The staff are so helpful and friendly here. I feel like TimberTown is the "hidden gem" of the building supplies world. I've always defaulted to Home Depot or Rona, but since learning about this place I'll always go here. Special shout out to Daryl for his great service.

I called for a price quote on laminate flooring. Frank went above and beyond. He took pictures of all the grey lami they have in stock and sent them to me as well as the price per sq foot. Best customer service I have had in a long time

I have used timber town for 3 years now. Within the 15+ times and thousands of dollars spent, I have had to return almost every time to have them correct their fault. Some staff in the back are un-trained and will constantly provide you with the incorrect materials. You will physically need to guide them to do their job. When asked to correct the last mistake, being a incorrectly cut door that needed to be cut shorter, they told me I needed to buy a new door and get it cut to size instead of dealing with the situation. If you have any projects that you want to get done in a timely manner, this is not the company to use.

Made a small purchase of wood pieces. Service was great- staff very helpful and took the extra time to ensure good quality service. Enjoyed my experience there.

Only waited a few days for delivery and they replaced the few boards that warped prior to delivery. Will buy from here again for next project. Competitive prices.

I just wanted to take a minute to say a couple of words about Frank Pearson. I dealt with him for many years and he always provided me with increadible good service. Because of him even if we would pay a few dollars extra at Timbertown (which I might say it does not happen often) I would still purchase it from him. I wanted to say a few words about his customer service since he always goes up and above to make a customer happy, and this time he went above all norms. Frank picked up the flooring that was not available here from Edmonton for us. This was just so unexpected, I mean who does that these days. Thank you so much for everything and I will always be loyal to Timbertown and Frank.

Solid service and the construction materials that I purchased were higher quality than I was expecting based on shopping at other construction supply stores.

Very helpful staff answered all my questions for materials for rebuilding my deck. Delivery of all materials on time, I strongly recommend Timber Town if you are looking at redoing or starting from scratch for all your deck building needs.

Daryl helped my husband and father in law today. He looked up doors/ handles and locks, plus flooring! He was truly helpful and gave us some ideas we hadn't thought about! Wonderful Experience, we highly recommend

So I did a walk in, and the counter guy (sleasy-sales sounding) tried charging me $48 for 1,14ft cedar board (1 good side), so I said I'd like to call around and check prices before I purchased, as it seemed high to me.and I called the cedar shop and they sell them for almost 1/2 that! Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off!

The service was unbelievable great! Told my wife if Timber Town was a women I would leave her. Service is what it should be everywhere.

Fantastic and friendly service! Stopped by to pick up a few items for a project and was really impressed with the safety measures put in place to protect against the spread of Covid-19. I felt really safe while shopping and so happy I could support a local business! The staff told me I could also order online and they would load directly into my car next time.

Frank was so great helping us out picking our flooring and went above an beyond in getting the flooring to our home.

Pricing and service were fantastic and I would recommend Frank and TimberTown to anyone who needs to upgrade their flooring or any timber need.

We did a lot of shopping around and TimberTown had the best prices and selection for Vinyl Flooring. Gerry - out sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and didn't sell us anything we didn't need. I'm extremely happy with my new floor and how easy it was to install.

Pretty sub part experience with Daryl at timbertown SE.initial quantities on order were wrong.phone calls and emails never returned. I had approximately $300 worth of product returned that they claimed was damaged when it was received. No phone calls or any effort to make sure I was satisfied with the transaction at all. I've had better experiences at home depot. Wont be going back.

Clean place. Looking for wood for a feature wall. The staff was very helpful. Even taking me in to the bosses office to take a look at the feature wall the just put up there a couple weeks ago.

My Rating is for the customer service at this location. While they have a great selection of woods, the employees could care a less about educating their customers where to find specific products in their retail store. Pointing and waiving to a a generic direction is not helpful. As an Interior Designer & Carpenter I am not looking for the same lack of service I find at Home Depot and Lowes. But you pay a higher price her for much of the same products found a big box stores, and sadly the same lack of engagement and customer service here as you would at Home Depot. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Doing our first resale we could not have been luckier than to meet Frank on our initial visit. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He immediately saw we hadn't a clue and set us up with a contractor he knew could help us. Our contractor (Be from Chuckles Design) helped us through every part of our complete reno.
Thanks so much Frank for holding our hand and teaching us about Timbertown and their products. We bought most of our floors, door and railing from them and the price and quality was super.
I would definitely recommend Timbertown to anyone. Honestly, just ask Frank!

Only reason they get one star is because i cannot give none.

1. Doors came with hardware I didn't ask for. (after picking from display)
2. When the doors finally arrived they were scratched so bad i rejected them.
3. The header hardware prep was so poorly done it was chipped all around the latch plate.
4. They send a moving truck instead of the forklift truck that was promised, had to hand move every piece.
5. When the delivery driver showed up he ran into my house the the moving truck.
6. The repair to my house was ignored for weeks, interior drywall now ruined. Repair is still not started.
7. Rough openings given for the doors were 1" too big. 2" bigger than door frame.

Cost to deal with their issues was more than i paid for the materials.
Whole experience was just terrible.
