We bought a fence kit to replace a 100ft stretch of fencing between our house and our neighbor’s house. I was impressed by the customer service Robbie gave us and help throughout the whole process.

I would probably buy the lumber piecemeal next time instead of the kit. We were left with quite a bit of extra wood (I'd suggest buying wood piece by piece instead of ordering a kit) but they did arrange to bring it back for a small fee.

Great selection. Very helpful staff. Pat answered all my questions and made good suggestions along the way.

Great service, good product lines that are in stock. My go to place for decking, doors, moldings and sheet goods.

We purchased a home in the Edmonton area in May and agreed to use the installer contracted by the previous owner out of Calgary. After a few delays we were left with everything but the stairs completed. We paid the bill under a promise that they would come back in one week to complete the job. They never returned and we were left with unfinished stairs for which we had already paid. The team of Roman and Leya came to our rescue. They fit us into their extremely busy schedule and they corrected all the deficiencies of the previous installers who left such a mess. Then they went above and beyond and completed the kitchen kick plates and the trim/baseboards also left incomplete by the original guys. Thank you is just not strong enough to convey our feelings for this heaven sent team. Thank goodness for people like you with your hard work, expertise and dedication.

BUYER BEWARE. Ordered two glass commercial doors for small local company just outside of Edmonton. Doors were both very expensive, even paid to have doors installed and once peeled the sheeting off from the store both doors had numerous scratches on them (not done by the installation as it was the same coating from Timber Town) tried phoning to rectify the solution and still not contacted back months later. Do not deal with this company.

Friendly staff, great prices for flooring. I buy all my fence and deck materials from Timbertown.

Last weekend i was floor shopping. I stopped at a total of 6 stores and asked for the same thing at each store. Of all 6 stores, Timer Town was the only store that I felt comfortable at. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed assistance. After quickly explaining what I needed in general, Stewart took me to the flooring samples that had the pricing clearly marked on the samples (how amazing and transparent). Not only did Timber Town have exactly what I had in mind, the price was even lower than expected. Stewart provided me with a written quote (something the other stores didn't even offer) I left feeling incredibly comfortable and happy. I not once felt like I was being scammed on pricing or like I was taken advantage of. I immediately called my husband and we decided to proceed with the quote.

I attended the next day to pay for our order and pick up our materials. The employees in the warehouse were quick, efficient and professional.

Timber Town is my new go to for all reno materials.

This is the second time we have had Roman and Leya in our house. First time was to lay the laminate plank in our dining room, which is beautiful.
Over the past 2 weekends they have been and installed Vinyl plank in our bonus room, landings and staircases again the result is fantastic!
We would highly recommend Roman and Leya to anyone considering having this work carried out in their home.

I didn't find the website easy to navigate with regards to looking up specific material and prices to match my budget. I do know the store itself is great with knowledgeable staff ready to help.

Awful and dishonest customer service. Spoke to James who initially seemed very helpful, but in a span of a few hours all the details on delivery dates changed. All of the sudden he has to order from a local supplier which will cost him more, although he clearly stated in my first conversation with him that if I order on this date, it will be delivered by Thursday no problems. The delivery of another shipment that he said he expected that same week, all of the sudden is actually coming to Calgary not Edmonton store. Moreover, he insisted on me paying by EMT just to save himself 3% transaction fee, saying he hasn't seen me in person and it somehow makes it a safer transaction. Slimy salesperson! Got the same price and much faster delivery by LBH. Wish I never bothered with TimberTown, all they did is waste my time.

Great team of knowledgeable sales people, who have been there for a long time and are prepared to go the extra step. Good variety of products. Highly recommended for contractors as well as home owners.

