Tim Hortons

Waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru today (1pm to 125pm). Ordered Turkey Sandwich, Beef Cravable, Large Chicken noodle soup. Agent read back the order to me for verification.
1. Long wait
2. Order wrong - didn't get my cravable.
3. Turkey Sandwich burnt to a crisp.

Please do better. This is very disappointing.

I bought the 3 cheesy twister and when I bit into it a 3 inch hair pulled out of the twister aaaggh.

What the Actual F. Never ceases to Amaze me at this place haha. Mystery sandwiches. Wrong drinks. Terrible. Why I even bother haha. Time to stick to a totally different franchise (M)

I loved the service by Ms. Emily. I ordered Iced Capp was prepared with utter love and care. She always draw a smily face emoji on my timmy’s cups, which I love the most.

Rude terrible service. Despite clearly giving my order and no one in the store with 5 employees present, got it wrong. That's ok but he was rude and made it sound like it was my mistake. Don't go here. The reviews speak for themselves probably why no one is at this place!

This is a boston cream now? I asked for a new one when the first one had even less chocolate on top. It's like when the chocolate melts to the bag and you pull it out, that's what this looks like. Won't be ordering here again in the near future!

Good Timmy's. Pleasant experience, the twins actually remembered me after the Germaphobe covid. Their dad the owner is a big Oilers fan. He always had a big smile. Their staff is pleasant, drive through staff is understanding, even if it was my bad they made it out like the inside was to blame. Great customer service. Not all Timmy's are as cordial.

I've been here a few times and I've always been served by teenagers. I know they need jobs too, but they're either always yacking when they get on the intercom or at the window. Not even paying attention. They've messed up my food order everytime I get there. Forgetful and talkative.

The morning staff are excellent, perfect coffee unfortunately every time i get coffee in the evening, it s usually burnt

Come here every morning before work to grab my morning coffee. Staff a friendly and work very hard and extremely fast. Bravo to the team at this location.

This was the second time I was there for a farmer’s wrap “no bacon” sandwich and there was bacon in it! I told them specifically that “last time there was bacon in it, be careful that doesn’t happen again” and happened agaaaaaaain!
And it is not just that! It is obvious that they have tried to remove the bacon from an already-grilled sandwich and replaced it with chicken! Look at the picture: looks like it has been chewed up!

Never been a great Tim’s, started going there after the one one by Calgary Trail a few blocks down closed. Service was bad and stayed bad. Coffee grounds in cups, over sweetened coffee, watery coffee where they forget the filter change. Then after months of being a regular they ask me to PROVE I have a mug when I order a refill (which I did) as if I’d be out to rip them off the 10 cents. I probably spend about $1000ish/year at Tim’s. Time to give that money to a better run franchise.

Ordered 2 coffees. A large double double and a medium black. They must of ran out of coffee after the double double cause they filled the black 1" full. I never noticed it was basically empty until I got back home, extremely disappointed in the service.

Client services sucks big time. They are all behind and clients are waiting in line. Took 10 min to get a pumpkin spice latte and to finally get a regular latte. I went back inside to tell them that I ordered a pumpkin spice and guess what? They made me another one and it’s still not a pumpkin spice.

Been here a few times. Never any issues. Turkey bacon club sandwich was as to be expected. Friendly staff.

Very great experience very fresh coffee I like always this Tim Hortons coffee and my favourite egg cheese farmer biscuit also staff very nice

Worst experiences at Tim Horton around whole Edmonton! The server was so impatient and very rude. Would never ever visit this location again! Very disappointed!

Good service at this site. This is a surprise because so many of the drive-thru's personnel do not pay attention to the orders and I am always getting the wrong things. Please keep up the good work here!

I like the donuts and the smoothies but I do not like coffee because I am a kid my mom and dad do like Tim's coffee

I'd go for the drive for another location. They don't have a lot of menu options and it's very hit and miss for what they have. Their hot coffee tasted good. But unless I'm there for gas already I don't come here.

Been back here a few times and my orders have all always be spot on and the service has been really quick. Haven't had to wait more that 5 minutes.

This place screws up my order all the time. Or it ends up flattened in the bag. Take the extra few minutes to go to the Allard location and steer clear of this one.

