good people but Tim Hortons is a joke and they've been making terrible food and drinks for a while, don't support them.
Been here multiple of times. Orders are always messed up or delayed. The staff are rude and customer service is out the window. Check you food before you leave. Might not have a spoon to eat your chili with or get a bacon sandwich instead of sausage
I order two coffee's and two wraps. I got my two wraps but never got my coffee's. I had to wait for 10 minutes before somebody asked me what I was waiting for then he started making my coffee's.when he gave me my coffee yes I said coffee he only gave me one and I had to ask for my second one he then proceeded to look at the till and then kind of smirked and I'm sorry and I had to wait another 5 minutes for my next single coffee.service is horrible the manager sat there at the little table with her child and played with her child for the entire visit that we were there and she was sitting there long before we got there she often does this as we see her by the window.
Newer and updated Tim's. Conveniently located on Stony Plain Road. It offers all the standard fare. There's plentiful parking and a drive-thru. I went inside to be served and found the staff to be friendly and accommodating.
So slow at the location. And they NEVER have enough donuts. Popped in to get 2 dozen for my daughter class. And they could barely fill the boxes. Never had a good experience at this location.
Not a fan of Tim Hortons, no matter which it is. Would only reccomend if you are running behind and failed to do your morning routine, ex: your coffee or tea. I was previously employed at Tim Hortons working nights and I know better than almost anyone else the scary practices that occur behind the customer eyes.
Worst Tim Hortons in the city by far, Slowest service I've ever had from any Tim Hortons and while I was waiting in the line up of 3 people that took about 20 mins to serve just drinks inside I noticed fruit flies flying around absolutely disgusting. If i could give negative stars I would, I wouldn't recommend people to go to this location.
The worst customer service in the drive through, you coffee is thrust in your face as your trying to pay, you cannot put your card back in your wallet before your bag is thrust at you with an exasperated look. I wouldn't care if it took 15 more seconds to get my coffee without being rushed through so the employees can meet some stupid metric.
I went for coffee and a doughnut on Monday at 4: 30 pm at Tim's on Stony Plain Road and 160 Street in the westend. It is a new building and service was fast. Seating is limited and smaller than other stores. The only table left for two was not clean which bothered me. The coffee and food were spot on! Not one of my favourites. They also have keypad locks on the bathrooms which is a good thing. Overall, not that great for a new place.
For SPR & 160 st. Painfully slow, and consistently incorrect orders. Makes it hard to keep up the Canadians love Timmy's thing. Updating to take away a star. Gotten worse over the last year.
Don't come to this tim hortons. The one down the road in the esso is better. Came through the drive through of this location and ordered 4 beyond sausage sandwiches. After paying was told there was only 3 and if a meat alternative to a vegetarian thing was fine. Said no and asked for a refund. Sandwiches cost 4.47 each even though have received the 2 for 5 deal at other locations. Was given a refund of 2.30 to start. Asked for my receipts and was only given the one for the refund. Told them that it was not enough. Was given 4.30 the second time and still asked for the original receipt and was told that they couldn't find it. I left and phoned the manager. Manager typed it all in and said that they gave me the 2.30 originally because of the 2 for 5 but realized that if you type in the order a different way they could overcharge you. Manager went on to blame corporate and the programmers of the tim hortons franchise. My refund should have been 15 cents more and she graciously said I could come grab that but not the difference of the deal that would have given an extra 2 dollars. But beyond that she couldn't answer what their location could do to help me want to come back. Manager kept blaming corporate. I wont bother coming back here because as I said before should just go to the other one down the road. I have made the mistake of coming here a few times and have had similar experiences to this one. As has my wife. There's many other locations you should visit. And so will I from now on.
I think timmies just makes you be A Canadian, my favorite that I Still have to have is the Canadian Maple donut, or the Strawberry vanilla donut. I even made up my own Cheese croissant with carved turkey with eggs. Fuel for after the gym.
The place is nice but table was super dirty and sticky. We ordered a 50c more burger, but didn't tell us there was no harshbrown in side. Burger forgot meat inside, we ordered one more hashbrown, the harshbrown was cold and soggy. Luckily they gave us a “new” reheated one. Good place hope for better management
10mins to get plain bagel, toasted with extra butter and they got my order wrong ️. Got a plain bagel with no butter and when I said it is extra butter they gave me butter on the side.
Probably one of the worst locations in all Edmonton! On several occasions I spent more then 5 minutes explaining to 3 different non English speaking tellers only for them to mess up or give me the wrong order all together. This is not specific to only this location but deffinatly unacceptable and frankly insulting to deal with. I'm appalled at the operation of this franchise and will now just go to Second cup or Starbucks from now on!
At least I really liked it because it was "fast service. " My order has been wrong 50% of the time though, so always double check your order. Quality standards are low. My order was wrong today and instead of freshly remaking it, just removed the wrong toppings and added the correct toppings. If you have any food allergies or diet restrictions, DON'T GO!
This is barley a Tim Hortons, most of the staff is absolutely incompetent. Expect to be disappointed. Sloppy half cooked or overlooked sandwich and cold coffee! It’s pathetic really, if this is the only Tim Hortons available to you, time for plan B and go somewhere else.
UGH! Another horrible Tim Horton's: - (They never ever can get your coffee order correct even when that is the ONLY thing you order! They never have donuts.no cookies.no soups.what do they have then? Coffee. But never ever how you order it. Seriously there is no such thing as quality control at this store. Where is the manager? Is there even a manager? These employees need retraining and quick. If there were less than 1 star that is what I'd give. MINUS 1
PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD CLEAN YOUR DAMN WASHROOM OR AT LEAST PROVIDE SOAP!
Slowest Tim hortons ever! I live a block away, and here almost every day. And doesnt matter what time it is or how busy it is, they only have the one till open. Wow 15-20 min just to get a sandwich and a coffee and wasnt even that busy.
I went through the drive threw and ordered my coffee only to get home and find out its tea. I went back and they replaced it but what they replaced it with tastes like cream water and sugar.not impressed
Used to go here daily when I worked nearby. Would give the location a 5 for service. However when I went through there this week, I was on my 7th visit with the new loyalty card. The girl (I think new?) took my money and told me I’d get my free coffee on the next visit. When I went to get my “free” coffee the next time, I was told it’s supposed to be on the 7th visit. Not the 1st. So not sure who is correct? I’d assume it’s supposed to be the 7th and the staff at this location need accurate training. I sure hope she wasn’t intentionally pocketing my money. But it doesn’t make this loyal customer feel happy. Kind of felt ripped off after that. Hence the 3 rating.
Normally I dread this location, so very slow orders never correct. I live 50ft away. However, they've obviously upgraded the staff.
Today was a thrill to go through the drive through. The lady was so very personable and sang a quick song made me laugh aloud. Finally customer service at its finest.
