Great location much better then BANNISTER TIM HORTONS cause of LEVI and yea great friendly staff here also STEPHANIE the nice friendly manager just like the other nice locations MOUNT ROYAL TIM’S, BOW VALLEY TIM’S CHINOOK TIM’S, AND MARKET MALL TIM’S

Parking to be desired. Last time I was there the sewer was blocked and flooded most stalls on Tim Horton side.

Charge u for stuff but don't get it with the order was not busy at all read your orders

Usually I have had problem to make people understand how I want my order. I have to repeat my order 2-3 times. A guy I don’t know his name but he was awesome in his customer service. He was paying attention what I want in my order. Thanks for making my coffee in a quick way and thanks for saving my energy

I just had one of the worst Chai tea lattes tasted more like milk than chai tea. Went through the drive through didn’t take a sip till about 20 minutes after. Though ok let it steep more that didn’t help. Down the sink it went. Next time I will try it before driving away.

This is hilarious.order a mocha latte with almond milk and breakfast on skip. Instead I get an ICED mocha latte and a note saying "no espresso, sorry" so instead of the hot drink, I get an iced chocolate almond milk. No call, no forethought on maybe how a cafe mocha might be the next best option.shrugsies

This Tim's has the most incompetent staff I've ever seen in my life. They need new management bc It has probably the highest turn over rate outta any tims.

I ordered a simple chicken haberno wrap and got a sausage farmers wrap with haberno. Luckily I'm not allergic to anything in that wrap. I was not happy to bite into something completely different from what i ordered.

They need confections in the stands. Spent 45 minutes of a 2 hr monster truck show, trying to get my grandson popcorn and a drink. Not cool.

Even when they're short staffed and busy, my orders have always been perfect. The staff are friendly and prompt both at the drive thru and in restaurant. It's always clean and tidy when I've gone inside.

Just got one of those “freshly brewed iced teas” and it wasn’t that refreshing at all, just tasted like water and a turkey melt with extra turkey and they charged me for extra turkey but didn’t put any on there and I was waiting for 10 minutes for this all and the service here is so bad, all the workers seem depressed

Drive thru line can look long, but it seems to move faster than other locations. The staff here work really hard and it shows - this is one of the few locations left where you can order “assorted Timbits” and actually get a variety in the box

I was in the store just yesterday and sat down to have my drink and read a book I had. There was a employe who was laughing extremely loud, it was disterbing. I left shortly but that loud laughing continued and they dont seem worried about customers at all.

Hello, I was one the worker working at this location really enjoy with my team and my previous manger Judith and Abner they’re amazing, unfortunately we had our new manger who’s the owner’s daughter Pam, she fired me without any warning the reason was she was forcing or pressuring me to come to work during my exam days for which I already asked for a leave prior 2weeks, without giving me any warning letter she choose to fired me but she didn’t do the same thing with other co-workers who asked for a day off for personal reasons, I will consider this a racism act to me, and I really don’t like her management at all, watch out if you wanna work there coz she’s racist.

Ordered steeped tea from the drive thru, it was cold. Came in to get it replaced for a coffee and a guy in a black uniform poured out my tea before even checking it’s temperature - told me there was no way it could be cold and proceeded to tell me I was wrong. Luckily a female employee gave me the coffee I asked for and I was able to walk away. Pretty sure this guy was in management and I am absolutely shocked at the audacity and unprofessional that was displayed.

Awful. Rude. I’ve been going almost daily for years and I’m just so tired of the poor customer service. I’d prefer to drive to another location even though I live down the street.

Asked for a specialty donut and got a regular one.which was missing the filling. Always get sugar in my coffee when not asked for.

I recieved an order through Uber eats and recieved half of it. I called the restaurant and they told me I was out of luck and wouldn't get the rest of my order. I'll never order here again.

It seems like one of the only THs left giving out honey on the side! Great Service as well. People were sitting inside and the drive thru was packed, but still the line wasnt long. Good job guys

Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Screwed up my order and super slow even though they weren't busy. I will not be back.

I've always liked Timmy's but their pulled pork and Buffalo chicken sandwiches really raise the bar, even for them. Excellent!

I have been to this location several times and this is not a good location to stop at if you’re in a rush, they need to work on their efficiencies.
Overall the food was good so I’ll give this a 2 star rating for my time waisted.
The staff were friendly and spoke several languages, mainly Tagalog, Spanish and of course English.

I would return at a later date to follow up on this review.

Updating my review to my visit May 2,2021 at 2 pm to pick up coffee and timbits. Coffee was good, timbits had disgusting hair in the donuts. Will not visit this place again, very disorganized.

The owner is amazing, and there are a couple ladies there that are just the nicest.sometimes can be slow though I notice when he is not in.