Second week in a row never got right tea they always give wrong tea and also mess up with customer dont even know how to talk with them. Aint coming here anymore worst Tim's I ever went too.

They have managed to either miss an item or mess up my order on my last 3 visits. Prior to that, they were out of everything I attempted to order on my previous 2 attempts. Wont waste my time or money at this location any longer.

I always ask for no tomatoes because I'm allergic and it always has tomatoes on it, what is the point if I'm just going to order a sandwich that I can't eat and waste my money

Rude staff that can’t even get a black coffee right. Start sitting at the window to worsen their times.

Poor customer service, mostly when you seem to be unfamiliar to them. Not only at this place but at most of their businesses

Absolutely awful. I ordered a decaf iced coffee. They said they did not have that. I said please pour decaf coffee over ice and add cream and sugar. They said they did not know how to do that. They asked me how much ice to put in the glass. At this point I felt patronized. I said I understand if it's not the same procedure as regular iced coffee but I assured them I have had it before and to please just put some decaf coffee over ice. They tried to hand me a cup of hot decaf coffee and a cup with ice, cream and sugar on the side. I explained I am in a car and if they could please add the ingredients together that would be amazing. I also had asked for a nutella donut and the person was extremely rude when they said they did not have any. I asked for a chocolate dip instead. When I got home my friend realized they gave us a plain donut instead. It was awful. Who eats a PLAIN DONUT. Not going to lie I was disappointed. If that ever happens again I will take the time to walk into the establishment and talk to the manager immediately. I reached out to the complaint department of Tim hortons and all I got was a half hearted apology. I hate this restaurant and I hope none of my friends ever drag me there again.

Stop putting the pylon in the drive through lane with the garbage bins easily accessible.
I see zero logic in closing that lane.and I'm sure im not the only one to think the same thing.

Their staff is rude ALLLLL the time! No customer service at all!
They hand you your stuff, literally throw it at you! Don’t even give you a second to put it down.
Their manager is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person ever.
Asked for the donut in a box but they never give it in a box and this is what happens.

This place is a mess. Yesterday, they’ll forget your straw, today, it’s gonna be your dip.

They’ll take your order & later tell you to wait for 13 minutes for your wedges.what is the definition of drive-through again?

It was my first experience visiting there, and they got my order wrong. I corrected the order but they did not have the one I wanted. It was pretty disappointing, but the taste was pretty okay.

Coffee is always mediocre. They're paid $15 an hour to make a simple coffee and never stir it or add too much cream or sugar.

These guys never carry anything in stock and then they always get orders wrong. I ask for crispy Chicken pate for my son and they give me chicken strips and I try to talk with manager. He come and said me this is chicken Pate lol.

Was ok the first few times but the most recent drive through left me such a horrible experience that I'll never go back. The girl staff accused me of trying to get a large tea when I ordered small. Truth is I ordered large, and she, for some reason, thought it's a small. When I drove to the window, she asked me what I want in my tea, because it was noisy and she could not hear me clearly when I ordered. Then when she gave me the small tea, I said I ordered a large. She was so rude that she insisted I ordered small, treating me like a theaf with her language, and shut the window in my face 3 times when she finished accusing me every time. All of this is just for a cup of tea. I have never in my life been treated like this. I worked in customer service for 2 years. And this behaviour by your staff is absolutely unacceptable. I would have parked my car and walked in, but I have a newborn in the car for a pediatrician appointment! I will never go back, and will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.

We went through the drive thru, I was amazed that the speaker was so clear to talk through. Normally you can barely understand what the heck the person on the other end is saying. The person serving us also double checked our order to make sure that it was correct. Very impressed with the whole transaction. I would recommend this store to anyone that not only likes the items at Tim Hortons but the clear and concise manner in which we were served. Way to go, keep up the good work gals and guys!

The Secret is to always stick to tue drive thru. No matter how many cars you see. It's fast and the crew sticks to getting your order right versus overly talking your ear off. One dares not venture inside. Sure you may see no line but typically only 1 staff member is dedicated to the front versus 3+ in the drive thru.

I love Tim Hortons but when i make an order drive though always gives me cream instead of milk and then I can't even drink my coffee.