We ordered 1000 feet of vinyl laminate and baseboard from Stuart at the Edmonton south store. He gave us a great price and delivery was quick. He recommended Roman David of EMM Flooring to do the installation. He was prompt and very courteous and came the same day I called him with his partner Leya to give us an estimate. The both of them came a couple of days later to start and worked through most of the long weekend to complete the job. Roman and Leya were very professional and meticulous with their work. Very good job. I will be calling them back when it’s time to do my second floor. I highly recommend them if you need any flooring done. They are both perfectionists. Leya’s mitre cuts doing the baseboards were spot on. We have rounded corners and she was able to make it look professionally done. Once again Great job

After being told by multiple other companies that I wouldn't be able to get the product I wanted to build my two decks with, Dave Doucette at Timber Town was able to supply everything. There were a few problems outside of his control but Dave persisted, stayed in contact and made sure the project could be completed on time. That included arranging a delivery to my location an hour out of the city. I was also assisted by two very helpful men in the warehouse who cut some boards and helped load them safely in my truck. Peter came to my assistance another day when I was at Timber Town and he was very helpful with providing flooring samples as well as good advice. Thanks to Dave and others for great customer service!

Top notch service! We bought some engineered, clear cedar thru Timbertown via National Forest Products in Calgary. The product was amazing and they stood behind it 100%. Props to Dave for getting that to us quickly. Very good company to deal with!

I bought all the doors for my basement suite at TimberTown. I really like the customer service I received while placing the order. Jodi was very patient and helpful. She is very professional and gives great advice. I liked that they deliver and where able to bring them down to the basement. Haven’t installed them yet, will keep you posted!

We bought our hardwood flooring from TimberTown back in May 2020 and random boards are cracking including the finish. We were very careful in climatizing the wood prior to install and also bought the wood at different intervals just so that we could properly store them in the house where they would be installed.

I think as time goes on more of the boards will start to crack and I really think it's due to the quality of the wood or how it was treated at the Mfg. We had the Manager come over to look at our situation but he was quick to say that it was due to the wood cupping.

Needless to say in the future I will have to cut out these faulty boards and splice in new ones, idt this was an expense or job that I have budgeted for.

The guys at TimberTown provided excellent customer service and provided a level of attention and detail you Just don’t find at the larger home hardware stores. I had an issue with an order of doors I placed earlier this year and Pat was very accommodating and helpful and dealt with it immediately. I’ll certainly be back in the future.

Not very helpful at all. Asked about vinyl nosing he pointed to me where it was and walked away, no help with color matching no options given, just here it is and see ya.nah not the kind of place I want to spend my money.

Meh.hardly anybody in there due to Covid June and yet. 5 people behind the counter. Shouldn't be a problem getting a question answered about an item they supply, right? 2 guys are working further back seemingly busy enough on the phone and such. 2 guys at the counter facing the entrance were super deep in a little gab session. As I stood in front of the counter waiting for help, no other customers around, they both stopped talking, spun their heads to look at me, and went right back to their quaint little chat! Unreal! I was clearly interrupting a good story. My bad. Where was the sign to say dont disturb those guys. The sign on the floor said to stand there.
I had to get in a line up at the north end of the counter where a hard working lady was trying to pump everyone through as quick as possible. She's the reason I might ever darken their doorstep again. For sad service but more options, go to Home Depot I guess.
Cant imagine why we shouldn't shop online.

I ordered a load of supplies for my fence, and I was very happy with the service I received from the staff at TimberTown. I called them to request a quote and emailed them a list of supplies, and within an hour they had replied back with a quote that was competitive with other lumber suppliers. As well, they had extra long lengths (over 16 feet), which were harder to source from other suppliers. The materials (4 pallets worth) arrived well organized, well packed, and all the quantities were correct. The third-party delivery driver was difficult to deal with when he came, and left our supplies blocking the driveway, but TimberTown made up for it by sending two staff to help move it by hand to the location we wanted it.

They certainly go over and above to treat their customers well! I would certainly come back and order my lumber from here again.

I want to give a big shout out to Dave Doucette at the Edmonton location. I recently needed a small amount of unfinished hardwood to replace a few boards in my 60 year old floor. Dave searched the computer inventory, then called the Calgary warehouse and found a small, opened bundle that was not in the computer system and had it shipped to Edmonton for me. Since it was not in their inventory, he gave it to me for free. Thank you Dave!