They were closed at 2 pm for lack of staff.but didn't close off drive thru with pylons so stuck in a dead line up because only sign they had was on order menu and people got stuck in line until the people in front of finally saw the sign.

No cleaning of tables while I was there. I ate in and was there about 25 minutes. No napkins provided with my order, none placed out to the public. Had to ask twice to get them.

Reasonable place to grab a "coffee". I have to say that with quotations because, well, Tim's coffee. Parking is brutal here unless you're here later in the evening or early in the morning. Could use a few more power outlets, but then they probably don't want me camping out here for a couple of hours doing some writing on the computer.

My family and I love walking to this Tim Hortons in the summer time.
Anytime we've gone, the staff have always been kind and courteous to my family and have always done something special for my children.
We've never had to wait long to make or receive our order. The store has always been clean and there's often a seat available.

Just finished going through the drive through. Ordered an herb and garlic bagel. Yeah, I know, I forgot. Anyway, obviously, there isn't one, so the dude suggests my breakfast be served with Jalapeno/ cheese bagel instead. Best. Advice. Ever. Thank you, drive thru dude. Thank you.

I love that they've implemented the self serve kiosks.saved myself from having to wait in line during the morning rush.

Pretty fast service and was really impressed with their Beyond meat Sausage patty. It was well spiced and tastes good with or without cheese, a great option for vegetarians (or vegans without cheese) and a good price.

I usually receive poor service, they can’t make a coffee, none of them know how to say “your welcome” or even “thank you”. If I’m absolutely thirsty and in the area I get an iced cap, knowing it’s the only thing they can properly make. This morning I had a run in with an employee named Jack, he was absolutely amazing, full of smiles, and very polite! If they could get more staff like this people like me would come more often

This Tim's is busy. It is busy before rush hour on Monday, it's still busy at 2pm on a Wednesday or 10pm on a Sunday. Service is good, staff is good but this location is a cattle run, expect to be crowded both inside and in their drive through.

Second time we have been there with a bad experience. The first time my husband ordered a triple triple, it was gross so he told them "this isnt a triple triple can you please remake it" one young kid grabbed it, SNIFFED HIS COFFEE and said "uh how is this not a triple triple? " (As if sniffing it will tell him, ew") so w.e he remade it and it was ok, not much better.
Today we went there; I ordered french vanilla 1/4 coffee. Husband ordered 3c 31/2s.
They wrote the wrong order on the lids so I sipped his triple triple and told them it was not what I ordered and it wasnt even warm.the same young kid said "how is it not warm? "
The same kid argues everything. I'm not impressed that he even sniffed my husbands coffee.that's disgusting. Will never go there again. I thought it was just a 1 time issue but it seems every time we go there, theres always something.

I would like to say that usually we have amazing experiences at this one but not today. So we pulled up to the window to get our donuts and drinks and as soon as my boyfriend tapped the debit to pay she snatched the debit machine in a very rude way and then dumped my iced Capp all over the drive thru window so then when she came back with my iced Capp she forgot about the donut that my boyfriend had just bought me so he asked her and she said “oh we are all out“ and then asked what donut I wanted? Why ask me if I wanted that kind when you don’t have any‍️ Also my boyfriends French vanilla was super watery. Not happy.

Edit: I stand by what I wrote before but have upped my rating from 1 star to a 4 bc there is this blonde guy that works there that I think is amazing and hilarious. And after finding out that he sniffed ppl coffee just made him that much better. He is always super nice to talk to and never rushes me out. He is the only reason my rating here went up. He makes up for the rude Filipinos that work there

Went through the driver thru. I didn't realize that they still had roll up cups (since when I went thru earlier this afternoon i was not given one) I'm an employee and am not able to play. When I told ana Lee (i think that was her name) this she roll her eyes at me gave me a huge sigh shook her head slammed the brown on the counter poured my hot chocolate into the cup and trusted it out the window to me. Great service but they were the only Tim hortons that stopped offering the Chai, and the rest still had it for one more month.

Fellow operating drive-thru was very helpful by handing out a 7th cup free card and getting my order correctly and efficiently. 5 stars!

Employees are always friendly and give good service.
However The donuts never have enough glase or topping on them, and the bagels are never toasted. I get they want to speed up service, but common, when I ask for a toasted bagel I would like it to be golden and crispy

Super busy store, very efficient and friendly staff as well as yummy baked goods. My family very much enjoys going together to sit in the comfy booths, have coffee and muffins together and have a really nice conversation.

Whoever's doing the drive through when I go there, a guy with a perfect intercom voice and never ever messes up an order. Speedy and awesome every time. This dude should work in radio.
