I bought a pair of tuxedo here for 290 dollars, honestly it's not expensive at all its just the salesman who assist me is not that friendly and I think he's being judgemental if I can afford to pay the tuxedo, don't always judge the person just being I'm asian by the way I'm dual citizens on 2 countries. Is not a good example and not a good experience for people visiting your shop. I hope the next time I visit your shop you will treat the customer well and no judgment at all.

Normally I get suits from here I have purchased 3-4 suits in the past few years.

However recently Me and my father came here ordered for 2 suits I got mine on time my father they did not have the jacket in store so they had to do an online order which is fine. This wasn’t a last minute thing keep in mind we ordered 1.5 month before our cousins engagement. Nobody called or left any messages that my fathers suit arrived or didn’t arrive so my father ended up buying a suit from some where else.

I did want to take the time and thank Roland I believe or Ronald his name he is great good at communicating called us and did get the jacket in but a little too late now every other employee should be trained on contacting the customers on time like Roland. I probably won’t purchase from here again.

Had an amazing experience thanks to Ronald, the store associate, who has got my boyfriend a last minute outfit for an event when we had just about lost any hope of finding anything suitable. The associate was great at quickly identifying what we were looking for by asking all the key questions and listening to our responses. The suit jacket fit very well and Ronald was quick to bring another size of pants to make sure they were a perfect fit as well. The entire trip took 15 minutes and was a success. We will definitely be back!

An Oasis in a sea of chaos. I was in and out in 5 minutes and received personal shopping assistance immediately. I was not prompted to write this review, the service was good enough that i felt the need to do so. The next time i need clothes, this will be my first stop.

With supply and other restraints our wedding party was begining to worry but Tyson at the Sunridge location went above and beyond to make this happen on time. I can't recommend him enough.

We had to get a last minute suit for my fiancé for our wedding the next week. Rob, who is the manager at the Market Mall location but helping out at the Sunridge store was super knowledgeable and was able to find a nice jacket, pair of pants, shirts and belt for our special day! Everyone we dealt with there was so lovely and able to take time to help even though the store was very busy with customers:)

Went to the store on April 18, they had 40 short light pink colour Suit in stock on that day, but the sales person made do an online order in the store. The order never showed up even after a month of waiting. Went to the store to check why my order didn’t show up, the front person told me to come back next day for the Manager lady “Desirae” and she can help me.
Went back the next day to check with the Manager Desirae and she was so rude and not helpful at all. Instead of finding a solution she said she can only offer me a refund. Because it was a online order she didn’t even try to find any solution for me. But what happens to my party which is ruined because of their mistake. I called her again to check with her, but she still won’t help and hang up on me. Why is she even the manager if she doesn’t want to help the customer. I won’t recommend this location to anyone because of her behaviour.

Great price, great service, great ambiance! We were there to shop for our son, and Fern made the process so enjoyable. She's knowledgeable of products, fabrics, colour combinations and genuinely cares about her customers' experience. Will definitely go back!

I've been a regular customer of Sunridge Tip Top for years, and was disappointed to find recently that my favourite associate, Fern, was nowhere to be found, and when I asked about her, the staff were unsure when or if she'll be back. I always preferred shopping with her because she is very knowledgeable and makes it fun at the same time. She listens to your needs while helping you to find the right style and fit for you. I hope to see her in the future!

Desiree was such an amazing person she took such good care of me and my family for my wedding. She spent the time so focus on our needs and I have to say she put together outfits for us i swear it was something straight out if GQ

Wonderful shopping experience. Store is maintained beautifully and very neat, easy to find things. Store staff were friendly and attentive. Special mention for Fern who takes the time to listen to customers and genuinely focuses on the retail experience and doesn't just shove a sale down your throat. Well done guys and good value, you made our black Friday shopping enjoyable.

There was a gentleman (I unfortunately didn't get his name) working there. I walked in, as I am always a little "oh I know what I'm looking for, I dont need help. " But he came over again after I said I was okay and he gave me a TON of great advice. He was a huge help. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!
