Great experience, excellent service and food. My Grandaughter and i enjoyed it. Wish there was places in Ontario as friendly.

Amazing food, amazing prices. For $10 I got a giant breakfast sandwich that was absolutely delicious. The service was awesome too, everyone that works here is really friendly.

Sometimes it is true when they say Simple is Best! That is precisely what I had the pleasure of enjoying for the first time on a Sunday morning.

We were in the area and Googled Breakfast Near Me and were fortunate enough to be guided here. Tim and Henry are a dynamic duo that have been in the service industry for decades. They have had this Breakfast joint for 10 of those years now.

You walk in, go to the counter, order your meal and pay. Then you find a seat and wait for the delicious breakfast to come. The menu board is extremely simple with no photos, but it works. The prices are EXCELLENT! I loved the steak and eggs that were cooked the way I love them. The brown toast is baked fresh there and is amazing!

The eggs Benedict were great too.

Tuesdays they are closed so you can enjoy Taco Tuesdays somewhere else.

She is not fancy dining at all. The formula is simple; good, wholesome breakfast food for a good wholesome price.

An Ok place but definitely, the place is overrated for the quality of food served.
It seems popular for locals because of the friendly atmosphere but the food is just ordinary.

This is really a hidden gem in Calgary, found along international Ave. You won't find friendlier and more humorous staff anywhere else. They serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The food is great, the prices are actually incredible, like inflation doesn't touch their menu. I had the Denver omelette and then took a blueberry turnover to go. The omelette was soooo good! The meal even came with a drink that you pick from their fridge. I actually forgot about the turnover and had it in my fridge for half a week before I ate it but dangggg it tasted as good as fresh. Sorry I didn't get a picture of the turnover. But it was truly divine.

I had a chance to have breakfast this morning at Tim’s cafe as so many people have said great things about this place.

I’m glad that I made reservations as this place only has 5 tables and while we were there his phone was ringing off the wall.
This place is a gem and the owner is one of the nicest guys I’ve met. Almost everyone that was coming in he knew them by name. They also make home baked goods as well.

It’s a very quaint place.you have to go to the front & order your meal. No menu’s as everything is posted on the wall.

Not only is the food really good but his prices are amazing. We had the bennies which was $22.00 for both orders and it included a beverage. We also took home a loaf of their homemade bread & cookies.

We will definitely be back for sure.

I would absolutely recommend this cafe to anyone looking for some good ol' quality love in the food they eat! Staff was helpful and super friendly to myself and other patrons, I had the club sandwich which was beautifully stacked with crispy fries to the side. Great place if you're looking for an authentic atmosphere while supporting local business!

Words can't describe how amazing this place is. This is a cozy little diner that serves breakfast and lunch until 2 pm. There is only four tables there, so it's recommended to reserve a spot ahead of time. Payment is only debit or cash, no credit.

Almost everything there is homemade. Their bread and baked goods are especially amazing. I'm still drueling over their raisin bread. They give large portions for a very affordable price.

The staff are very friendly and make sure to remember you. It felt so good to be recognized the second time we came. You can see that they are passionate about their business as they tell their story and explain how they make things.

I am torn leaving such a good review because I want to keep this hidden gem for myself, but these gentlemen deserve 6 stars.

A delightful little cafe who serves up delicious homemade food along with extremely friendly service.

This place was awesome. The food was amazing at great prices, the atmosphere was wonderful, I can’t wait to go back again. Highly recommend:)

Fantastic home cooked meals, amazing customer service, and a great old school atmosphere with prices to match. Extremely busy on the weekends, would strongly recommend making reservations.

OMGOSH. This is an amazing little spot. Wonderful tasting food, friendly staff and the baked goods (WoW). On weekends they make Cinnamon Buns that are Heavenly and the Turnovers, make sure you order one to take home.
If you order the Breakfast, you have to get it with their Brown Bread, it is unlike any Brown Bread you have had before, so delicious.

The only downside is, the place is small.so definitely call and make reservations, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely people, lovely food. It definitely pulls in a senior type of crowd which is fine, but definitely great value for what you get! Highly recommend if you are looking for affordable breakfast. Make a reso before you show up as the tables are often reserved for regulars.

Tim's Cafe is really quite great, I must say.

- Simple, no frills restaurant
-Staff were VERY friendly, warm and welcoming.
-Ordered the club sandwich with chips and coleslaw. Basically $10 for a GIANT sandwich with a large portion of some crispy, tasty fries and a side of slaw.

How do you beat that? Not a single negative thing to say aside from the restaurant being a little old/outdated. But honestly, it just adds more to the character and appeal of the place.

Awesome stuff you guys, you will definitely see me back here for lunch.

Hubby and I went here this morning after hearing virgin radio raving about the food and they were right! The food was the best we've had in a long long time with everything being homemade right down to the bread and buns! If your going with a big group make a reso but just the 2 of us there was no wait time and the food was faster than ever! The prices are unbelievable as well. We are faithful Denny goers but this place will now be our go to! Thank you guys for the awesome meal!

A great value and an awesome down-home feeling. The staff are wonderful and attentive, our food was served promptly and the portion sizes were perfect at a price point that is a downright bargain. Seating is limited so consider making a reservation but they were able to squeeze us in without even hesitating.
