This store won't give coffee sleeve whenever I order coffee through your drive thru. Guys, common sense, your coffee is hot. I won't be able to ask for it everytime coz they always closed the window right away. Everytime! I always order here coz it's close to where I work. Very disappointing

This Tim Horton's was my go to Tim Horton's up until today. They always give me a good coffee and or food, they never are the nicest at the window. They usually are very here's your food and leave. Yesterday I went to get my ice coffee and I had a coupon to get a $1 ice coffee. I tried to redeem it and the rude lady at the window would not let me use it unless I did the survey. Now I have no problem doing a survey to get the offer, but it was the way this lady came across really rubbed me the wrong way. So today I went about my day to go and get my ice coffee and I had the same offer for a $1 coffee that I have not used because I did not do the survey yesterday. Mind you I just had just completed the survey this morning before going to get my ice coffee. As I got the the window I was explaining to one lady that I had a coupon mean while another worker who was not working the window at all comes over and takes over the conversation. To my surprise it is the same rude lady as it was yesterday who butted right in to the conversation. Now this lady (the same lady from yesterday) proceeds to yell at me saying I came yesterday and already redeemed my coupon. Yes, I came and got my coffee yesterday but this lady would not let me use the promotion until I completed the survey, and I just completed the survey so I could not possibly have used it yesterday. This Tim Horton's use to be my go to, and it no longer will be due to the rude attitude and actions of the staff. Tim Horton's staff should be better well trained on how to speak to customers, and how to make the right connections with customers. Take a page out of Starbucks books on how to deal with situations when talking to customers.

Couldn't get the casheirs attention inside the store, went through the drive through just to have her be incredibly rude over a coffee.

Service was terrible they were rude and got our order wrong. The food isn't that great either I'm pretty sure my sandwich is a couple days old (the bread is definitely more than a few weeks old) the bread is stale and gross. Don't go here.

The lady asked me for my rewards card. I said I don't have one. What did she do next? She scanned her timmies reward card off her phone. Sure, go ahead! But maybe ask first the customer if that is ok to scann your card for a purchase that you did not pay for!

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I got a burnt bagel with no cream cheese on the actual bagel, just a small glob in the middle hole.

Honestly the person on drive-through should not be grabbing my debit card from me and everybody elses During a pandemic If they serve 50 cars a hour times 8 hours That's 400 people's cards she has touched Then she touches my drink that I have to put my mouth.

Very slow, often get orders wrong through the drive-thru, almost always burn the buns and bagels. They don't clean the tables, nor the bathrooms often enough

Good for a muffin and coffee but otherwise poor quality (I think) and way too expensive. No kids menu.

Tim hortons is now not offering combos and deals via skipthedishes app. This means they are upcharging consumers prices per item ordered for USING AN APP that allows them to in turn generate more revenue. So, they use a service to generate customers. And now upcharge us as customers to give them more business. The new menu changes should not make customers spend more money for giving you there business. Unfortunately, going to order from McDonald's instead, since they still offer combos and don't upcharge customers they receive from a delivery service.

Unedible stale sandwich with wilted brown tinged lettuce. On taking the sandwich back was told no manager on site to deal with this. The sandwich ended up in the garbage. Bad food. Bad service.

Morning staff very friendly. BUT on more than one occasion I have had to ask staff about handling money then making coffee and food with same gloves ON. I get your hands are safe but that is extremely unhygienic. I have been told a few times dont tell me what to do I am certified in hygiene lol.keep an eye out about how they dont change gloves when low on staff and taking orders and making food with one staff member.disgusting, management hopefully reads these. CHANGE YOU GLOVES AFTER HANDLING MONEY.

Always garbage food and coffee that people are hooked on, a doctor told my father absolutely stay away from Tim Hortons coffee, it's toxic.

Have been experiencing bad customer service, their always in the back talking and not paying attention. Will be going to the other Tim Hortons down the road.

I love standing and watching people talk for 5 minutes while I have not been served. I will walk the extra 5 minutes to go to a REAL Tim Hortons

The staff are exceptionally friendly and remember my order even though I'm only in occasionally.
