Yesterday evening went to drive thru
Ask for birthday cake tim bits 3
Got cinnamon one or something taste like that.
Asked for icecap
Was watery so mentioned to get me new and she got angry n said this is the way icecap comes. Really? Whom you guys are making fool n not doing charity or giving free don’t be rude

This is the worst time I have ever they didn’t listen my order in proper way I ordered steep tea the give me old and cold tea when i ask her to microwave she was started to make faces and say no and even she didn’t give me new as it was old
And I ordered 10 tim bits she gave me assorted i ask her birthday cake one so I don’t have good experience with staff and satisfaction with order

That old bad with the white hair at the cashier needs a boot out the door and fired.somebody as grumpy I have never seen just about refused my order horrible service

Got a mocha latte and there's no espresso at all. It's literally milk and syrup. This isn't the first time they have messed up orders, particularly in the evening. Very annoying, especially when they mess up and it isn't busy at all.

Long wait for take out only one person handling for front counter nobody come and help other customers

Tim Horton's is iconic. Great food, made very quickly, high quality and on the cheaper side.

Worst palce to ho in to place order they are busy only on drive thru don't care about front or dine in customer

Ordered food in the driveway.
Was told it would brought out shortly. After waiting 15 minutes no one had even left the building to look for me.
Have also had multiple issues with receiving wrong items from this drive through. Recommend dine-in only.

The orders have been getting less and less accurate. Also, what is up with not filling up the large cups? Ours was a little over half full this morning.

I feel the service is slow and orders are poorly put together! The sandwiches has way to much sauce and sloppily put together. Some staff are rude and have no time to even let you use your card, she rings is through so fast. Don’t let anyone know about special’s before ordering. Just disappointed in this store. Then today I get coffee and it taste like it’s been watered down. Prices go up quality goes down!

I just drove across Canada and all the way back and this tim hortons is the only one that had issues with my order and so rude! I am breastfeeding so don't drink much caffine anymore. They couldn't make my drink a decafe. I have never been so frusterated! So I had to buy the decafe and hot choc separate and add them together. Don't no what was so hard about that. Out of all the tims I have stopped at this one is the worst in my books

A couple weeks ago I went through the drive through to get a vanilla dip donut, since their my favourite, and one I got it I took a bite and it tastes as of someone added melted plastic into the sprinkles or frosting, I tossed the donut and thought it was a bad batch or something. A few weeks later, today, I got another one and took a bite and it had the same disgusting flavour, the flavour doesn’t leave your mouth for a while. Anyone else have this experience?

This is what they serve to you. I visited This place to get my food. I ordered a four cheese bagel double toasted and i don’t know how many times they toasted it.
They seriously need to work on the quality they are serving people.
And a green thing on the bagel? Is it fungus or what? Its been happening 3-4 times and the manager is never in the store.

Hey, i just went through the tim hortons. And, I don’t know who made my coffee but it was amazing. It was 1 cream and 2 honey.
I am so thankful for this coffee and tell her to always living in the dream

We have been to Timmys twice in the past 2 weeks.
Not sure a language barrier or what.
But Both times our orders have been screwed up
We live out of town and by the time we get home to have our meal. Our lunch/ supper is a disappointment!
You would think a simple sandwich would be easy to do. But apparently NOT.
Frustrated as this truly is not the first time in the past year this had happened.
We even asked them to repeat our order back ťo us.
But what we receive in our bag is wrong!
Don't think we will be going back again.
Tired of paying more for something we didn't get!

There was no option for the negative rating, thats why i gave them 1 star. These people always miss something from the order, spoiled food and really rude manager. I got there and said that i have a pickup order, she didn't heard me and said "what? " and i slightly pulled my mask down so she can hear properly but she tells me in a very rude way to cover my face.what the heck is wrong with them? Worst tim hortons I've ever been to.

Drive through is terrible. Never gives toasted order even with repeated confirmation when ordering! Order gets ready in 5 seconds after you leave the mic, can’t even fake by taking time to pretend they’re toasting the order.

Service is okay but not good at getting orders right. Quite often ended up with wrong order. Drive thru more important than inside service.

This is by far one of my least favorite restaurants any time I've ordered food at this location I've had issues from my order being wrong to being a complete mess of food. I highly recommend not going to this location.

Super tasty teddy bear donut. They should have never changed the egg in the breakfast sandwichs's. So disappointed

Went in driving through town, drive through here at least a few times a month and it's never good.
I ordered 2 Everything bagels both double toasted and with extra butter, I watched the employee struggle to spread the hard piece of butter on the 2 bottom pieces, he then left it laying there to get different butter, was gone for a few minutes, came back with more unspreadable butter and threw the 2 top pieces on dry.and cold. I specifically ask for extra butter because I get half of a buttered bagel.this is the worst tim Hortons.

Asked them to put sweetener in my tea they didnt. Had to ask again. Manager said we don't put sugar in that kind of tea. I said well I asked for it. They never mark on their lids what they put in the tea. Have to always ask for a sleeve. Other locations write on the lid and automatically put a sleeve on the cup when I order tea. Many times I have been told I don't need sweetener when I order vanilla chai tea latte. I prefer it and if the customer requests it staff shouldn't ignore it. Sometimes they have put coffee in that tea and I never asked for coffee

The meal I ordered was pretty good, but the service was terrible. The guy who took our order didn't even say hello. He said nothing throughout our entire time ordering. When he got our donuts, he threw our order at us and we were on a long drive, just passing through. I was in no mood to deal with service like that and I will not be going back again. I'll stop at another place next time I am on my way home.

I am a little disappointed with their coffee lately, it seems diluted. Maybe I'm wrong, it just doesn't taste as good as it used to. I had a coffee at the vermilion Tim Hortons and it was delicious, used to be the other way around

Made an order through the mobile app for curbside pickup. Spent over 15min waiting in my car, decided to go through drive thru and when I picked up my order, they played it off like they were looking for me outside. I had only ordered a steeped tea. Understandable if I had made a big order, but I expect better service than this.

Food is great, service is good too, but I do find it odd to everytime go through the drive thru and someone says "Hi" instead of "Welcome to Tim Hortons can I take your order? ". Also after giving my order it's "go to the window", no total of price given or "please pull ahead to the window, thank you". I'm new here so maybe its the norm. It's happened about 4 times in a row.

They let us walk through the drive through at night because our semi wouldn't fit.gotta love it!

This morning I order 2 number 5s and only for the sandwich. No coffee no hash browns but sure was charged for it.

Seven people working in the back. One person working in the till. Waited in line for 20 minutes. Called the manager to ask if they could open another till. Answered extremely rude and said NO. Pathetic. Just pathetic.

A good Tim's, the staff tries hard and the store is clean. But they prioritize the drive-thru over service at the counter.

It's Tim's. I'm sure the Manager/Owner does their best to keep up with the demand for this Town. Service and quality no different than locations that I've been to in the city (YEG).

Service varies between good and horrible depending on which crew is working. It appears that your not allowed to throw your garbage out in the drivethru, they've removed all the garbage cans. Comments have been made about both issues and been ignored

Terrible driveway thru service they get orders wrong all the time and food and coffee is bad I will never come back again

Great experience. Staff asked me about my travels and after explaining a bad experience at a different Tim Hortons location, they made it right by offering some free food and coffee. Totally unexpected! Customer service at it's best.

The staff is hard to understand half the time in the drive thru, occasionally get the orders wrong. Receive odd glares from the staff, we are better then this fellas.
