Tim Hortons

So this happened this morning, I ordered my breakfast and coffee sat down and knitted. I asked if I could use the washroom, and it was out of order. The odd thing was my friend just used it 5 minutes beforehand. It was in good working order clean and functional.

As a restaurant, a place of business isn't mandatory to provide washroom for your customers?
There was only one clear visible distinction between us.

This place absolutely STINKS, won't be coming back here regardless of how good the coffee might be it absolutely reeks something foul inside. Definitely going to call the health food inspector.

Thus branch is busy all the time good to have Coffee and atmosphere is good and Wide range of Sittings Lovely Spending time there

Today, on a cold a dreary evening there was no chilly made so I ordered the Creme of Broccoli Soup. The soup was absolutely horrible! There was no creme taste at all. It tasted like flour or whatever else they may use as thickener.

The Buffalo Chicken Wrap was ok.

The double double coffee tasted burnt.

The front door was smashed because someone threw a rock through it because they were upset that thr bathroom is shut down because it is inoperable.

Another fight broke out because someone tried to steal one of the customers bikes so they had a run in out front.

The one bright spot is the 2 ladies who work here. They are polite and obviously very patient.

This has got to be the worst Tim's in Calgary! Thumbs up if you agree.

I ordered one med hot chocolate, the powder and water ration is off, so the test is watery.
And while I am drinking, there are a piece of plastic sheet went inside my mouth. Picture provided. I feel staff is careless in detail, and this is very bad practice when you don’t use scissors to cut any of food containers.

Maybe we could get more than one till open saturday afternoon when the line is heading out the front door. I just leave when I see this since the service is usually dreadfully slow. Mr. Manager, Do you not want to sell more Tim's product? Then have someone on shift to sell it.

Ask for donut don't have. Sandwich don't have. Bread don't have.

If you don't have nothing shut down and go home.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in Calgary. Avoid this place. The cashier called the owner just to kick me out of the store. I was trying to buy a coffee and leave but they did not allow me because I was carrying a super behave toy poodle. The staffs and owner are very rude. They repeatedly informed ua to get out of the Tim Hortons while raising their voice. I felt humiliated. My poodle is an emotional support dog which is my strength since the start of pandemic.

I was lucky that a sweet lady next to me offered me that she will just take my order while me and my sweet baby girl are outside the store.

I'm still thankful that other Tim Horton's stores allow us to enter their premises and get our favorite double double iced coffee. ️

This Tims is nearby school and residential area. Therefore it is always busy. But the staff is hard working and relatively fast on ordering and preparing coffee and meal. Not the best Tims I visited, but the place is clean and with parking slots. Washroom is in the store and free to use. Clean kitchen, at least on customer visible area. Recommend everyone nearby to visit.

Nice staff, rude manager, inconsistent quality. Just moved to the area and this tims is just a couple blocks from my apartment so I can frequent it or go a bit out of my way for a different location. I’ve found that the food/drink is a hit or miss, never consistently decent. On a recent visit, the manager (I assume from his dress shirt) made my iced coffee and I always get oat milk and he put a comedically small amount in. I asked if he could put a bit more and he quickly dismissed me just saying “thats oat milk” not sure if he just didn’t hear me but he wasn’t pleasant about it regardless and I was in a rush so I left. There’s many other tims downtown so if you have the time to go to a different one I suggest doing so. 3stars cause the rest of the staff are nice.

Doesn’t even let people use the washroom. I saw one guy coming out of the washroom and asked if they can open it from me, they told me it’s out of order. The ladies work here are racist.

I was waiting at this Tim Hortons after purchasing food and my plans were delayed so I decided to wait out my time and catch up on work using my phone. Generally I am wearing my more expensive clothing so my stay wouldn’t have been an issue, except I was wearing sweats, a T-shirt and carrying my backpack. This look was enough to have the manager come over to me and explain that there is a 20-minute maximum seating time and this is not a “drop-in centre or the Chumir”.

Not only is this attitude of entitlement and privilege completely disgusting, it is shameful and entirely bias based on my sartorial choice that day.

I will most definitely be speaking to head office as well as requesting that maybe this man spend some time volunteering at the establishments he seems to think are of lower standard than his.

I hope that you better educate yourself on customer service as well as ethics in the workplace.

One of the bad experience with this tim in whole canada, very annoying staff, super rude didn't know how to talk with customers, even whenever you have need washroom, they always lock the door and never give you access of the washroom.i will never go on this tim ever, i highly degrade, please avoid if you guys can avoid.

Just one person working, and saying no to everything, bagels, wraps and it’s 9: pm only. Closing is at 11 I believe. Just donuts are available and coffee available.
Need more people working. I don’t blame her. Loosing business big time.

I watched Brenda pick her nose then take an order and then fill that order. ALL WHILE WEARING THE SAME GLOVES!

