Tim Hortons

Worst Tim ever, especially evening shift. I don’t know why they working, if you don’t like your job you can quit. They missed items and gave wrong order for 4 days continuously.

We usually enjoy Tim Hortons on a regular basis. This location is horrible. The food is not prepared properly. Cold pizza, and a toasted and buttered bagel buttered on one side? We regularly stop at this location in High River as we travel between Calgary and Home. It’s consistently been a let down and the washrooms are always disgusting.

Update: I returned today Saturday September 9th. 1 bagel 15min. 1 person was working the sandwich station area which meant they were responsible for bagels, sandwiches and pizzas… on a Saturday. Your still failing to understand the issue.

Worst Tim Hortons ever. Staff are not friendly, be lucky if the female staff fake a smile once in a blue moon. Coffee and tea are almost always cold and constantly have to be asked to provide fresh or hot. They will microwave instead of making a fresh pot every 20min. The restaurant is dirty especially the restroom. Will not be back.

Good coffee. Donuts are not great. Bagels are good. Raisin bran muffins are good. Don't like the other kinds. Too sweet.

Such a cheap place. Why the hell they charge 10 cents for empty small cup in the evening when they don’t charge during my morning visit? Not going next time

My auntie loves this place and goes here almost everyday for her coffee. Which is why it’s a 3 star usually the service is meh and the bagels are not that good unless you get just butter there cream cheese is just not good but the one thing that is good there is the hot chocolate it melts in your mouth and tastes amazing! But others then that there is almost no love I can give this place.

I was in the restaurant this afternoon around 1: 35, a teenager was in the front and got my order, sandwich, bagel & drinks, as i’ve worked in customer service i know the protocols in service industry, but this girl just threw the straw in front of me for my ice capp & i need to wait longer for my sandwiches & told them if i have my sandwich already coz its been a while im waiting.on weekdays staff are doing great on customer service, but on the weekends, staff sucks.

They forget to whip the lattes. I asked for a green tea latte and it is plain with out the latte

Great service. There was an extremely long line at the drive though. I was skeptical about stopping but was shocked on how quickly the line moved and got everyone through.

Rude employee at the drive thru. Called us slow at ordering and judges us. Very unprofessional. Tell HIM to fix his attitude and interaction with customers.

A regular Tim Hortons with all that you'd expect inside. Staff were polite and washrooms were clean

Good quality sour cream glazed doughnut. Good amount of glaze allowed to dry to a crisp finish. Chews well with good consistency.

I was running behind Christmas eve and I needed 2 dozen donuts so I could build a donut cake for my husband's birthday because he did not want a Traditional birthday cake even though he was closing he got them ready and waited for me to get there.

Love this tims I go out of my way to come here. Very friendly staff any time of day.coffee is always right lg qt c double cup sugar on the side. I will always come here.

Guess even at 15/hr the job is meaningless. Cant get an order right. Ill just go to A&W across the lot for breakfast. At least the food is warm there and not burnt.

Horrible.twice I've got a French vanilla capo and it was hot water and cleaner.went back and really bad customer service.maybe less foreign workers as they don't understand

Called in for a gift card.the supervisor served me her attitude was shocking.her customer service was poor! Tim Horton, s you will never see my custom again

Friendly and fast. Parking lot is poorly set up causing a lot of congestion with drive thru traffic

Very slow service. The lady preparing the food did not change her gloves or wash her hands once while making anything, resulting in the package being covered in grease and food residue. There was aslo hair in the food, which is completely unacceptable for a restaurant like this.

I absolutely loved Tim's. Super delicious food, quality service, and some unique bites for sure.

In which universe is it acceptable to take an online order for take out, to take payment for that order, and then present the client with locked doors, ant no ability to pick up the order? Tim Hortons stole my money. Update your app to indicate services available.

This Tim Hortons is by far one of my favorite Tim Hortons they have very good crispy chicken bacon ranch wraps and they provide very good service. Only bad thing about this Tim's is that since they are so amazing the lines are usually very long so it takes a little time to get what u order. That just proves how amazing they are. Overall would recommend 25/10.

I come here for drivethru coffee because it is faster to detour off the highway, than to get 1 coffee from the Nanton drivethru.

This cafe consistently has errors in delivering drive-thru orders. Either a portion of the order is incorrect or the sizing is wrong, etc etc.
Makes for an unsatisfactory experience

Perhaps by the end of my road trip I will understand the craze of Tim Hortons. The coffee is filter but the breakfast bagel makes up for the lack of quality coffee.

The inside changed since we were last here. Seating arrangements are very nice now. It was busy, but service was still fast. We only got drinks. The Cinnamon Apple Chai was really good. So was the Vanilla Latte. Great place to meet up for a chat with friends.

Good coffee and treats. Can't go wrong. Inexpensive, quick drive threw. Clean store front in and out. Actually stir my so it tastes good.

We went there during a trip to Waterton. There was one lady who was very attentive and even helped us find a seat with our 3 year old. She made some recommendations of what to get my little girl, and came by every so often to check on us. I think her name was Sheila? I can't rememeber. But she gave us a very good impression of the resturant and every worker should be like Sheila.

Always loved Tim horton's. As a customer and a staff. The atmosphere and the customers make it great. Plus, the coffee and food helps!

Since the refurb service is consistently poor and mistakes are common. Talking to the staff in store seems to get nothing more than "I'm sorry" nothing changes though. If service improves then so will my review.
