Brought my Husq125bv in for warranty roughly 2 months after I bought it for a faulty recoil a while back. Charged me for literally doing nothing but wasting the fuel I had in it. I was told "the tech started it and it ran no problem for 3 hours. " Clearly weren't listening or understanding when I explained the problem to begin with, though it's pretty hard to mess up explaining "The recoil isn't retracting properly. The spring is bent or broken. " Now that the warranty is expired, of course, it piles up completely. I disassemble it and am shocked to find a spring bent out of shape like I said it was.

If you can, do it yourself. If it's warranty, take it someplace else.

This is the spring, it looked like this when I took it in for repair and this is the same way looks getting it back after paying over $100.

They were quick to make promises of being there for you and helping with whatever you need for your saw when selling the saw. After that it’s a different story. 2-3 weeks just to look at your saw for a quote if you need a service then 4-8 months for minor repairs. Forget trying to ask for assistance, the front counter tells you to go do it yourself and won’t even check with the service guys to see if they can take two seconds to help.

Knowledgeable helpful staff. I have purchased Stihl blowers and a chainsaw from them. They don't just sell you what they carry they want to understand your needs and recommend a suitable product/size for your requirements. They will then take the time to fully explain how it works, maintenance and upkeep.
On another note they have always able to get the parts I need for my Husqvarna lawn tractor in a timely manner.

I highly recommend Timberland.

Fantastic expierence. It’s nice to go to a place for the first time and they treat you like family. Ask for Prince Harry AKA “Cole”.

Went to look for a place to get my lawnmower blade sharpened and was so happy to discover Timberland. Fellow who helped me was amazing he looked after me right away and did a fantastic job on blade. I asked him a few questions and he was very knowledgeable on how to properly sharpen a blade. Would highly recommend Timberland and there staff!

Great customer service! Adam at the service desk is very helpful and got my saw cleaned up and ready for work in a timely manner.

We just bought a new camping trailer and we went into Timberland Supply to buy a couple of generators. What a great experience! The store was clean and well organized. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. Paul and Dan were amazing and quick. And I loved all the vintage chainsaws on the ceiling. So fun! Thank you, Timberland!

Excellent service! Very knowledgeable staff who took their time and helped us chose the right tools for what we needed. Will only use this company moving forward for our saws and trimmers. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Walker in and was greeted immediately wasn't sure what saw I wanted the salesman went over both the Stihl and Husqvarna saws he answered any questions I had about the saws, bars, oils, etc and was not pushy I ended up leaving with the Stihl MS400 with the 20 inch light bar. I will definitely be back in the future

I have had two of my bigger saws rebuilt here. Most recently a 40 year old husky that is my favourite saw and becoming increasingly difficult to source parts for! Very happy with the service and quality from the team at Timberland. Highly recommend and I will continue to make the journey across town to see them!

Helpful and friendly! Had me in and out in no time for a new Stihl BR600 Backpack blower:) DEFINITELY will be back again! (Even came with a half or so tank of gas that's stuffs expensive these days lol)