I received excellent service from TimberTown as a first time home builder, particularly from Dave Doucette. He was willing to go the extra mile and assist when orders needed to be changed and modified. Much Appreciated.

Over the last three years we have done a full house renovation. I have purchased flooring for the entire house from TimberTown. The staff is always friendly and helpful and their prices are reasonable. I always deal with James H. - he's the best!

We went to go look at vinyl flooring and when we saw Geoff he was awesome. He helped us get the flooring we wanted. He suggested we get in touch with Roman for installation. Roman did an amazing job on the install. He was very professional and the overall experience was amazing. I would definitely refer friends to Geoff and Roman.

Geoff (at Timbertown on 99 st) was super-friendly, answered any and all of our questions and provided us with great service in general!:) He helped us with our flooring purchase and even when the job was delayed on our side, he stored the flooring for us until the renovations could begin. Geoff was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish.

We purchased LVP flooring from Geoff at Timbertown and he referred us to Roman with EMM Flooring for the installation. (Although EMM Flooring does way more than just flooring! Basically everything construction/renovation-related!)

Roman's (and Leah's!) work is second to none. We are thrilled with our new LVP floor throughout the main floor of our home, and down our stairs. Roman was a pleasure to deal with throughout the project, and he consistently cleaned up after his work.  

Roman went out of his way regularly to help and advise us in many ways. He is a wealth of knowledge. I asked him so many questions, and he always answered them with a smile. Roman's a fantastic craftsman and takes great pride in his work.

I would definitely recommend shopping with Geoff at Timbertown on 99st. And if you're getting flooring, I strongly suggest you get Roman and Leah from EMM Flooring to install it.

This place was great, the service way amazing. Only was sold what I need and not pushed for the up sell. Asked if they carry something, they didn't but referred me to a business that dose. Very happy will be back

Great selection of flooring, and on top of that I have to give a solid five star review cause after spending over $700 on Vinyl and underlay, we went back to buy more only to find out it was now on clearance, called them up and they gave us the discount price on what we had already bought when they didn't really have to. Great service!

I contacted Timber town via their website and received a quote for 3 doors the next day. I was pleased with their service thus far and their price was fair. I gave the go ahead for the quoted work. Two days later I received another quote for more money and was told they made a mistake on the first quote. The difference was $100. That is not enough to make or break the company. I have been in business myself long enough to know that a quote has to be honored or you will not have the client. I am taking my business to someone else now with better business sense. As someone else mentioned, you are rolling the dice if you try to go with Timbertown.

Edmonton TimberTown has been tremendous to work with through my renovations. Dave, Stewart and Vince were always helpful, fair, quick and efficient with me. I recommend anyone to go see for themselves. Thank you guys.

I used Timbertown for my condo and just recently again on my house. On both occasions I purchased flooring and trim from them. Both times I worked with Dave and he was awesome! Very knowledgeable and always competitive with pricing. As a repeat customer I would 1000% recommend Timbertown to anyone looking to build or update a house.

Impatient staff. It was like pulling teeth to get an example of anything: comparing decking pieces side by side or for a price estimate of one product vs another.

I can’t say enough about TimberTown and its staff. The product we bought, we are beyond happy with and Nicole, the lovely staff member of TimberTown helped us with any and every question we had regarding flooring and supplies. We spent a whole day going from retailer to retailer for bedroom flooring to match the rest of our home and although we found some comparable options, the price was out of our budget. Needless to say, when we got to TimberTown, not only were we offered some discontinued options, but the widely available ones too that fit below our budget. We opted for better quality and paying a little extra. Nicole recommended us to take samples home and look to see if it’s in fact the one we want to go with, and indeed it was.

In addition she was beyond helpful and knowledgeable to give us more insight to all of our reno needs.
