Very professional environment. They were also extremely understanding and accommodating when bad weather and roads caused me to be delayed for my appointment.

The staff is friendly and great to deal with, however, I am beyond unimpressed with the actual dental work done. I had 2 cavities filled (that caused me no pain before), and are now so sensitive that I cannot use that side of my mouth. I went back twice because this is not normal and they told me it would get better with time. It’s been almost 8 months and if anything, it’s getting worse instead of better.

Always have a good visit at Timberlands. Staff are very personable and professional. I never feel judged.

I had Karleen this time to clean my teeth and I was very impressed. She was so gently and super friendly. Very happy with my appointment.

The staff at Timberlands dental are all so professional and talented. We drive 1hr to see this amazing team and they never disappoint. Cleans for me are usually a painful experience but thanks to the team here my sensitivity and pain it almost gone!
And my kids. They have been so great with my kids. We usually have trouble at the dentist but both experiences have been quick easy and painless.

Terrible experience, i had all of my wisdom teeth pulled by them and i could start to feel the numbing wearing off i remember i was in pain but its not like i was moving around in my chair or anything and the dentist started verbally abusing me and yelling at me for no reason, tears in my eyes and on a heavy amount of ativan but kept i my mouth open for him the entire time? , no compassion for patients and very unprofessional

I lost a filling just a couple of days before Xmas and was worried that pain might flare up over the holidays. Timberlands Dental Care arranged a same day appointment to fix my issue.

I am currently undergoing Invisalign treatment through Dr. Phil. I had first gone for a consult elsewhere, where I was told it would be 12-14 months. Seemed quite long considering my teeth really are not very out of line. I consulted with Dr. Phil, and he guessed 4-6 months. Sent off my scan, got the results back, 5 months! That gives me so much faith in the honesty and integrity of this clinic. The staff are all super friendly and professional, they remembered me by name already on my second visit! Dr. Phil is super friendly, charismatic and funny. I am so happy I made the choice to visit Timberlands Dental and to continue my Invisalign journey with them. I will be continuing to visit this clinic in the future!

Amazing! I literally walked in off the street to book an appointment and they took me immediately. The friendliest staff ever. Super professional without being snooty. Dr. Phil is very likable and friendly. I found my Dentist's Office for keeps!:)

I had a great experience today! The dental hygienist was very thorough and kind. She took the time to explain what she was going to do and she would ask periodically how I was doing. Overall, I highly recommend!

Dental Care are absolutely great at what they do and always friendly and caring.

This place is an absolute joke I went there initially for a filling on my tooth and within two months my feeling already fell out I went back to go and get my free warranty to done and they charge me for an examination fee when there was no exam on top of that they didn’t finish my billing correctly I’m still feeling a lot of pain in that same tooth and when they filed my new feeling down it’s very sharp and bulky and doesn’t match the rest of my teeth this is the third time of me going in with two different dentists they walk in there and do their job and walk out. They also proceeded to tell me how I was so lucky that I didn’t get charged for the $250 feeling even though my tooth is under warranty for an entire year. Do you like careless fast expensive work then I highly recommend them

Extremely disrespectful when error to fillings were cause of problem. Shocked at the level of disrespect, lack of professionalism and lack of care to complete procedure properly instead of as quickly as possible.

A trip to Timberline Dental is always a great experience. My family have been with Dr. Phil and his staff for many years. Patients are in good professional hands with this staff. Choosing a competent dentist, a sanitary environment and a well trained dental staff is one of the most important choices you will make in your health care. Timberline has it all. An excellent choice.

Timberlands Dental is great! Last week on Friday, my permanent retainer became un-glued on the back of one of my teeth at lunch. I called right away, and they went above and beyond to get me in before they closed at 3pm to ensure it was fixed and glued back on before the weekend. I can't thank them enough for squeezing me in, and I appreciated it a lot.

Efficient and professional. The front staff are welcoming and polite. Waiting room is nice and the exam rooms are modern and clean.

Staff are excellent and Dr. Marcus has been amazing. He always explains the treatment and puts my comfort first. I’m not a fan of needles but he administers then painlessly. I highly recommend Dr Marcus and his team at Timberlands Dental Care.

Honestly the best dental office by far in Red Deer cant believe how gentle and comfortable they made me feel! I had a terrible experience when I was younger getting a root canal worked on that was abcessed all the freezing came out, Dr. Marcus Lo and Sierra eliminated all of my fears and made me feel so confident and happy leaving the office, I'm actually super excited to book back in and get the rest of my work done THANK YOU both so much for your patience I know my teeth aren't the easiest to deal with!

Timberlands Dental has provided the most enjoyable dental experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone is very friendly, appointments are prompt. It is a very low pressure atmosphere, they lay out all of the options open to you but leave decisions as to procedures up to your discretion which I greatly appreciated. They are careful to check what your dental coverage will in fact cover before just going ahead and leaving you with a big bill to pay. Their use of technology makes the patient feel very included in the appointment, I was able to see all of the problems described by my dentist as well as see the finished product when everything was all fixed up which I really appreciated. I would 100% recommend this dental office to anyone.
