Need to concentrate on dining customers aswell.after all we pay same money as the drive through one.

Ordered 2 grilled chicken wraps. No mayo no ranch. Substituted for honey mustard, turns out honey mustard is mixed with either mayo or ranch. The grilled chicken was chicken shreds for their rice bowls. Very disappointing and they got my name wrong I'm not Jean. Staff needs to pay attention, i wanted a refund. But they refused siding with the prepper.

Ordered the craveable beef sandwich and a large coffee for only $5.25 (using app coupon).

Fast service and friendly staff

Don’t like serve. Don’t have enough notice about price for drinks, cashew don’t offer to get receipt

Very slow service. Ordered just ice coffee, and waited for 15 minutes. Staff was very rude. I think they should be trained on what customer service means. Disgusting i will never go there

This is the fastest paced Tim hortons in the city, even when they have repair techs or any hiccups in their regular services.

It's open for pickup and for sitting down. Service is very friendly. The line is usually long as in almost every Tim Hortons but it moves quick. It's a small shop, so selection is a bit smaller than in the other places but what they sale is always available.

Very dirty place, garbage cans overloaded with garbage all over the place. Shame on you owner!

I have been to so so many tim Horton in Canada but have never had such a bad experience like this before the taste, the portion and the most important thing is that I did not get what I ordered.
The worker that took my order want not as friendly as order location.
Looking forward for an improvement on these.

I ordered the wrap and drink. They charged me $9.22 and I didn’t receive my order then they said to give a bagel instead because the wrap is not available yet. After that, I expect them to give me a bagel instead BUT they CHARGED me again for it. They were so rude to me by saying “just take it” worst customer service ever, didn’t even hear any apologize

The worst experience ever had to wait 10 minutes for a plain badgel with plain cheese and there was no rush i came around 11: 38am on Thursday and slow
But after the wait I got a squeshed sandwich so bad

4/10 times they mess up my order, staff are friendly and service is fast but it's super inconvenient always having to go back and get my order fixed

Waited in line with others ahead of us for Tim's to open at 9am, worker yelled we will open at 10am, three different signs said 9am open, asked her why not 9, said she didn't know they where open at 9am, none of the workers did even though they said they have been working there for years. Unbelievable!
Went to Starbucks!

The usual TH food and beverages, nothing special or exemplary. It's a very busy location, so expect to stand in line for a few minutes before ordering. I gave it 4 stars because of the open/scenic location overlooking the West Edmonton Mall ice skating rink.

Worst Tim's ever, ordered timbits in my order and they forgot to give them to me, had to return to get them. When brought the timbits they literally had them crushed into the box and not even an apology for wasting my time, money and waste of timbits. Also the worst customer service possible, nobody speaks English and they treat you like you are dumb.

Just watched a lady drop all the cups on the ground with rims rolling on it. And then she just picked them up and put them back into the dispenser.

I asked for a bagel with cream cheese. They did not listen I had no cream cheese on it. I went back and said I asked for cream cheese the lady grabbed the bagel and then threw it at me. If I could give no stars I one hundred percent would.

This is the place we usually go to have some coffee and hot choco. Their hot choco is one of the best and their muffins as well. Luckily, they have a branch near my place whoo

The location is great. It's on the first floor of WEM looking down on the skating rink below. Its always busy. The service is good and quick.

Haven't been to this location for a very long time, but wow, let me tell you, those philipino ladies have a bad temper, they look at you with very angry eyes is scary, the only nice one was the one making the cooffees, never going back plus they are very desorganized, if you want to be yell at go there!

An associate named Jen who has really really bad attitude and ordered the wrong product. Worst customer service ever.

I like tims because they have food that tastes like happiness at lunchtime, breakfast, and supper
