I've been coming to this Tim hortons for the last few weeks. Always notice very prompt service great attitudes and super efficient.

I have not one thing to complain about

I reside in beaumont and The location beside the esso on highway six twenty five is probably the worst ones i've ever been to.

This review is mainly for the Tim's across, by the ESSO station. I usually get bagels with extra butter and am always disappointed, 5 out of 5 times. I ordered one bagel and a drink, and after some waiting, I walk over to see why it's taking so long and there were like 4 people just standing there, one lady said to her co-worker "Extra Batter, Extra Batter" and started laughing hysterically, apparently found my request funny. The bagel was dry like a biscuit, not even toasted! (just warm enough to unfreeze it, I guess). I wanted to feed it to the birds but I was too hungry, not coming back here again unless there are people who actually know how to properly TOAST a bagel with EXTRA BUTTER, too bad I don't have a picture.

The worst Tim Hortons. Had to drive away without the drink that I already paid for because I can't wait OVER FIVE MINUTES for a freaking latte while they serve all of the people who were behind me.

Just opened my muffin and they gave me the wrong one of those too.

0 Stars. Incompetent staff, orders constantly wrong. Some staff feel the customer should do their job for them. By far the worst Tims in Edmonton

Been coming to this Tim Hortons daily for the last 5 years as a work ritual with coworkers. This Tim Hortons used to be THE BEST IN THE CITY! Since Barbara left, things have been a disaster! The service is slow, you can wait at the front of the line for up to 10 minutes before anyone takes your order, and when they do half the time it’s messed up in one way or another. Because the service is so slow, I have to ask now before I pay “I just want a bagel, how long will I wait? ”. But even then you’ll be told “just a minute” and still find yourself waiting after 10. Also DO NOT order a wrap from here, because they wrap it like a corn dog so everything falls out the bottom. I am so frustrated I will NOT go here anymore although the location is the most convenient from my work.

Very bad service always says 1 sec than won’t show up for a solid 5-10 mins also they 8/10 times will mess up you’re order like putting bacon on a person wrap who can’t eat pork or any kind

I go to this Tim Horton's during my work week. My wife likes to get the London Fog, but she's noticed that about half the time they forget the vanilla syrup.

Otherwise, it's a fast location with friendly staff.

The staff are awesome. Never had any issues here. They are quick and efficient.the only one I go to before work

I went inside and just started looking the menu I was just standing on the counter and the lady her name was BARB start yelling at me for no reason and I can feel the bad vibes

Terrible consistency you have to say your order multiple times and they still get it wrong or “out of stock”, can’t even hear them on the speaker. What a terrible place save yourself go across the street

Fast and friendly service. I got a salad and asked for grilled chicken. Not sure what I got but whatever it was, it wasn't grilled chicken and made me

Really disappointed my last 3 visits, regular coffee seems very weak since your new bold coffee came out. Seems very waterted down. Barely there coffee. Absolutely disgusting.

The bread bowl is back! For those who are old enough to remember, Timmies had bread bowls a long time ago and have finally brought it back. From what I've been told, there are only 10 locations in Alberta they are testing this item on. If successful, they may roll it back onto their menu!

I visited the location on the north side of 111ave nw on 185st. I was treated very rudely by a staff member there. I have visited the location before and some staff members are great, but the lady with white hair was exceptionally rude. She sneered at me when i placed my order for a muffin and bagel and scoffed when i finished paying. I understand that some days can be bad, but there is no excuse for how rude she was to me from start to finish.

Dark roast, only if there's an emergency and I can't get a McDonald's black coffee. Haven't eaten the food here in 16 years but I imagine it's about the same.

A very busy location. While conveniently placed, I have had numerous occasions with incorrect orders and missed items. This has been dealt with on a cooperate level but continues to be a common factor. They are always quick to up-charge for items and customization, but rarely check to make sure they are grabbing the correct ones. I hope the people behind me enjoy chipotle sauce and vanilla shots as much as I do. Otherwise I paid for them to be dissatisfied as well

I've been here 5 times in the past 3 weeks since it's right down the road from my work. All 5 times, no wedges (fries) at 12: 45 and no eta as to when they'll be ready. Every time I ordered a "crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap" every time they still ask a second time "crispy or grilled? " and every time "crispy". I have yet to get a crispy one, every time I park and it's a "grilled" chicken breast that's so rubbery it tastes like it was boiled instead of grilled.

Im never going back to this location again.

I have friends that love Tim Hortons coffee, so I'm a frequent patron. I don't have a specific one I go to; whatever is convenient for where I am. The doughnuts I got were fresh, the BELT breakfast bagel was enjoyed, and the coffee was good according to those who drank it. One on Tim's best features is consistent quality no matter the location and it delivered. Keep up the great work folks!

This is a great location. It's popular and always busy cause of where it is too. A good deal of the staff are friendly and quick.

The Tim Horton at the esso station hired a very hard going old lady, just keep giving you hard time - I already earned two rewards. I should be able to get at least one free coffee, but she kept asking me to pay for the whole order and won't even let me finish my whole order. Going to delete the Tim Horton rewards app. Too bad no zero star can be given.

Cant get ANYTHING right.always mess up my tea. This morning, went for a maple crunch bagel with strawberry cream cheese, When I got to work, It was a multigrain bagel with butter.

Organs has good coffee no matter what location I would stop here again coffee was good and hot the dark roast is the best

Perfectly functional TH. It didn't disappoint. It didn't impress. You'll get your coffee. Which is why you showed up.

For a drive thru, it made zero things quicker. I just wanted a donut. And it was the wrong donut. Simple tasks are difficult for this location

I frequent this Tim Hortons almost on a daily basis. I have gone there every day this week for breakfast, and every single visit my order was wrong. Large regular and a sausage and bacon breakfast sandwich is my order. Yesterday I had a egg slapped between a biscuit.not meat, and they didn't give me the pack of hockey cards I ordered. Yesterday no bacon and I got a double double instead of my regular. Today no bacon and again they didn't put the hockey cards in the bag. I don't have the availability to go back once im at work. I wont be returning.

The staff here is delightful in the morning. I think at times they focus more on this than they do on actually making sure the order is correct. You ask if I want to make a donation by buying a Smiley face cookie, I say sure, then you charge me for it and don't give it to me. Come on Tim Hortons!

Not happy at all. I always feel rushed and a few times when i requested Decaf. It was not available. They never did give me the option to wait.