Special shout out to Joan at this location! They were very pleasant. My friend likes his steeped tea with decent amount of milk and they even double-checked that the temperature would still be okay. Rockstar customer service, Joan!

We had our building apartment on fire and was super cold outside -20 on December 24th. Thanks to this location for opening their door for us to warm up while firefighters are doing their job, from the staff and the manager who help us! MERRY CHRISTMAS! True spirit of Christmas is helping others and you guys really showed it to everyone. If I can give 1million star I would! Thank you so much

Gotta love Tim’s. Excellent location. It’s fast paced for quick food runs. Staff are nice and welcoming. Coffee is hot and service is wonderful. Makes my day!

Let's stop selling our 2nd best selling bagel for no reason and not explain to our staff or customers why. Bring back Jalapeno bagels and I'll bring back by daily patronage. Stupid company

I go to there because is on my way to work, but the last 5 times that I’ve been there, the coffee was very bad, I don’t know if they put water or something, but definitely has no taste. I decided to change to tea (London Fog) and it was exactly the same. No taste! Very disappointed and the opening manager is very rude.

The staff were friendly. Tea was good.

Weird thing though they were sold out of all donuts 3 hours before closing and they weren't going to restock for the evening. There where a few people in line behind me and I listened to them all be told the same thing, and we all left donut-less.

Not a huge deal - I get they need to reduce waste. When I used to work at Tim's like 10 years ago, we had to have the "popular" donuts in stock until close. Even if it was just like 4 of each flavour on the shelf. Just so there was an option.
Back when I worked there the ovens would let you bake 4 at a time. Helps reduce waste while having something on your shelf.

Please dont come at this location! All staff need to have a training again, im sooo disappointed.

I bought breakfast almost every morning from this location. Today I need to use washroom. But they not allow me said washroom closed. I never come this tim

My go to Tim Hortons in the city. Clean and has variety of goods that don't run out as fast as other stores. The parking lot is big. The usual people who work there is very nice.

One of the best tim hortons in the city, ver clean and well kept, the ladies who work here are very nice and hard workers.

Whenever I visit Tim Hortons, everybody is laughing at me because I always order dark roast coffee with SALT. When I said SALT! The staff responding with a surprise look What! Salt! How come!
I prefer coffee with SALT for real test! It is sour but that's how you will find the real test of coffee. I am not only coffee drinker, but I know the real tests of coffee.

Worst customer service staff ever went in to get a mistake they made wrong correct I cut laughed at and called rude names do not shop here staff is horrible people

I've ordered the same thing eveytime i stop by this location and it appears consistency isn't part of their motto. The person who made my order was rude and even confirmed that my order was complete even when it was not.
Only go here for the coffee now, and if the convenience store next door is closed.

Went to this location today to get my morning coffee and seen patron not wearing masks. Another customer asked thim to please put one on, and the unmasked man, started yelling and cursing.when the gentleman got to the counter to get his coffee the staff had the audacity to tell HIM not to return. Why is this location serving people without masks, when its the law to be wearing in public places! I will be reporting this location to the health board.

Ordered 10 items off of that specific location's online menu. Received 3 correct items, was told that they didn't carry 6 of the items, and did not receive one item at all. Manager on duty was extremely rude both while I was in store and when I called to say that an item was missing from my order.

Tims at 12 av and 11 st sw calgary one of lady employee name Linda (she told me as I asked) was so rude and racist. She might have given me wrong name. She shouldn't be doing any customer service job.

Frequented this Tim’s for 2 years since I worked in the area and there were no others within walking distance (I would have gladly gone elsewhere had it been an option). Asking for a tray is like the worst thing you can do here. God forbid they forget an item in your order - good luck getting someone to acknowledge you and good luck when they do. Most people here seem unhappy and it shows. I’ve probably had over 2 dozen wrong orders in my 2 years coming here.

There are 2 people that work here that are fantastic though, hence my few stars. I wish I knew their names to say thank you. Everyone else seems like they could use a serious morale boost.

Went in this shop yesterday around 1030pm. Guy last night was so rude, clearly doesn't have any costumer service skills at all. Sooo disappointed.

Bad service. Actually one of the old Filipino (?) lady is very rude and has a very bad attitude all time. This store owner totally needs to redo the employee training for service.

This has to be the worst Tim Hortons in Calgary. Every time I’m in there all employees are working on one skip order will a line of 8-10 people stand there wondering if they will ever been acknowledged. I’ve sat there upward of 15 minutes before anyone even says hello. Usually when I go to get coffee I want it to be as quick in and out as possible this Tim Hortons turns it into a 30 minute affair. The staff can’t handle the skip and they should go back to when they did not offer skip at this location

This is the closest Timmy’s to me but I’ll drive to 17th Ave because there’s never any parking here.

Probably the slowest and filthiest Tim Hortons in Calgary. If you have lot of time on your hands, do go there otherwise walk to the other Timmy's on 8th St. They take an average of 10 min per customer and don't give a damn if the line extends outside the store.

