Timberlea Car Wash

I’ve been going to this place since it opened and it’s at its worst. I will no longer ever use this place again. This is not the 1st or 2nd or even how many times I go through this car wash and their only answer is to go through again with no better results. This is no extreme dirt on the truck it’s literally driving to site there and back 2x’s so I paid once again for an inadequate result. Brutal. Another example of a business not taking care of the customer and gouging the price for no results.

Is this a joke? Went for car wash loom at the car, no wash at all. Dust everywhere. Waste of money. 3 min and $20? Do not spend money in auto wash. They need to change the machine or the way they treat the car. Disappointed.

Ruben and all the staff are just Amazing, they are very friendly and kind and honest. I have been using this car wash for years and I highly recommend it.

Love this place, they have 10 or 12 bays, and cleaners there 3 or 4. Friendly staff and clean environment. I go there usually 2 times a month to clean my truck.

Hadn't cleaned my vehicle all year. Now it looks like brand new, even got all the fur out of the carpet. Definitely could not have done such a good job myself.

COLD WATER. Low pressure presoak, high pressure soap and rinse all cold water. Feels like everything I go it’s cold water and when you bring it up to the people working there they ignore and just tell you we have hot water. Can’t wash a car with cold water, fix your car wash. So dumb

Automatic car wash, pay for the most expensive car wash after the dirty roads. The first half of may vehicle doesn’t even get the pre soak. For the 25 bucks I could have the work myself inside. Maybe a little bit of maintenance on the automatic car wash would fix this problem.