Service is consistent. But sometimes some of the saff memebers seem kind if rude. But everyone has tough days.

Terrible staff. Rude and have no customer service skills. They will mess you your order, and then blame you and tell you to it isn't their problem. They need to reconsider their staff.

Many people in line to get food no mask. Skip The Dishes guy fighting with staff because he wasn't wearing a mask and coughing on the skip delivery bags. Disgusting waste of life. 1: 35PM Oct 25th 2020.

Absolutely horrible service! I can't wear a mask and they said "no mask no service (which is a violation of the alberta health by-law, which allows excemptions) very rude about it. Only reason I gave one star is because if I did less wouldn't let me post

I am given two starts for a series of reasons. First, the staff are two different types of people depending if their boss is working or not. In other words if he is not there they could care less about service and being friendly and courteous. Your lucky if your order is right and try getting a sleeve for your drink, I had eyes rolled for asking, how dare I (sarcasm).

The other reason for lower stars is not the restaurants fault. For some reason a certain type of crowd likes to conglomerate and make it their hang out spot. I am not directly attacking them but it is well known regulars of any food & drink business can scare away new business for a variety of issues.

Wouldn't toast croissants even at request, breakfast is not served all day unlike most Tim Hortons, and for the number of staff in there it took quite a while for two drinks and a donut. Staff are nice, and the store is clean and large enough to accommodate, but it's nothing special.

The staff are efficient and pleasant. Fresh product is important and they have the fresh! Great Job!

Clean, quick, fresh product, open early (4 am I think) and closes at 11 pm. Dining room is open. I stop by almost every morning to see the friendly staff and get my coffee.

Marilynn is the coolest. She is the bomb. Everytime I see her she makes me laugh. Fast and friendly service!

I think manage and owner have to train their staffs again. I gave $2 cash and tried to scan Tim reward, then the cashier just completed the transaction without asking Tim Reward. She said 'once we get the money, then we can't scan Tim reward any more'. This doesn't make sense because i paid cash.

Appalling service. Owner cannot manage his totally unorganized staff.

A nice Tim's with good fresh food. No drive thru at this location. They are open for eating in, (as of end of June) but carefully observing social distancing. Service is maybe not as fast as some.

Usually no problems here. Must be new staff. Debit machine problems, breakfast sandwich missing lettuce & after paying with cash, they said to late to scan for Tim Rewards.

Didn't have a place to wash my hands before eating so I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. Washing my hands. Is that too much to ask?

Used to come here nearly every day because I lived nearby. It's your average Tim's. Most of the time only one register is open so during morning/lunch hours there's always a line. Lot's of taxi drivers chill here before, after and during work. Staff is actually nice, I got to know them over time they are genuinely good people. Most of the problems this place has are happening because of the management and not the staff, they are often understaffed for the amount of people they have to serve since its a busy location.

Don’t get a coffee when you already have a full bladder. Felt like getting a coffee with a treat while being on the road, but wanted to use the washroom first. Unfortunately they are closed for customers. Too bad.left the place and got my treat elsewhere that dóes still offer these facilities:)

The manager here is simply racist. I can definitely say that he is textbook definition of racist and supermacist guy. Someone needs to teach him HR skills.

I'm always waiting so long to make and receive my order. Usually i don't mind but they didn't give me what I ordered nor did they give/offer me a receipt when I paid so i ended up leaving with less than what i paid for.

Worse service today. I come to this Tim very often and today this black lady could not complete small order during 10 mins and I got my 2 sausage English muffins without sausages. Thanks to you black lady that you did put at least eggs and cheese. I really appreciate that.

Pathetic customer service, such rude employees! Better to avoid it based on just their attitude, acting like they own the entire franchise of Tim Hortons.

Always fresh and consistent. The parking lot is occasionally a nightmare but have always found a spot.

Food and drinks are ok. Staff often make me feel awkward. It's either average service or bad service. They often get my order wrong even though I order the same drink everytime I go there (they make me a different drink, they forget the syrup, or this last time they didn't even give me a full medium drink). On my last visit I paid for a medium and it wasn't even filled to the top. When server put my drink on the table she didn't look at me or say what it was.didn't realize I overpaid due to being given less until I got home

Easily one of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve been to. On almost every visit, I have had to wait an unusual amount of time In line. The staff show no urgency or care that there are customers waiting. One till will be open and two other staff will be just standing there talking. This location has always been very bad for quality assurance of the food. Soggy donuts, wrong orders and most commonly I will receive my coffee 1/2 full to 2/3 full. Several times I’ve called them out on it and gotten attitude back.

The location itself is nice but is flooded with homeless outside that don’t bother me but can seem to bother others.

It’s very sad to see the constant decline of Tim’s but this place is the perfect example of a franchise location that should shutdown.
